Whoever was working the front today had no idea what they were doing took forever to do anything and could only handle 2 orders at a time. Couldn’t get my order right after repeating multiple times. Not worth it.

Ordered 4 sandwiches and the nuggets, it had no taste. Barely any sauce in the burgers. The nuggets were hard and dry with no meat. Wasted $50. Will never order again

Claim to be open until 10, but you go in at 9: 28 and the worker refuses to serve you chicken because they don’t wanna cook anymore for the night, cheers mate

Ordered for take out, the employees are always friendly and courteous. This location is always spotlessly clean.

Come here almost every Monday for the $5 chicken sandwiches. Every time it has been great and they're very quick with mobile orders.

The restaurant has friendly staff. They always go above and beyond with your request. I always order 3 piece spicy chicken and ask them extra spicy which they would happily add more spice. I also like their macaroni and cheese salad. Service from Ryan and his friendly greeting is great.

Great service. Something was wrong with the order and Ryan the manager opened up after closing and made us a new order! Wow. Best service I’ve ever had. Will come back just because of Ryan. Thank you!

We ordered the 9pc feast and we felt it was worth the money - covered 2 suppers. Delicious chicken, big pieces. Love the Mac and cheese salad. Gravy was kind of tasteless though, taters are good.
Location is great for us so good food and short walk means we will go again

Food is amazing, always fresh. Customer service on the other hand is straight garbage. I've never been told to have a good night or even been thanked after paying. As someone who takes pride in always being nice to customers, it makes me want to never come back if i am not given the same service. Doesn't matter how good the food is. Don't work at a job that has people if you cant handle them.

The food here is always hot and ready pretty quickly, and tastes great. Definitely one of the better chicken places in the city.
