Mary Brown's Chicken

Called and attempted to order and apparently they are just randomly closed during business hours 11: 30 am Thursday

Fries are incredibly soggy and greasy. This place went down hill fast.
Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed.
Only one person taking orders and also making the food. Took over 45 min for our food. When we got the Big Mary sandwich, there was mold on the bottom of the bun.
After complaining they gave me a new burger, but that one also had mold on it.
I went back and he told me, it’s only on the Bun, but agreed to give me a new one. I couldn’t believe he said that.

Bucket of chicken for Sunday lunch. Chicken is super greasy and has a very weird flavor. Weird like the way milk starts to go bad weird, smelled and looked fine but could only take one bite before stomach said nope. Have tried again months later and it’s still the same weird flavor. No, I will not contact you about my experience. Most of the reviews on Mary Brown’s Chicken Steinbach seem to be fake, I would suspect that claims from past employees of this establishment stating they had been instructed to leave positive reviews to be a true statement.

Chicken was absolutely delicious! Great job plus the ladies discussed it amongst themselves and delivered our chicken to us with the big order! Thank you ladies! Thank you Jason for such good service!

I'm glad they finally put on a sweet sauce on the spicy chicken burger. It's perfect now! I do think they need to add a few more options to the menu

Phoned in order to this location. Pub Style Wings. They took my order, and gave me a 15 min pick up time. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they do not have wings here.

Love the fried chicken, Big Mary or our favorite the chicken pop ins. Unfortunately the wedges or fries are nothing to write home about.

It's chicken and potatoes. It's OK! I make better roast chicken.fact! The coleslaw is good and I could eat some right now. Wedges are good as well. Chicken is also good. One of the locations I went to chicken tasted funny pretty sure the fryer oil was a bit old. Good reminder to change the oil. I've only paid myself one time. Other times others paid. I'll stick to the coleslaw. Thanks!

Went and got a Big Mary (chicken burger) and taters. The staff was friendly and the menu simple and relatively easy to understand. The food was ready in a good amount of time. Amazingly, the food actually didn’t have that deep fried fast food smell, and actually smelled sort of home made! The burger was great, chicken was perfectly done, and the taters were really good as well. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful chain! Chicken are so great and juicy. This was the first time that I heard the taters and tried it. I don`t want to eat French fries any more.

Chicken is amazing! Don’t waste your time with other chicken places close by. I have never had a bad meal yet! The quality is very good.

Outstanding! The Big Mary sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Today I had the Spicy Mary and it was spicy! Great chicken and the Taters are fantastic! Staff are always smiling. Best chicken place in Steinbach!

Really good deal on the 7 piece meal! Good flavor both the chicken and the breading. Lots of food with that deal and so easy to get to, even towing a trailer.

Great food very nice staff and they keep it very clean the chicken isn't greasy the KFC in Steinbach is very greasy never go to Steinbach KFC you got Mary's that's the best

First time we went It was ok. I wouldn't brag about it. Second time they missed a big item from our order. Now today I waited 25 mins for 2 burgers and 1 chicken fingers and 1 chicken pops. And they weren't even busy. The bun was flat and smashed. Defently NOT coming back.not worth the wait or money.

The food is great, the service is great but they aren't cleaning their tables when customers use them.

The food is good, it is a little pricy and if they make a mistake they want that you go back and waste your time by going again to the store to pick up the rest of the food, they should offer delivery if they made a mistake. For the food I would go again but because the service what I got from the manager over the phone it is a big no.

Usually 5 star but disappointed that they ran out of dark meat with only 4 pieces left maybe they should have prepared sooner so i would not have to wait 30 plus minutes for meal ️

It was my first time for visiting this new restaurant. The chicken and taters are very delicious. I will be back.

Much better chicken available at several other restaurants in Steinbach. We've tried Mary Brown's twice now to make sure it wasn't an off day at a newly opened restaurant. Chicken tenders were missing most of their breading (didn't fall off because it wasn't in the box). How does anyone with training miss that detail? Will not give this a 3rd chance. I emailed the store a photo and they never bothered to reply.
