Got my lunch here and satiated what I was looking for, average for a Mcdonalds but still good.

It's McDonald's! That sums it up. Food is fine fast-food. Easy to deal with allergies. This location almost always screws up the order. Beware.

I waited 15 minutes in curbside puck up before going into the restaurant to ask where my order is? It was just sitting on the counter getting cold! Not impressed

Went thru drive thru here last night, person taking payment was on the damn phone at the window mumbling under her breath. Should not be on phone when dealing with people. Not sure if you have policy about phone use during shift.

Guys. I know it's 11: 30 at night but I'm coming off work and I just need a meal.

The fries were wet with oil. Not salted. The junior chicken was a bunch of wilted lettuce

The mcflurry add on I wanted wasn't mixed. It was vanilla ice cream with skor topping.

There were 3 of you at the window. Could one of you have atleast put salt on the fries?

Yeesh. Worst experience I think I've ever had. And it was just a simple jr chicken meal with a friggin mcflurry.

Mediocre food. Service was great, food was quickly given to me. The food was fresh but lacked flavor, it just left me feeling meh about the meal. Coca-cola tasted like it was running out of syrup. Sat outside, tables were clean, no garbage laying around.

Multiple times I've order breakfast just after 6am and they seem to never have hashbrowns ready and need to wait. Multiple vehicles usually waiting.

6 employees that i can see. I young woman washing floors and another young woman running the takeout. 4 young men standing around ignoring me at the counter until i finally lose my patience and ask if one of you 4 doing nothing can help me? Then its a pause as the 4 look at each other to see who is actually motivated. I infrequently visit this location even though its very close. If a woman is not working good luck!

It is now a usual thing for me, whenever i go to this location. I order big mac no meat and they serve me big mac, 4 times it happened that i have to go inside and get it changed ‍

This location consistently gets your order wrong and has extra long wait times. Nobody expects much from this place but they should at least get your order correct

I am extremely disappointed, after a hospital visit wanting something easy and good, nuggets and fries. But was shocked and disgusted with the beetle that was in my french fries. So gross. I will not be visiting this McDonald’s again.

Tired of this place.

Food is always old, dry and luke warm.
One of the managers there is always goofing off and loitering with friends in the lobby. Speaking loudly and over powering me trying to communicate with the nice person taking my order.

I called to inform this location about the lack of quality regarding the food. But the manager spoke to me like we're bff's. "What's Up? !? " Is how he responded to me asking for a manager. By the sound of it I assumed it was a random customer picking up the phone.

Plus also the staff are too busy doing drive through and delivery services that they completely ignore you when you try to order. Then when they notice they yell accross the restaurant.can i help you? I'm looking around and it's the same manager coming over from socializing with his crew of friends.

Bottom line.get your act together McDonald's on St Mary's.

Went to McDonald's on st Mary's in St. Vital to try the new burger was excited when I saw the poster and got this cold thing instead

Coffee is wrong 4/10 times even when they have repeated the order I get tons of coffees with 0 to no sugar when asking for 2 milk 2 sugar

The usual McD's. Was even able to buy gift cards in the drive-thru. And it was done fast emough

I am shocked that a location can be this bad. I primarily use the drive thru and my order is either wrong or missing items I’ve paid for. When I check my order before driving away it’s 50/50 whether or not everything is there. When it’s not right I have to go back in the drive thru. Often I’m told to pull off to the side so they can bring me my food which I can see is clearly sitting and waiting behind them at the window. I’m getting pretty tire of my time being wasted and seeing the disappointment in my toddler’s face when they screw up his order when we get home.

Been messing up my orders a lot lately, the people in charge of drive through are trying to go too fast and aren't taking orders down properly or must be making the food without checking the receipt.

Everytime I order here, drive thru, or inside, they always mess up my order and forget items. Always check your order before driving away, or do yourself a favour and go to any other mcdonalds.this one has to be the worst.they obviously don't train their staff well enough.

