Very poor quality location.it is cramped inside and my order was made incorrectly (but corrected when I asked about it). The biggest issue I had was witnessing an employee push down the garbage in the bin with her bare hands, and then immediately turn to touch food and put them into bags. I understand the sandwiches are wrapped but the fries are not

Service and food at this location has greatly improved with the new recent staff additions. People would gwt thru a lot faster if they saved the small orders for the drove thru and went inside for their mega orders

Decided to order inside for take out. LG fries, Filet of Fish, New big Mac, , 13 minutes waiting for meal. No one ahead of me in store. 4 cars in drive thru. Fries were hit and tastey, Filet of Fish hot and dry to taste, skipped on seafood sauce, New Big Mac, cold, cheese was not even melted.because it was cold it was hoo hum. BTW I ate in the parking lot. Word of advise. If you serving 2 items that are deep fried, don't make the burger 1st and let it sit to get cold.

I Had a great customer experience Here, Most Days it isn't Great.
But that one Brotha was rocking it! We need more of that, People that actually communicate and interact. He said good morning, Thank you, and have a good Day Sir. Give that man a raise and make him the training model for the rest of the franchise.every other time I go its a mumble or nothing at all.

I love that they have a sign that's says 24 hrs. And that the drive through is open 24 hrs only to be told no we are closed. Also note that the store hours of operation was updated 5 weeks ago. And still says drive through is 24hrs. I get it we all want easy Pay. And it's easier to tell someone they're closed. Just so you don't have to make an order. I'm kinda p.o about it. Mainly because don't have a sign that says 24hrs and don't advertise online 24hr drive through. If it's false. Also I'm flipping hungry and just got off shift.what a disappointment.

Very rude ordered skip the dishes and the guy at the McDonald's said that after it leaves the store its not their problem. Even though they sent buns with mold on them. Losers.

Came today at around 9: 10pm just to grab a tea at drive thru. First no one took my order for 2 minutes then I have wait for my tea so long that it took me 10 minutes to grab a tea and it feels like there is no sugar at all in my tea. And there was only one car in front of me

My experience was poor noting the manager walking up and down ranting about if a vehicle isn't moved in ten minutes it would be towed and cost seventy dollars, and doing so several times, a lady stopped eating and came back ten minutes later to her cold food, i waited and spoke to him about how his actions were very poor and he didn't care about my words, i then told him about laying down milk cartons to avoid parking and how bush and unprofessional it looks. He didn't want to listen to my words and only what he wanted to speak. To finish i mentioned how unprofessional it looks and the millions of dollars McDonald's makes that they can't put up proper signage. Have your McPhillips and polson manager take some schooling in people skills

The excuse of covid for no salad that makes zero sense to me other restaurants are supplying salads you're touching our food as it is. Don't understand what the big deal is considering salad comes in a bag and you dump it out, there is no chopping on site, zero handling of the produce, no prepping on site of salads

Worst service I have had at any place ever. The management don't care about the customers. I even got ripped off. I paid for food it wasn't in the bag went back and they told me I was lieing. Just avoid this place.

I enjoy the occasional big mac and really like the fries but can have problems with getting the order right in the drive thru at this location (sometimes when using coupons or the order not being right also seem to be out of muffins alot)

Hatts off to SHIFT MANAGER NAVJOT visited there sunday night around 9: 30 nobody gave damm to the customer waiting. After 10 minutes someone came ask but then they continue to talk like they all were there for gossiping. Another minutes passed by and manager said we gave wrong order to some other person and no apologies for that. She was like you have to wait and thats not her fault that her store gave wrong order to different person. Why you have mangers who dont know how to take the store responsibility. In the end, she was like you can come and work if you have complains. Come-on girl you have that arrogant attitude for customer service? Also hats off to the store supervisor who find that kind of people deservingf for a responsible position.

I was in this location yesterday and what terrible service from I'm assuming was the miserable manager.

I ordered a McFlurry from a young boy who obviously was new and he didn't make it properly but the worst part was he had all his fingers all over the cup and on the spoon.
He had just handled money at the till.

This older white woman came running over and said "they didn't have to wear gloves according to the health rules".

