The store was well organized, and not very busy. Although there weren't many people in the store, staff never stopped by to offer help. At checkout they had to correct the price on one item as it was on sale but the sale price didn't come up one the system

Save yourself the grief and ask for help from any other worker but Michelle from woman’s department, unless you want to be treated with disrespect & spoken to as if you were a 3 year old child.

When asked if a certain item was in stock at another store, i was told “yes, you can drive to other stores and look if you want. ” what would you do? Drive across the city or call first? Perhaps they have a device that can check if there is any stock available elsewhere.however, that is too much to ask for.

For such a very unpleasant experience, I still do rate marks a 3/5 seeing as the cashiers in the front were lovely and very helpful.if it was not for them, i would never return to this location.

The moment i stepped in one of the staff started following me. He was staring at me the whole time but didn’t even ask me what I need. Makes you feel uncomfortable browsing over here. Would never back again

Went into purchase a single item got in line for my purchase. Line was quite long with only one cashier working at the time. Saw two different staff members look at the large not moving line and ignore it. Waited in line for an additional few minutes in the line that still was not moving. Decided to make my purchase elsewhere. Found the exact same product somewhere else for less. Poor service and poor pricing.

Mark's staff member Michelle is my new Xmas shopping hero. I called the Dakota store about a difficult to find sale item. She found me the last one - anywhere in Winnipeg - in the size I needed as a gift. She was so kind and determined to help. Merry Christmas, Michelle! You made Mark's an EXCELLENT place to shop!

Msrk's staff were very helpful with finding some new T-Shirts & socks. See you again when spring wear arrives.

Mostly good quality, staff could be helpful. Was not approached even once. Waited at till to pay and employee walked away to talk to another employee putting merchandise out, glanced back and did not approach. Very slow to pay. Staff not helpful.

Ok store. Lots of apparel to pick from. Unfortunately boots sizes are limited. Might have to order online.

I've always had relatively good service here compared to other stores. Friendly, helpful, polite. Had issues with a pair of shoes and couldn't find my receipt. They helped me out with the return and were polite about it. Then they helped me order new ones too. When I had confusion about the size and called back a few days later they talked me through it.

Been to this location over 15 years and I have been disappointed everytime. Lazy staff and they only care about themselves. Zero help over the years and I honestly try to give them a chance but to no avail. Wish I could rate lower and maybe even a minus star

I bought riverwind winter gloves for the winter thinking they are expensive should be nice gloves for the winter but within a month I found severals holes on them. Not a good quality gloves. Waste of money.

Really good selection lots in stock. 4 staff on the floor and only a few customers in store. Was not greeted at door and I asked for help.

Great selection of clothes and shoes. I recently bought the WindRiver iceFX shoes and they are as good as the CBC Marketplace preview I saw. They are great on icy surfaces. I should have bought them last year!

Place slaps. Solid customer service. Tall dude helped me reach some shoes. Guy did a killer job. 10 outa 10 apples.

The manager David is very impolite and not helpful. When I went there yesterday to do a price adjustment.he did not seem to know the policies of Triangle World Elite Masktercard and treated me in a very unfriendly way. The worst thing is he kept claiming himself as manager and saying what his policy is instead of listening to me and actually show any effort to help me. Putting Mark's reputation down. It is a shame this David is the manager there and ruining this store's image. I have been to this location many times. I recommended my friends and family to go there too.now I have to back track and spread the word for this one person's negative attitude towards customers. Truly shameful.

Ordered shorts on line that were not available in store. Came in to store for pickup really fast

Excellent experience. Staff in shoes was knowledgable and went the extra mile to serve. The cashiers were friendly and helped with the work shoe direct bill purchase process.

Great place to visit for winter attire! A lot of choices for rugged industrial outer or under wear for the cold.
Excellent store for all occasions and friendly and helpful staff. Plus you can use your Canadian Tire gift or credit cards there if you so chose

They sell decent work clothing although it is quite over priced. They have a wide variety but I'd recommend buying hivis work clothes from Walmart or a local work clothes supplier

Almost no selection and what you do have is pink and purple. You aren't selling this to children, get a better selection for professionals.

Great place for work clothing or casual clothing. Also have great selection of oversized clothing for the big and tall. Good work boot selection they can order in wide sizes for you. Only complaint is there can be long lines and wait times at cash registers especially around holidays.

I have spent too many tens of thousands of dollars over the course of my life to walk in there and be treated like a thief.
I want the store out of my community, the roads leading to Mark work Wearhouse are very expensive and the commercial zone areas are already taken by other companies and Mark's work Warehouse needs to be evicted

I went to Mark's looking for rubber boots. Had some issues finding a pair that fit me as I have really big feet bit eventually we did. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and had no problem going above and beyond to help me find a pair of boots. Great place, fantastic service, would definitely go back

Bought a pair of Timberland Pro work boots, my last one lasted a year and a half which is excellent for the field of work I am in and it still looked pretty good for the abuse

Grabbed myself some new boots the other day. Service wasn't great but the selection of boots sure was.

Hard to tell what was on sale as signs were on merchandise that didn't match the brand on sale but plenty of staff, they were very helpful.
