Love homesense, very friendly staff, always find what i need. My problem is checking out. I pay cash usually. When the associate does not know how to count canadian currency, there's a problem. My bill was 22 and change. I handed the associate 1 ten and 3 fives. She took it, looked at it, looked at the till. Did this about 3 times and then wanted to hand me.back the money. I didnt know why, she pulled her hand back and said this is 25.00 right? I said yes, and she said then i owe you money! Please homesense train your staff on canadian currency, and how to count it.

I came home and found out this 4 pack tank top from Marshall’s only has 3 inside, and I see thru clear packaging that there seems like a bed bug inside the packaging? ! I’m so disgusted. I can’t believe I didn’t notice this? But I had a lot of stuff in my hand when I was shopping there. The cashier I don’t know if she noticed or not but she didn’t say anything. I don’t know how these big corporations these days get away with selling opened and returned items as if they’re new? ! Like if you are gonna do that, double and triple check the quantity of items in the packaging and make sure it’s clean and never worn and brand new with no bugs or pet hair? ! I wonder if I bring it back tmr to return what they will say. I didn’t open it they sold me an opened and missing item and will they even let me return? ! I complained to corporate online already. Went to browse home items and buy gifts for my nephew and was quickly met with an associate not asking me if I need help but to check the very specific area I browsed and follow me right after. This made me so uncomfortable, I wanted to get more gifts for my nephew but no longer felt welcome to shop there. I was a manager at Calvin Klein for the last four years and understand LP issues but customer service always comes first. I paid my $70 and left.

Homesense has great furniture and home decor pieces, always a breath of fresh air shopping there. Marshalls stocks designer brands for less than the RSP, I love their designers bags, tops, pants etc

Love this place. Always finding something interesting and unique. Great value for the dollar.

Unique seasonal pieces at a good price. Always a lot of clothes to choose from. Very nice shopping experience.

My wife loves going here and has everything to make your house warm and cozy and fun for the season. Right now is nothing but Christmas s***

The cashier called me ‘Sir’. I am a 22 year old female. I hope he took this as a lesson not to assume peoples genders. It’s 2022!

Everything you want from a store and price was affordable. Home Sense and Marshalls did a great jjob for opening their store in St. Vital mall as it like a one stop shop.

We love shopping clothing from here. But today we were so impressed with the wide range and low prices of the Skin care produts. I am definitely coming soon.

One thing that caught our eye was the Diwali decorations.

Best spot to shop at! Always gorgeous and styling decor, home goods. Clothing is great too! Just wish prices were a little cheaper but overall always find something I don’t need but love here:)

Very clean and well stocked. The aisle spaces are quite small so if the store is busy it's a little tricky to shop around.

I went there on soft opening with my sister, we both had such a great experience. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. The guy (forgot the name) at the main entrance welcomed us and acknowledged the wait time in the line up and it was not that bad at all we were in within less than 10 mins, even though store is new, was getting ready for their grand opening, everything was well organised, the cashier (Debra) was very generous, asked us about our experience. I was eagerly waiting for this location to open and it didn’t disappoint me at all. Definitely going back as they have lots of cute and beautiful stuff for home decor.

Brand New Store! Well Organized, a lot of good stuff, definitely my favorite shopping destination around St. Vital Area!
