First time at the Marion. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but what a great experience. Friendly staff. Fast service. Fair prices Excellent food with more than comparable prices. Quaint atmosphere. We'll be back!

Went here in the summer and the food and service were both great. Lots of good lunch options here. Just wish there wasn't a time limit on how long you can stay, although it makes sense given how busy it gets!

We meet once a month with friends for breakfast this month we decide to try here. I had the pancake bowl which was ok but the rest of the group didn’t like their meal at all. Our server was brutal most of the time she was standing at the bar talking to people while she played with her hair then she touched cutlery and plates… not very hygienic. We have gone back to several places we have tried 2 or 3 times this is one place that we won’t be back to

I went for the first time yesterday. It’s a busy little place. I ordered the Mac and cheese and it was so good. Flavourful, our waitress was very friendly. I want to go back!

Great food, imagine a food option that is vegan and gluten free. And is not burdened with loads of potatoes.

Expect to wait for a table as it is a popular spot. Worth the wait though. Very down to earth, great service and terrific food. Tried my wifes eggs Benedict and it was the best I've ever had. I had the chicken and waffles on special.huge portion and SO good!

Their homemade barley soup was so good. The mac n cheese was outstanding in taste. The bacon, the crispy topping fresh broccoli and so cheesy. A very good upscaled Mac n cheese. Their lemonade drink was very refreshing. By the way their strawberry jam that they sell is fantastic. They were out but waiting for them to bring it back
Oh. Their eggnog creme Brule was a heavenly dessert. An excellent way to end our meal. Super YUMMY!

I found this place by accident and fell in love with it! Such an elegant but cozy atmosphere. The server was a very nice and sweet lady. The food was awesome! It is more on expensive side, but is totally worth it! Everything is served beautifully and the food is not only delicious, but also aesthetically pleasing
I will certainly come here again!

P. S.it might look a bit shady from outside, but trust me, it is a hidden amethyst inside an ordinary-looking rock

Really nice place, great atmosphere. Interesting menu with some gluten friendly options as well as vegan so worked for our diverse dining needs. Would definitely go back!

Best place for breakfast in the city. Everything is delicious but my fav is the overnight oats. Always great service too.

There is no eggs benedict on the menu. The lovely outdoor patio is closed on a sunny August day so there is a wait for tables inside. They should have extra staff and space on Tuesdays because a lot of people come when the other brunch options are closed. Coffee is one star.

Slightly expensive, but definitely worth the price for the portion size and taste. Staff is very nice too!

Great ingredients makes for great food. No cardboard bacon or limp toast or pale yellow egg yolks here. The espresso is good for a diner. Stay away from the drip coffee though. It is truly heinous.

Service is good once you're seated but they could definitely be more efficient at clearing tables and seating people. There was a line the entire time I was there and I couldn't really see a reason why.

The last time I was there they patiently explained that my scrambled eggs had large grey and black streaks because it was "probably cooked on the dirty part of the grill".

The waitress was a gem. I am bad with remembering names, but she had red hair. She was very cool and made us feel really special. I had taken my sister out, and she absolutely loved the service, the vibe, and especially the food. If you want an excellent classy made breakfast that won't leave you feeling hungry, eat here. There were four of us, and we had coffee never went without, btw. The meal was around $100. My sister couldn't stop talking about how amazing her food was. Excellent Breakfast snd worth every penny. BTW the marble toast was over the top amazing

Great variety of food, usually is a bit of a wait to get in at Peel times but b worth the wait.

I live on the west coast but this place is enough to convince me to brave winters in Winnipeg. Best smash burger by far, the burger and bun just melt on the tongue, the rib ends are meaty juicy and generously portioned while the whiskey pancakes are fluffy, light clouds of boozy, syrupy happiness!

Amazing food, amazing service. Just wasn’t a fan of being in St. Boniface, but the food was delicious.
