Maserati & Alfa Romeo of Winnipeg

I went to see a couple of cars in August of 2023. I choose 1 car and a salesman named Gu made me put a deposit. I didn't end up getting my car from there and Gu promised to get my deposit back. 5 months down the line he doesn't even pick my calls. You wouldn't expect such a shameful act at such a dealership but well there it is.

Very bad people don’t deserve a single bunch of scoundrels my friend (DIXIT SHARMA) bought Honda civic touring (2019). Within a month, back up camera stopped working and they kept tricking him till now. They promised winter tire and rims but after huge argument they gave us only tires. We visited them so many times but no one is taking the responsibility after selling the product. They keep changing their managers and when you visit them with an issue they simply gonna say that sorry we don't know what kind of deal you had with last managers and we can’t help in this matter. Now, the car trunk is getting unlocked by itself.

If you are earning with you hard work, don’t visit them and waste your money.

Rey & Ian were super helpful right away even though I hadn't made an appointment ahead of time. They even brought me coffee which was a bonus! I'm super bad with decisions but Ian took time to help me make the best choice for my lifestyle. My friend is looking for a new car right now too and I'm sending her here asap

Our buying experience was a good one and I would like to thank GU and Andre for that. We called to see about an SUV, we saw the SUV, we purchased the SUV (over several days). We noticed a few concerns and when we brought them up, they were addressed almost immediately. The only issue we had was during delivery, our vehicle did not arrive on time and a day late.
We have not brought in our vehicle to the service department yet and when we do we will leave another review.
The 5 star for this review is for sales department. Our sales person Gu went above and beyond our expectations.

When I came in I was assisted greatly by Evan and a very welcoming staff, he helped me find what I needed. He was very patient and answered each one. I was throughly impressed by the staff.

Not my experience but my brother had purchased a car through this company with my girlfriend as a co-signer and they completely messed every part of it up she not only is not the co-signer but she is the only person on the paper work and is currently being charged for all payments for a car we don’t have they have been contacted countless times and haven’t fixed or even tried to fix a single part of it wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from this place to anyone

Made an appointment to see a specific car. After 45 minutes of waiting and talking to a sales person we finally got to see the car. Took the car for a test drive, agreed on a price, all seemed well. Didn’t want to trade or finance. Was were asked to see the finance mangers which we declined since we wanted to pay cash. Suddenly the sales mangers comes in and tells us there was a mistake and this car is already sold. But not to worry they have the same car available and will sale it for the same amount. The car was not available to view since it was out for a safety. After almost two hours we were asked to come back.

I should have listened to my gut and looked somewhere else, but we came back and looked at the car. Everything seemed ok and we were promised the car will be ready after the weekend. Monday came and no call or attempt to contact us. We reached out and were told our sales person is sick, but someone would check and get back to us. We never received a call back that day. After that almost three weeks of agony followed. We tried to get a definitive answer on when the car is ready. No one knew it, no one returned our calls, even went up all the way to the GM without results. Finally told them we will no longer follow through with the purchase. After that the car was ready for pickup the next day.

We still received a call from the finance manager Rokko, even after expressing multiple times that we are not interested. He even went so far to pull up our credit score and financial liabilities without permission just to tell us that we will be bankrupt soon if we don’t take out another credit with him and put the cash towards our mortgage. Unbelievable!

The car checked out ok, after we had it checked at a ford dealership, but The front light went out not even 24 hours after purchase. We asked for it to be fixed just to be told how much it would be to fix and to book an appointment. Credit to one of the sales managers he overheard the conversation and offered to fix it.

Never had a problem with the ladies at front reception. Very nice and polite.

Great dealership. Awesome experience working with Daniel habte and Jordan luciow. They found the right vehicle and with hard work on their part I left very pleased. They put in time in for me after hours to make sure i was pleased with the purchase and made sure it was safe and ready for the road. Thanks again guys I hope to work with you two again in the future.

I came by looking for a car with not much prior knowledge and understanding of what to get, associate evan helped me with finding the right choice that suits me and my needs while still being in my price range, i recommend greatly if you were to go in to look around and have any interests in learning more about a vehicle, i recommend evan to help you aswell.

This dealership is a total joke, I got a vehicle from them that was a problem right from day 1. Sok Pov was the guy I dealt with. All I'm going to say is the car broke down in St Laurent Manitoba on November 23 and Sok Pov told me he would take care of the vehicle getting towed back to Maserati. As of today the vehicle is still sitting in St Laurent Manitoba. I will be going to the media with this joke of a dealership.

