I ordered my battery over the phone for delivery. They sent me the wrong battery. I called and I haven't had customer service like this in a very long time. They changed the battery apologized several times. Gave me alittle extra for my core. I would highly recommend them.

Bought a new battery from this place in summer. Things were fine for the first month but then started going hill. It started but having to charge it weekly but quickly became a daily event. Took battery in and stated battery wasn’t holding a charge. MB battery said they tested it and said it was fine. Worked fine for a few days then had to boost daily. Tested the battery myself and it failed. Took it to another place to have them conduct a proper test and the battery failed. Needless to say I bought a new battery from a major retailer and have had zero problems since.

Purchased oddesy battery from these guys. 13 months later I was denied warranty instantly as I walked in. There is a 2 yr manufacturer warranty but their "policy" is only 1 year in store. Sorry guys your policy doesn't trump manufacturer. By the way Prarie battery had no problem helping me out. Stay clear of this scaming facility.

I have now purchased two batteries (both vehicles died within a week, wadda ya do.) in the past week for delivery in the city. First one came within an hour, so I didn't even get their awesome tracker email which tells you how many stops and an approximate window of delivery. Ordered one this morning and will be here by 1 pm at the latest and I can track where he is by stops. You can't ask for better. The pricing is phenomenal as well. My jeep grand Cherokee battery was $60 cheaper then anywhere else, and my Stinger battery, $350! Great service, great pricing, I'll definitely make these guys my go to battery shop!

Bought a couple batteries quite a while back. Over the winter they lost their charge and brought them in for a recharge.
Turns out one wouldn't hold a charge and the other did.
It was within warranty and they exchanged it no problem. No hassle and super friendly about it.
The kicker was that I didn't have the receipt so they looked up my purchase an honored it.
A lot of companies these days would not do that let alone let me know it was still covered under warranty.
Stand up business. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

Unbelievable. These guys charged me $133 after tax for a car battery and dropped it off at my house. Like.talk about customer service. Amazing x100. I have been buying batteries here for years, had one freeze up and crack after about 2 years and the side broke, vehicle sat is why this happened. I found out but since I bought it from them and they felt bad for me they gave me $10 off. Already the best price and cared enough to support a loyal customer with a bonus discount that is why I come here.

Last Monday, I went in Manitoba battery, I am new here and just bought a car. It didn’t wish to start so I had been told by my office manager to go there for a new battery.
They checked my battery for free and informed me that the battery was good and was only 2 years old and only needed a charge. I borrowed my friends charger
and charged it as they instructed me to and I had no issues for two weeks plus. I went back today and had them check the battery again they said it was charged
and good to use. I would have given them $100 without a thought as I did not know my battery was just uncharged but they were honest. I will make sure that $100 they
saved me gets them the business of everyone I know. They are a honest company go Manitoba battery.

Do not honor warranties and sell sub par batteries that last a week or two and then have the audacity to say the battery is fine. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I gave one star because I couldn’t leave a review without one. They should have a -100 rating. Steer clear.

Earlier this month I purchased a battery since I had issues starting my car. It actually ended up being the starter that was having problems.

Fast forward last Sunday, January 22nd. My car had no power. None of the electronics turned on. I assumed the battery I just purchased wasn't faulty and assumed it was an electrical problem. My car didn't start when I tried to jumpstart it. I called CAA to for a tow, assuming the worst.

CAA had a powerful enough device to bring my car back to life. The technician tested the battery. It turned out that it couldn't take a charge. It gradually drained those couple of weeks in the car. I ended putting back my 7-year-old battery in since it still worked.

CAA emailed me the battery test results.

Yesterday I brought the battery I purchased explaining my situation. The person who helped me accused me of improperly taking care of the battery. Assumed that the battery drained because I left my car on or something. They scoffed at the CAA results, saying the results didn't matter because they've been in the battery business for years and the CAA person was wrong.

All they offered me $10.50 for a battery I just bought earlier this month for $150.

I cannot recommend this place because of their predatory actions.

went for a cordless replacement battery with my old broken battery and they gave me the wrong one
Brought it back and told me that they would modify the attachment with no extra fee so I allowed them to do it
Went back home but the battery didn’t work still
So I brought the battery that they modify and they told me that if I wanted to return it I have to pay 30$ labour fee because the modify it!
This is insane!
Times are tough for everybody I understand but making money this way from people is not right!

Worst place, 0 customer service skills and they will scam you with incorrect batteries and won’t honour warranties.
The staff does not have proper guideline for doing things. The staff will promise you things and refuse service continuously and will not even return your new battery, leaving you stuck with loners.
Be extra careful when you go here, bunch of scammers and thieves with no set of rules or way of doing things.

I had a pleasant experience today. Got a good battery based on the advice of Joe and learnt a lot about battery from the guy who helped me install it. Happy with my experience for sure.

High quality batteries and service at a price anyone can afford. The best combo for a great business.
