Eating areas could be cleaned more often and thoroughly. Fries are always cold and burgers are never made to order which sucks considering how expensive they have become. It's not fast food when you have to wait 15 minutes for a plain hamburger and black coffee and then you're given a burger with ketchup and a double double.

I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but in this case, I feel like I don't have a choice. McDonald's is McDonald's, sometimes the food is nice and warm, sometimes the food is cold like it was tonight. I came in to do some shopping with my children and we decided to go to the McDonald's. I had with me a 10-year-old, a 7-year-old, a 5-year-old special needs girl, a 4-year-old, and an almost 2-year-old.

The issue that I have is that my son pointed out that the exit door had a huge sign saying that it was a fire exit and the door should never be blocked. However, this staff had piled things in front of the door so that it was not accessible. As it was my 7-year-old son that pointed it out, I felt it would be good to show him a good example and tell the manager. I was very polite, and raised it as I didn't want them to get in trouble. When I told the manager, she mumbled something about well that's where they put. And then she walked away.

Again, McDonald's is McDonald's. Nobody goes in there. Expecting it to be anything else other than McDonald's. However, I believe that any customer that walks in should expect a safe exit in case there ever was a fire.

Placed order at 12: 08. Order ready at 12: 25. Paid for a dbl quarter pounder meal without cheese. Get back to work just to find out its just a single quarter pounder. Reading a screen is not a hard job. I do it at my work all day everyday. I guess at least the fries were fresh. The burger was not since it sat in the bag for 5 min while I waited for fries. If you're gonna charge ppl so much at least make sure the order is correct.

They're self ordering machines don't have a sign on them saying they don't accept payments. Waste of time ordering there only to have to then wait in line just to pay

What an absolute dump. Flies everywhere! Floors are dirty and disgusting. We ordered takeout and they were so slow. Forgot topping on a hamburger. Forgot sweet and sour sauce for nuggets despite it being listed on the receipt. Fries were cold and hard.
Avoid this McDonald’s.

Waited in line then the person taking your order walked away and never came back so I walked away

All my wrappers had black greasse on them, looks like they were draged on the floor then served.dont Recommend this restaunt at any location them kids dont know how food should be made.

Everytime I order it seems there is something wrong with my order, I can be the only person in the McDonald’s and it still takes over 10 mins to get my food. I order a double quarter pounder and I’ll get one patty, I also will get a mayo packet or sauce and they never add it even though I pay the extra for it, the costumer service is horrible they look and act like they don’t care about the costumer. And this isn’t just happen once it happens frequently as I go here often as it is convenient for work.

Entrance from inside to parking has a dangerous step off to driveway it should be marked or made into a slope my grand son had a terrible fall as you can 't see the huge step. Othets have also stumbled. You will get sued sooner or later! Also it needs yellow stripes from steps to car parking as cars do not slow down so you can get to your car or into the store someone's going to get run over yet!

Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it took 12 minutes to get a cup of coffee AFTER it was paid for. That does not include the 15 minutes in line.

Only a single employee working during the morning rush made it a rather slow breakfast experience.

Service is always slow, restuarant is usually pretty messy.oh and if you order something with only ketchup be prepared for half a bottle to be used. More ketchup than burger

Service was absolutely slow. The restaurant was dirty. There were napkins, straws and garbage on the floor. Tables hadn't been cleaned. I didn't take pictures behind the counter, but the floors were filthy. The wait time on my order of 10 McNuggets, was 13 minutes. Another lady was waiting 22 minutes for her McWrap. I'll never go there again. I understand times they get very busy but that doesn't excuse the filthy restaurant. Everyone has a job to do there. Someone dropped the ball, for sure.

Some native lady tried to get into the back of my car in the drive thru which wasn't there fault but they did apologize anyway.

I was a little disappointed with my last visit to the location on Route 90. I ordered 20 nuggets (got 1 sauce) and a McDouble Meal w/ mayo was charged for the mayo and never received the burger?

I was quite disappointed!
Despite the McDonald's is connected inside the Walmart I expected at least better service and a cleaner establishment.
Came in to sit down with my children the place was quite messy with garbage on the floor all over.
And trash bin was overfilled and both were not attended to the whole hour that we were there, despite there was only three customers, the place was pretty much empty. Given down time someone should have attended cleaning duties.

The part that I was disappointed was when we received our meals, we were served cold fries that were sitting out to long and were old & greasy!
They did replace them, they had to make a new batch.

The young lady that served us seemed like she had no clue what she was doing standing around a lot gazing like she was lost or confused.
I really felt she wasn't trained properly!
I chose not to eat anything at this establishment and I just fed my wife and kids.

I wouldn't want someone to lose their job,
My only recommendation would be for "I believe" better training and motivated workers.

Fast service, consistent quality. Dining room not the cleanest, was extremely busy in the restaurant.

Quick drive thru service. Food was good. Only complaint is more of an environmental concern. I ordered two eggs and a sausage and received a giant container. McDonald's Canada: consider getting your staff to use a smaller paper container instead of the full breakfast one for this kind of order. Other than a general concern, no complaints about this franchise.

Clean, unless you go at busy times, could use a second person on till and more people in production line to get orders out in a more fashionably time.

For a medium.
You can by 2liters from Walmart for 2,00. So if you want to get swindled, go to McDonald's, if you want fare prices, go some where else.
You can get a nice sitdown meal for slightly more than McDonald's and a whole lot better quality and service.