What about common sense and good hygenie which obviously she didn't have.

I told her just give me a refund and instead she fixed it up.
She was arguing with me in front of other customers and all her staff.

How is this woman allowed to manage this place with her bad attitude?
She obviously hates her job so she should look elsewhere. If anyone would have her with her miserable attitude.

Best to skip this McDonald's and go to the one in Garden City.

Poor service through the Drive-Thru.
Could not understand the lady taking the order.
When picking up order at the window, the attendant did not acknowledge us and basically threw the food out the window.
Also, got our order wrong.
Go to another location, if possible.

Does McDonald's pay for employees' ear treatment? If not, they should. At the speaker, made me scream for my muffins with only egg with no meat. And a black coffee. Came to the next window to pay, I am giving order again and this time literally said, Mc egg muffin with no meat. Girl asked, muffin and extra large coffee with three cream. I order again. Best part yet to come. At the pick up, I got my black coffee thank god for that, and THE SAUSAGE MUFFIN.

I’ve been going to this location since I’ve moved near by 7 months ago and every time there has been some sort of issue with my order. Either the order was missing items, order was completely wrong or items were not made properly. There has been multiple times I’ve ordered coffee and the taste was sour and I would drive down to the Leila location and re-purchase my coffee which was much better.

Would recommend to take the extra 2 minute drive to either the Leila or Notredame location and not worry about having issues with your order.

I've never had such terrible customer service and I've never met a manager as rude as Jashan. I went to the drive thru and they messed up my order and didn't provide me with a receipt. I was lucky enough to check my order before I arrived home so I went directly back to the store. I attempted to explain to the manager my situation and had my bag of food on hand for proof. As I had to come back to the store I asked for compensation as my meal was no longer fresh. The manager commented "do you hear yourself right now". In astonishment at what she just said to me, I asked for receipt and she told me to wait. I asked for the receipt again and she continue to be rude to me and in the end did not provide compensation. My partner called the store and asked for another manager and she said she had no time for this and hung up on him. I cannot believe the behavior of this individual. What a shame on McDonald's for allowing such behavior towards customers.

Always double check and even triple check your orders when buying at this location. They keep messing up my orders. They also have bad customer service.

The drive thru person taking the order was rude and did not get the order right at all. Ordered 2 Double qtr pounders got qtr pounders. Ordered 2 jr chickens had to re order them at payment window. Ordered coke and got Diet Coke which I can not drink due to adverse reaction to sweetners used. We usually drive to this mcds since it is usually good service this time was a total let down and the person who took our order at 5: 56pm should not be allowed to serve customers

Food was good, but when I sat down to eat my food the whole place was full of flies. Very annoying having to constantly swat flies away from my food. A couple flies is normal for a greasy fast food joint.

Went through the drive-through today I had to give my number because the lady never asked for it which gives me access to the deals. Go to the window the gentleman wasn’t sure what my order was charge me full price for everything which I question about the deals, which he didn’t have it so I had to redo the deal. So he had it wrong so I questioned it at the next window and she didn’t want to listen to my problem so then she called over the manager and he didn’t want to listen, just wanted to argue. In the background lady started both bad mouthing me where she wasn’t part of the conversation so I called her out on it and the manager didn’t say anything or do anything and finally told the first lady to just close the window. He said that I owe five dollars for the deal and I just told him give me my drinks the whole thing was so mad. How can you help customers if you don’t listen to customers. And if your employees are running your mouth without knowing all the information it’s not good customer service I need to listen understand and then communicate to solve problems not just dismiss the customer

Ordered a 2 Can dine meal with QR code and drive thru person typed 3 separate meals for me.
Went back to the restaurant to question if they had typed my order wrong (so my QR code didn’t apply). After 4 mins of waiting (there was no customer ordering food at counter at the time), received a worst attitude from the manager stated because of my QR code was expired. They also refused to refund/re-order/return, because I took the food with me from drive through……….
We had went to different Macdonald’s in the city, but surely this is the worst customer service experience ever

I went to this location a while back and they screwed up my order. So I called and talked to a manager and they offered to replace my meal next time I was in. So I went today through the drive thru. Once I got to the window they told me I had to go in to get it. Once inside they couldn't find my replacement unless I remembered the managers name. But once I told them I was leaving they found it in their book. Very frustrating experience. Will avoid this location.

