Worst mcdonald ever, ordered grilled chicken burger left in rush and found later it was not in bag, thought thank god I ordered poutine and chicken wrap too so won’t be hungry at least. Started eating chicken wrap found big of paper (some sticker) in the middle of wrap. Great, and it was totally not busy there.

Needed to repeat my order 5-6 times and they still got it wrong then said "you should have checked to make sure you had everything before leaving". Last time I checked I thought that was your job?

Ordered 2 burgers and a drink. First off never received the drink. Even though they repeated it perfectly to me. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers with extra ketchup. They arrived plain. Honestly feel they weren't trying. Probably won't come back

Plenty of seating at this McDonald’s location. It can be a little bit dirty which is why I removed a star. Typical McDonald’s, just feels a little more spacious than other locations nearby.

Doesn’t even deserve a star one star is a joke The service was a joke I was waiting for my food. She came up with my food talk to a kid. I walked away with my food, put it down and made her a drink, and one of the managers was on her phone clear as day in front of my food what a joke and my fish fillet cold wasn’t even cooked right taste like it was made six months ago

I just went today (jul 24,2022), at near about 11: 47pm. The worst experience i ever have. Guys please value your employees. I just head to the window an Indian girl take my payment she was so nice and doing her job great but just one white lady came up and taunting her by saying “ she is not paying attention and all that”. I hope i could know the name of that lady but mam just wanna let you know she is doing her job very well but you need to learn some manners.i hope you will get another lesson how to treat your co-workers.

Bought food in drive through, they said it would take time so i pulled into the waiting spot. After 10min i went in to see what was up. Some how my order was skipped.

I like their sugar-free vanilla latte. I wish, tables are more clean, but otherwise, they are running the business very well.

Could barely hear the girl, she sounded very grumpy and quiet. They got my order wrong 3 times so disappointed.

Have to pop in for a quick lunch once in a blue moon. This particular location has been a staging point for numerous adventures over the years.

My third time ordering ahead on the app and standing and waiting for 10+ minutes for my order. Today I waited 16 minutes. The young lady that appeared to be running for either drive thru or front counter was very friendly and apologetic when she brought me my food which was really appreciated. I also have never received fresh tasting fries from here.

Ok so I usually focus on the positives and I've never reviewed anyplace in an adsholish way I try to be unbiased. Today November 20 is the 3rd time in less than 6 weeks where my coffee was undrinkable. I can drink a shifty coffee and somehow enjoy it but this time I couldn't even take a third sip. Sorry it's gross and when a person drives out solely to get a coffee it duxks just saying otherwise thanks for the great service

Only McDonald's with a variety of ethnic groups I've seen so far dining area is clean and the one white older lady manager is very caring with your order even came to my table to make sure this is McDonald's not a quality restaurant but that's still nice to think about although mistakes were made on the order it's definitely the fault of the staff not her they should be checking with that said regarding staff not managers the staff do not care and rush and make a lot and I mean a lot of mistakes understanding they are just children who don't care but still very odd they have jobs with so many mistakes in such an easy entry level job so that is the only downside of this location

Seems they never have fresh food. Order through skip.stale cold fries.go through the drive through and even ASKED FOR FRESH FRIES. Wait 10minutes get home burger and fries for 3 meals cold and stale. Even with the heat blasted on the bag and it covered with a sweater.

Always make mistakes. Spoke to the manager named Sunshine and she was nothing but patronizing and rude. Will never go back.

Was there at 1230 pm about 75 school kids inside.packed in like sardines no social distances and half the kids had no masks.totally disappointed

Terribly designed drive through enables cutting. People will be patiently in line for the drive through, in the driveway coming from the east. Inconsiderate people can come from the west and cut into line. Some traffic cones and/or a sign could easily take care of this, a concrete curb would be better.

Just keep driving.or get one of the many MANY other options around this restaurant. Not even worth stopping Based on 10+ visits so it's not just one time they've messed up. It's every single time.

I just wanted an earl grey tea at the drive thru, and the person kept saying green tea. Might have been an issue with the mic, but I ended up just not getting the tea.

Drive-thru is ok, except for the one guy, at the first window, has no personality at all.and kind of rude! The other staff members are friendlier.

One of the worst services I ever had. The coffee was Luke warm, the breakfast burritos didn't come with salsa. Staff were no friendly. They look miserable and didn't want to be there.

When the play center is open this is a good restaurant to relax while your kids let off some steam on a cold winter day. However, I have ordered at least four times from that drive-thru and have gotten errors on my order. Sometimes it is a small thing like not putting sugar in my coffee or cream instead of milk. (Annoying but I will survive.) But, when they forget a burger or order of fries that is ridiculous. This is not one time but a series of occurences. I usually avoid this place for drive-thru. The dine-in is great though and if they mess my order up I am only a walk away.

Always love McDonald's! Staff seem to be efficient. Only problem is, no ketchup with my order. Am I supposed to ask for it?

Very nice staff especially one women there that always makes me smile even though it's behind my mask, lol. They have never once messed up order which is impressive on its own. The ice cream machine has always worked when I was their which is again very impressive.

I like the new touch monitors to order your food, you have more privacy and room. You also get to see the whole menu which is nice. Being able to do add ons and order it the exact way you want.

Parked for the ice coffee, but ate whole meal while waiting.for a ice coffee.

Food is the same as any other McDonald's but the staff are super friendly and went above and beyond just to be kind on my last visit.

They tend to not notice people standing at the counter to place an order. So if you don't get their attention, you will be waiting a while.

Best McDonalds in Winnipeg. Ran by management and staff who put the customer first, pride themselves on World Class Service, and keep a very clean business. Thank you for all your hard work!

Slowest fast service restraunt I've ever been to. Unfortunately I go there lots due to close to me but HATE THE WAIT 5-10min wait off to side on order 7out of 10 visits. Go to a different Mc D's if possible.

Very COVID aware have an entty and exit. Customers are not following these directives. Spray of tables available between sittings. Reduced capacity and active hostess for social distancing help during line ups

The food is McDonald's so it is what it is, but on 130th always always always check your order when you go through the drive-thru because you always get F 'd there!

Always reliable for a good breakfast or a quick meal on the go to fill the hole in your stomach. Decent prices and good service.

I came today at your restaurant the night shift crew atitude was really rude and they need some training regarding customer service

No one's using gloves in the drive-thru, including the guy stirring our coffees in the middle of a global pandemic! Unbelievable. A little extra care in these situations goes a long way. Especially during these times.

You would think by now I would not come to this location cause theres a few crabby members that seem to always be working here but crabby and getting 2 coffees both wrong is a bit frustrating.

Every time I go to this McDonalds they miss an item or two. When I get home and have to drive all the way back to pick up the missed item, i get no apology, no compensation for the rest of my food sitting at home cold, just a here is your missing item. The quality control is awful, i dont expect it perfect, but I sure as hell expect to get all the items I paid for. Terrible customer service.

Sure would be great if they would make sure the whole order made it into the bag. 3/4s of the food I paid for is not good enough. Especially not when it is totally dead.