On Nov. 22nd I called the number they asked me to call and connected me to a manager (Amanda). I explained the situation (again) and she said a manager from Sales (Joseph Crouch) would be in contact that same day. Well I heard nothing back so I patiently waited until Nov 29 and I called Amanda back. She told me she had already passed it on to Joseph and she would remind him. Well, I still have heard nothing.

I strongly suggest this dealership go through training focused on client experience from the managers down to the sales team. I wasted an entire Saturday morning, drove 45 minutes across the city because two members blatantly lied to me, just to get me into their dealership. Now, the managers are not following up on their simple promises. I guess they are fine with saying whatever they think will please the customer with zero follow through. For a "top end" dealership their tactics/strategy is more like a used car lot from the 80's.

I chatted with a salesman (Jaskirat) about a specific vehicle and he said he would have it on the lot the following day and requested I show up before noon. The next day I called the dealership to confirm the car was available and another salesman also confirmed. So, I drove across the city to get there and find out the car wasn't on the lot and it was elsewhere getting the engine fixed. Very unprofessional and disrespectful just to try and get a person into the dealership.

The worst customer experience ever in my life. Hopefully all this ends well! Communication with customer is so bad, soooo bad, speaking of personal experience.

As from the beginning, I feel ignored!
No reply to my emails! And they say that it is not the way they treat their customers! So, it seems like, definitely my experience is personal.
My request was at leat simple: tell me what you fixed on my car! Details of works you offered to do on the car so as to make me happy. The engine started linking just the day after they said they have worked on it! Another 200 CAD to fix it! Unbelievable!

I did had a hard time in the beginning over there, but thanks to Sok (driving with Steve) ; he really helped me all the way down until I got my car. He is the best.

One star isn’t enough for this absolute total joke of an establishment. For a high end automotive dealership you would expect some kind of resemblance of good customer service, knowledge and adequate communication, but unfortunately here you will find none of the above. DO NOT shop here unless you want to leave feeling insulted, manipulated and frustrated. The sales team is extremely unknowledgeable and the GM has undoubtedly zero idea on how to run a dealership, never mind a business. Received 3 different offers on my vehicle within 5 minutes from 3 different employees. Multiple salesmen didn’t even know the MSRP of a car on their lot. An utter disgrace to the brand.

UPDATE: at the beginning of the third week, service called us and fallow up, on the matter, explained what they were doing and how long we will wait. So I will add stars for them eventually fallow up with us and stay in touch. They actually was in touch, and repeated car as promised. I think this is actually good thing, that they read reviews and try to do something about issue to fix it.

Everything was grate until we actually purchased the car. We have purchased used vehicle and payed good money for it. Next day after we left dealership we noticed problem with air conditioning, and immediately came to the dealership asking them if it can be fixed. They said that we should come after weekend, when we were on our way to dealership the car started to show that engine is overheated. When we got to the service they said until Friday we will get our car back. We have been waiting already 2,5 weeks for car to be fixed, and they can’t fix it because they wait for the part. The biggest problem is that we have been ignored for all this time. Management doesn’t pick up phones and when they does they say they will call us back and never do. We can’t get clear answer if the part was ordered or no, when we can expect the car to be fixed, or can we return the car and get money back, simply because nobody wants to talk to us. Is that care for the customers? I can’t recommend this dealership because if you will buy car with the problem you will not be able to get any response or solution from them for weeks.

Just ask for Daniel if you need car and wanted to receive a professional and friendly services.

It was a pleasant experience purchasing my new vehicle through Daniel and Jacob. They gave me what I asked for my trade in, and sold me what I wanted at a fair price in comparison to other dealerships. They even purchased and installed an attachment for my child cars seats! We fell in love with and leased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio, which we finalized on Wednesday July 13. It proves Teemu Selanne was right about that number!

Why that STELVIO?
• Styling: the graceful lines inside and out.
• Finishing: the stitched leather interior from the dash to the seats.
• Comfort: the seats embrace you and it seems I could never get tired of sitting in them.
• Power: faster than any car we have driven and that includes “sports” cars.

Why Maserati Winnipeg? This is the friendliest and warmest reception in a car sales location including 11 vehicles and 28 years. It is certainly Rey, our salesman, who is friendly and honest, and, in fact, spent more time introducing us to the Stelvio for a test drive that another luxury dealership did on delivery of a luxury SUV in 2019. Also, it was Daniel, the finance guy who is just as warm and personable as anyone we have met. And it includes EVERYONE else who works there numbering 2 women and 5 other men. Our year-old wiener dog fell asleep in the arms of one dog lover as we were taking delivery! The salesman who ‘sold’ us our last lease was present at our former dealership during three visits, is now a “manager” never once came over to even say hello.