Be very cautious when purchasing gift cards at this location. My sister bought one, the employee was "trying" to put the money onto the gift card and said it wasn't working, finally they found a old reused card somewhere and "put" the money onto that one. Went to use it the other day only to find that the money infact was not on that card. Called the manager and was told it was too late for them to do anything about it. If your purchasing a gift card here double check the money is actually on there before you leave. Very disappointed, we will not be back.

I've been coming through the drive-thru frequently for years as this location is close to both home and work, making it my go-to McDonald's. I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here or it's at least been a rare occurrence. My orders are always correct (coffee and the occasional food item) and service is always friendly.

Went through the drive thru and as we were giving our order, the lady kept cutting us off, didn't punch in our full order and then while we were still talking just went to the next person in the other lane.

We sat there and waited while 4 cars moved up before she finally came back to us. We tried finishing our order and she again kept cutting us off and missed things then went to the next car again.

So we drove up to the window and asked for the manager. The manger then started cutting us off and wasn't listening. We asked for extra sauce and pickles for our burgers. Manager brought our food out and said everything we asked for was in the bags. There was no extras and one of the burgers had no pickles at all. Brought the burgers back to the window and told them. Instead of making us new burgers (which they should have done), or for that matter giving us a refund or something for all the inconvenience, they brought us out little containers with extra sauce and pickles.

Very disappointed in how this McDonald's handled our order. Definitely won't be going back.

They had difficulty getting our order correct. We asked for 10 piece McNuggets and 2 McNugget 6 piece meals, for which we had a coupon to use. They seemed mixed up and asked us twice what our order was at the pickup window. I told my daughter to double check the bag. We received 4 bbq sauce instead of sweet and sour. I asked again for 4 sweet and sour but we only handed 2. Maybe new staff were being trained that day? I would not use drive thru here again. I would go inside to order next time. Otherwise food was hot and tasty!

I went there and ordered a sausage the egg McMuffin and got the whole egg.it was disgustingly crunchy and they don’t give you a receipt with purchase OR answer the phone, probably the worst McDonald’s’s in the entire city.

I went inside this mcdonalds 10mins before 10pm and was going to place the order online. I was told by the cashier that their dine-in will be closing soon. I asked if i could just do mobile order and he said yes. I placed my mobile order and i was given with the code to give for pick up. Went to their drive thru to pick it up my order and the east indian woman told me there's no mobile order showing up. I showed her my online receipt and my code for pick up but she keeps on raising her voice saying there's none and i need to just cancel my order. I asked why should i cancel if i already paid. I told her i'm willing to wait as i'm hungry and we're already there but she refused and keeps on saying i shoukd just cancel. We've been arguing for almost 12mins on the drive so my dad said we should just go. I ended up not getting anything but was charged on my cc. Called the next day, good thing the manager was nice and easy to talk to. I hope this store take actions on how employees should treat their customers. Most of the time the store is dirty too.

As a person who prefers water, not bottled, I'm beyond upset at the fact you can't order Large Ice waters only small through the drive though, more so when the lobby is closed. I can order 4 small waters which makes no sense. At least offer a small charge for large ice waters. Maybe this is just me but McDonald's seems to just nickel-and-dime you to death.

Not really my type of fast-food restaurant. The last time I ordered a double quarter-pounder, I got a greasy mess on the bottom of the container. The cravings for nuggets or fries keeps me coming back from time to time, though.

Their coffee is the better than Tim Hortons and Starbucks. Anyone who disagrees is wrong. $1 Coffee Days are great when I'm travelling, and the food is very cheap and quick to grab. Atmosphere inside is enjoyable, and I sometimes come here with a group of friends just to grab some drinks and hang out for a while. My one complaint is that they need to change the fryer oil more regularly. I've had lots of great fry orders and lots of bad fry orders. I feel like changing the oil more regularly would improve consistency.

They parked me because my food wasn't ready then when they brought my food out I was short a burger and had to go in and get it after being parked they cant get my order right. Not the first time this has happened at this location either.
