Great place to deal. Sales department has always gone above what’s required. The parts department rarely lets me down when I’m needing parts. The long hours of the parts and service departments make it an even better company to deal with.

Parts are easily available, but night parts guy was very rude. Everybody else sitting in office did not even noticed us. Very dry people

The Parts section is open till midnight on weekdays.carry most basic parts n filters for all make of trucks.

Possible drunk driver in company vehicle. At the least distracted driving / dangerous / inattentive.
MB Plate # CPD 081 Ford F150 4 door with full Maxim Truck and Trailer window decals and body vinyl / paint. Nothing like proudly representing their company while reckless driving.
North bound Hwy #7 to Stony Mountain. Swerved back to dotted line on left while turning right. Not signaling. Then signaled after he turned. Touching both middle line and curb side line. Going over the middle line. Also driving with a hitch installed while not towing. Might be uploading dash cam footage to YouTube and if I do will be sure to tag company and plate number. Hopefully their work is better quality and of higher professionalism than their driving. Stay classy.

Wasn't impressed by the attitude towards me.what I can only assume is the fact that I am a woman. From the second I walked in the door

I was selling my step deck to maxim and going to rent a reefer till my new spread axle reefer I was going to order would come in. Waited three weeks and never got paid. Maxim likes their accounts paid on time but have problems paying their own bills. Will be dealing in USA in future. Went and got my trailer back. Think twice if doing buisness here and dot your (i) and cross your (t) and do your homework first so you don't suffer like I did. I wonder if anyone has ever bought a trailer from Maxim and pulled it for 3 weeks before paying for it.

Called them in the morning and got me in right away.
Trailer airbags can’t go up and they fixed it in short time with a very reasonable price.
Brad on service cashier is very nice.

Always greeted with a smile at the parts counter. Big buisness- but still exceptional value.

I had not good experience initially but david, working as a service manager is very helpful and he assured me everything will be working fine. He is nice guy, if you are also having issues with not getting positive, talk to him. He will definitely help you.

Frustrating to book appointments at any repair shops typically several days to several wks, If they can get the parts needed.

Very bad experience. Drivers please don’t leave any stuff in your tractor if it’s coming here to fix. They are THIEF, they steal my GPS from my tractor