Why that deal? It was much fairer and superior to what had been offered us by a dealership we had leased from for the last 12 years. Better trade-in value offered and 3 times better discount than offered at our “loyalty” dealership on a “loaner” with 8500km! And the attention we received was in marked contrast to our “loyalty” dealership. The afternoon when we took our expiring lease to finalize buy-out it couldn’t be completed. Why? Because all the managers with signing authority were off-site at some event.

Why, finally? It really is the whole experience; the Stelvio, the people, the atmosphere, and the “deal”. AND the service included loaning us the vehicle for 5 days to get a thorough introduction. We feel and have felt trusted.

Look elsewhere if you’re looking for a pre-owned car as staff are only communicative before your purchase. Purchased additional warranty only to see their support go sour and their service diminish.

Extremely high pressure sales team. This is not a place I'm interested in going to look at cars.

Whole staff was patient throughout the process and listened to all my needs. We were able to get something done that will help me for years to come.

dealership I have ever had in my life and I'm in my 50's and have had many dealings with car dealerships. Went with
my daughter to look at a used Honda Civic. From the time we walked in the door we were greeted by reception staff, sales staff and management. But our
salesman Dylan was
absolutely 100% fantastic. My daughter bought the car and Dylon made sure that she was happy with what was being offered to her and made extra arrangements to help with
additional things. The
manager came to make sure we were happy and
then Rocco the finance guy,
man he knows his numbers
cause I challenged him Lol.
He did everything he could to make sure that we were
comfortable with what
payment options she was
given. We never felt one bit
pressured during our entire

Honestly I’m not even sure where to start. My entire experience was outstanding!
Jake was exceptional! He was extremely helpful and explained everything. He never rushed a conversation, nor did he push me out of his office.
Not only did he make me coffee (I love coffee) but another staff member did the second time I went in and she was hilarious! The atmosphere at this dealership is friendly and you feel like part of a family and not like a number.
If you’re a first time buyer, or just wanting to look around without any pressure, I highly recommend going to Maserati Winnipeg! Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership!

Be cautious manager whose name is Will was trying to cheat me, adding to the bill nitrogen in the wheels for 799 CAD. Furthermore, the price on paper and online was different. I would not like to deal with them anymore.

My wife and I purchased a used car from Maserati & Alfa Romeo. Overall the experience was positive. Nice staff and clean place. The only negative was that we noticed one of the speakers was not working in the van. When we made the deal and put down the deposit the condition was to fix it. However, they didn't fix it.something about not making money on the vehicle because the price was below cost. (suuure). I was offered a full spring detail in lieu of the speaker which I will absolutely use. Bit of a sore spot but the vehicle has since served us well and I changed the speaker myself for $50. All-in-all I feel good about our new vehicle from Maserati & Alfa Romeo.

I recently traded in my car for an SUV. I had great service from Paul and Musbah. I was able to get the trade in I wanted on the spot, even though they were closing they managed to fit in a vacuum and a clean for the SUV as well (with a full detail to come following week). Was very happy with the treatment and service, they will also hook you up with a terrific coffee.

I just bought a vehicle from Paul and his financial advisor and let me tell you how awesome it was. I didn’t even buy a Maserati I bought a Civic from them and I still got all the perks of buying a Maserati. Will definitely be doing business with them again. 100% recommend seeing them!

September 2019 - We just had the most amazing buying experience at Maserati & Alfa Romeo of Winnipeg!   We bought a 2015 Nissan Murano here, and you’d think we DID buy a Maserati!   We were treated so well, with the utmost respect, and it felt like family was taking care of us.   Moss and Paul have a high level of integrity and are focused on the delivering right car to the right person.   There was no pressure and they spent lots of time with us going over the car, the Carfax, and the options.   You can expect more here, in fact they exceeded our expectations.   The car was delivered beautifully polished and detailed, fueled, and I got a box of chocolate and fresh roses with the keys! This place is unbeatable for a buying a used car – check them out!

Definitely worth making the trip for. I went there to see a car I was 98% sure I was going to buy. Their was zero pressure, I was able to take the car home to try it out, once I brought it back they wanted to make sure I was happy with it before making the deal. They let my 4 year old bounce around a 100K Maserati and entertained my 1 year year old while I was switching car seats. My only regret is when I did get the car I didn't give myself enough time and misplaced some things and the whole process felt a bit rushed. But I left with a car I'm super happy with, beautiful flowers and chocolates! I will definitely send my husband here when it's time for his upgrade.

I strongly recommend. I had issues with the car that they sold to me initially but when I brought the car back, Morris and Paul fought so had to get me out of that car and gave me a better car that I am currently enjoying. It was an amazing experience and My husband and I are really grateful to them.
