Mary Brown's Chicken

Chicken was under cooked. Thought it was going to start clucking at me. Poutine was dry and cheese curds were cold as ice. This place should be called Mary Clowns cause it's a joke. Patiently waiting for food poisoning to kick in.

My mum is in the hospital at this time, so I went to Mary Brown's to get some dinner. All I can say, the staff are so accomadainting, kind and professional! I hope they are told about this review, of how happy I am of the service they provided!
Highly recommend anyone that is in this area, to come here! The food is fantastic!

The chicken in the chicken burgers were non-existent. There was a piece of meat slightly bigger than a chicken nugget between a squished up bun.

We were dining in and they gave us to go bags after a 10 minute wait in an empty restaurant for 2 chicken burgers and fries.

My kids said this place was negative a million stars but that just isn't an option.

Update: Got food poisoning next morningand yes I did follow up with an email to the bottom reply of Mary Browns but no response.

My sandwich had to much sauce and when I was checking out was offered Mac and Cheese so I said sure but I didn’t know that it was actually Mac & Cheese Salad which I just didn’t really like the flavor at all

but their tenders, chicken patty, taquitos and potato wedges were pretty good

Very poor service they tried to charge me 92$ instead of 42 and when I found out they delayed our food and kept serving people ahead of us.

We Ordered two burgers and asked for a cup of water as well. They said they don’t have water. They Couldn’t give us a cup of water even when it’s +30 outside? Doesn’t seem right. Won’t be returning to this location.

Expensive burgers, you have to go on Monday for a good price.their chicken is basically a tendercrisp from burgerking or mcrispy from McDonald’s.

I have ordered from this location several times and the service is always fast and friendly and the food is exactly what I expect from all Mary Brown’s locations. Definitely worth 5 stars.

1.5 hours wait for a two piece. They ran out of chicken! Not fair! Never again! Update.contacted them as they requested.no response!

Amazing Chicken. I went there on Tuesday evening the gurl who took my order was so amazing.loved the way she speaks so calm and relax. I think her name starts from p her co worker called her. Again Food and cashier both were amazing. She also told me about tell mary. I never knew that bfore ;)

Great chicken, not overly busy and I can almost always count on the chicken being fresh outta the cooker or I am waiting bout 5, either way never disappointed

Mary Browns is literally my favorite place to order on skip.but this location is slack and horrible.
3 times I've order over $40 worth of food and the chicken comes cold & dry. The fry box is half full and always is half full everytime I've ordered from here. When they first opened it wasn't like this. Sad how their quality of food has declined.

I paid 15.00 for 3 pc chicken dinner. The pieces of thighs were very small, usually it's a good size. I think the pieces were about the same size as KFC. Was very disappointed. Not sure if I would want to go back anytime soon.

Fast service, tasty chicken. Ate here while my wife had a sleep break during labor across the street at Women's Health Centre. I didn't have alot of time to eat something and Mary Brown's was fast and hit the spot. Ordered the three piece tender combo and was very satisfied.

Was really disappointed with the customer service of this restaurant. Because I usually order from skip the dishes and yesterday I received a bottle of expired sour apple juice with my sons meal, skip told me to call the restaurant I came to the restaurant they told me to contact skip. Thought I’d download the app for a free sandwich too while I was already going to be going there with my son cause we had time today, some error in the app wouldn’t process my card even though it literally shows $0.00 for the free sandwich I was going to order a kids meal as while as we were hungry, left hungry, and disappointed without our issues resolved I wasn’t going to stay.

Ordered the chicken sandwich combo it should come with gravy too, but ordered it as extra. Everything was fine and tasty.

Friendly staff and the place itself was very clean. The chicken burger combo was satisfying & it was more better bcos of the pure chicken.

I tried the Buffalo Mary for the first time today, I must say that was probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It was a little messy but I think I found my new favorite chicken sandwich. The girl who took my order at the counter was very sweet and polite. 10 stars just for her

I go there at least 4 times a month on average. They have been consistent with the quality of their food 99.99% of the time. Good sized chicken, good amount of taters, good taste for everything. I ordered a meal yesterday and the serving size was much smaller than usual, but I understand it can happen once in a while. Overall, I still give 5 stars.

Suggestions: Put your full menu up. You used to have a piece of paper that had all menu options but that seems to be gone.

Halal Chicken is way more EXPENSIVE. I'll change it, if I see the improvements. By the thanks for letting me know.

The taters and chicken were very good. The fried pickles were a huge disappointment however. Maybe three slices of pickle and some fried batter pieces in the wee container-won't be ordering them ever again. I pre-ordered through the app which was very convenient and my order was ready when I arrived.

I was surprised by this place.

Fed 6 adults for $66 tax in. And it was really good.

So much better than other store! Whenever we can, we get our fresh chicken from Mary Brown. Great place to sit down and enjoy a meal too (when allowed to do that).

THIS LOCATION IS PROBABLY THE NEWEST MARY BROWNS IN TOWN, BUT IT'S DEFINITELY THE BEST ONE I'VE EVER VISITED. NEW EQUIPMENT POLITE STAFF AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: AWESOME CHICKEN!

I LOVE Mary Browns but this location, nah. I ordered the wrap combo for delivery and I got a teeny tiny "snack" wrap like the one in happy meal at McD. What's going on? Do better. I need to get what I paid for.

William location is a Best place to have halal fried chicken. They have best burger in the world: Big Mary spicy. The poutines are great and are so much filling. Taters are very delicious and crunchy.

The chicken are fresh. Service was courteous and not too long of a wait. Will definitely come again.

I love Mary Browns but this new location has poor customer service. Especially taking online/pick up orders. Do better!

Wow. They have halal chicken! The atmosphere is so friendly and clean. Chicken is pretty fresh. Worthy of coming back.

The best Chicken Sandwich in Canada! Great new location close to the HSC with a nice dining area. Great service and great chicken! 100% Canadian company too!