Went to the McDonalds on St Mary's Rd by St Vital Mall. Drive thru was full went inside to order. Horrible customer service but the food was worse. Had a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. They spilled all the fries inside the bag. Fries were cold and tasted terrible. Burger was ice cold and pathetic. Save your money. There are better options for fast food in the area. I rate this location a strong minus 10!

Originally I gave this location a 1 star, but I can see the supervisor on site try really hard to correct the mistakes and from other reviewers for this location, it is proof that the team members that work here simply do not care or they just are not co-operating. If you are craving McDonalds and have the time, simply drive to other locations near this area. They screwed up my simple order twice. Large fries, A coke and a quarter pounder with no Ketchup. Added ketchup.then second time, no cheese. Within the same order. Never again to this location.

We ordered coffees at this location first time they were cold. When we went back again they forgot to add sugar. No appreciation zero customer service. Came on 28 mar around 12: 50 AM.

They ALWAYS get my order wrong, and food is NEVER fresh. Don't usually complain, but I think it's time considering I ordered a flurry and it wasn't even half full. Save your money and go elsewhere.

It's fast (except when you order online before the breakfast menu is finished - a staffer had to come outside to tell us). Food is adequate, especially when in a hurry.

Just sent our coworker across the street to redeem some of the Monopoly coupons or w/e you call them that are redeemable until Nov 30th; As well as a few other items. He came back without these additional items. They merely applied a discount for these items instead of providing them. Very odd behavior indeed and rather annoying as we were expecting more food than less. Also wanted to add my other coworker didn't get any meat on his bigmac and his junior chicken he ordered to go a few weeks ago. Great works guys. Keep it up.

Nice addition of the self ordering machine. Prices are still somewhat affordable, especially if you have coupons. I still wish the burgers looked as big after ordering them, as they do in the menu.

Not really my place to eat. My granddaughter loves it. We sometimes have a play date there. The play area is great. One thing I absolutely love is the coffee. That's one thing I will always pick up. In my opinion no place can beat the coffee.

Well, what can I say about McDonald's that you already do not know? I go for their coffee - 100% ethically sourced beans they say. I'd like to know what that really means. Did McDonald's use moral principles when sourcing and purchasing the bean from the supplier and/or producer? Did the producer abide by moral principals to pay the farmers fair market value (etchical trade?) for their harvested coffee beans? So many questions. All I know is I'm lovin' it.

Best McDonald's in the city, went there when it was busy lunch rush I guess and waited only 5 mins to get my food and the food looked like it does on the commercials

My chicken burger was loaded with a overwhelming amount of mayo (it spread over the sides of the burger) with hardly any lettuce and a luke warm chicken burger. First bite, all I tasted was Mayo. Tried scraping it off, but was already inbedded into the bun. Gross!

Its normal McDonald's style but this one was a bit slower than the usual. I'm sure it won't be a problem though! Loveeeee the fries

What's the point of drive thru if staff can't put ketchup and pepper in bag.then I have to physically have to go in restuarant to get it.what's the point!

It looks like a lot of the reviews here are for a different McDonalds as this is the one inside Walmart, not the one which includes a play place.
Regardless, service here is one of the better ones. Staff is friendly, restaurant is often clean, and the food I order is exactly what I expect - haven’t had a single problem here in the years that I’ve stopped by.

Messed up order at drive thru had to turn around and return to store. No apology for inconvenience. Heard manager talking to drive thru member and she asks manager 'is he mad'. Yes, yes he is. 3 times in last 2 months order was wrong. 50% accuracy not acceptable.

We go to this location often with our grand daughters as they LOVE the large play structure here. Breakfast is always great. This time I tried the Oreo Frappe.omg. They've somehow managed to make a milkshake fashionable for breakfast.

This is our go to McDonalds with our 2 grand children (ages 4 and 1) The restaurant is busy Sat mornings with the geriatric crowd and families. The place caters to families with balloons, bibs, high chairs, toys, meals etc. The playland area is one of the best in the city. I always wonder how clean they are but our girls love it there and dont get sick after a visit. Any time we have needed help staff there are very good to work with.
