Straight garbage this place. I will be going to the McDonald's by Sobeys from now on. The food is always stale like its been sitting there an hour, not even the slightest bit warm. The drive thru workers are always messing up my order.
They also had me wait to the side for 15 mins for a hot chocolate and mocha? How does it take 15 mins to prepare a beverage? Ridiculous.

Did not honor the Winnipeg Jets big mac deal, went home starving. Not my fault the app failed to load the deals when I got there. Thanks MacDonalds.

I made an order through the MD's app and ordered a coffee around 3 am.and no lie that is one of the worst decisions ever. I nearly spit it out it's sooo old. There's no warmth to it, it's extremely bitter! Food was all medicore and quite cold on arrival. I haven't ordered from here in about 7 years because I moved from the area and the only reason I did was because the app chose it as the area. Really disappointed in the quality of everything.

Burger meat was dry, fries cold, and employee was very smug about informing customers they no longer provide refills

I was told the chicken burger was not ground meat. That it was a chicken breast. That was a lie.

It's fast food. You know what you're in for or at least you think you do. The thing is The staff here simply do not care about any kind of quality control. I had to go through the drive-thru twice because I simply didn't get what I ordered and when I pulled out of the drive-thru a second time I realized that I once again got the wrong order. So I went inside. Got a refund and left. I did not get breakfast. I didn't get any food whatsoever. This location consistently messes up every item in my orders. I will now be spending the extra 10 minutes to go to the other McDonald's down Henderson

Went through drive through got my order, 5 min later I go into bag and find out my order is wrong, figures, I just needed something quick after a 15 hr day at work, next time I'll by pass McDs

Horrible service the staff will acknowledge you but refuse to serve act.like you're taking food off their table and treat you like an annoyance

We usually stop here every second day to bring coffee and muffins to my elderly mother in Donwood PCH. I would say at least 15% of the time our order gets mixed up one way or another. This time we thought we would treat my mom to a large or of fries. What a mistake, they were the worst we have ever had. They were dried out and tasted awful. My mom ate some of them as well my husband and I tasted them. My mom picked at them while we visited for an hour. Then went back to Macdonalds to get out money back. We had no bill as they didn't give us one which does happen often. We asked for the manager and she hesitated helping us. Had to keep asking someone else at the back. She then looked in the bag and said they were half eaten. Well yes some were gone as we each tried them and u certainly wouldn't expect me to tell my 96 year old mother not to eat any and take them away when she was looking forward to them. She then she goes to the back and says she can give us a small order. Please tell me what good is another order after the fact. This is an unacceptable solution for an unacceptable order of a produce. I think the oil was old in the fryer causing the bad taste and the dryness has to be they were sitting out for to long. I told her to keep her fries and left. Will not return and really fo nit need to return to any MCDONALD'S as A&W makes equally as good coffee!

I don't understand how you don't serve mc chickens without saying a reason.

Always a quick and efficient experience with food that is typically mediocre to fresh / hot depending on time of day.

Always slow to get served so annoying! And on occasions they've forgotten to give me something from my order.

Made a mobile order for almost $30. Asked for a large cup of water and they said no? How rude. It's not like you're losing money on an extra cup when I'm ordering two meals with two sandwiches each. Very displeased with this McDonald's, despite it being clean and modern.

Had an issue with the filet of fish we ordered and they replaced it but made me wait like it was a new order and served all other customers first while the rest of my food was getting cold. Poor service and complete lack of leadership from the management team!

Super dirty washroom early in the morning. Wash rooms should be cleaned couple times a day! Thirst thing in the morning!

Me and my friends went to this McDonalds and we all ordered food and one of my friends didn’t buy anything as she didn’t have a lot of money and wasn’t hungry. An employee approached us and was being very rude and told us we couldn’t stay if our friend didn’t order something. We tried to negotiate with her and get the reasoning but she refused to give us a reason aside from “if you don’t buy anything, i don’t get paid” which is not true at all. We asked to speak to the general manager, Jason, and he told us we had to all order something or we could leave. This didn’t make any sense as all seven of us had bought something.maybe it would make sense if none of us bought anything but six out of seven people is plenty of business.he was being incredibly rude and was treating us horribly.he interrupted us multiple times and even cut off my friend and said “you’re not apart of this. ” How unprofessional of a general manager. I work in a restaurant and I could never imagine treating my costumers with such disgrace.

The lady at the first window was LAUGHING at me for my order? Like why? And then took legit 10 mins to get my change, IT WAS 3$! Then she threw the change in my hand and asked me really weird questions about my personal life.terrible people

The service seems to be better than it used to be, but I typically do curbside pickup with the app now to avoid the drive thru. I really need to cut down on fast food though.

Kinda nasty ngl not well maintained they gave me a chicken mcgriddle when i asked for a chicken mcmuffin kinda mad abt it still

Quite a fun restaurant! Taste is what you expect from every McDonald's but I like the combination of modern and retro in it's infrastructure. I was very happy to see the McDonaldland characters in the playplace and I hope they stay there forever. #RestoreMcDonaldland

Not open 24 hours a day. Closed to take out and dine in and drive thorough when they want to be. 100% disappointing for a multi billion dollar company that claims to be open 24hours a day. Take a page out of 7-11 play book.

Went inside for takeout as there was nobody inside and the drive through was a little busy. BIG mistake, I watched car after car go through the drive through, but my order took a very long time. Did I mention, I was the only person in the restaurant.

I clear snow overnights.my vehicle and trailer doesn't fit through the drive thru. For the past 4 weeks I have had no problem ordering food as people recognize we are out late night doing work for the PUBLIC. We'll tonight Sarah at this location decided she was going to be the ONE restaurant to not serve me. Stating it's policy yet this store is the ONLY store to do this.all late night workers and snow removal workers read this review and boycott this location. We shouldn't have to beg for services while we work

I work in the area so it's quite frequent after my hour long commute to stop by the drive thru for breakfast. This has happened multiple times but I took it for what it was. By the time I get to work my order is completely wrong and the food I paid for is not in the bag. Very disappointed with the service at this location.

Last couple of visits they've messed up my coffees. Pretty frustrating to be told to "pull ahead" while it takes them several minutes to bring our coffees out then just to have to go into the store after to get the order fixed. Wasnt once this happened but its becoming a regular ordeal.

Asked for a black coffee w 1 pump of sweetener and it wasn’t until I drove all the way home that I realized they gave me a coffee with cream and sugar.

Guest experience leader asked me what I ordered in the drive through. Told her and she proceeded to tell me I ordered something else instead and that's what I'm getting.okay? As a guest, I find the humility of the situation boggling.

Pretty good service, late night needs better fries, I think they keep them just a bit to long under the lamps.

Pretty good for a McDonald's. Thus far, have always had quick service ordering my app, for both counter and curbside pickup.

Decent experience; however, my experience at this particular location has always prioritized drive thru service over counter clients. As this visit was an opportunity to sit outside and order was done at counter, it wasn't a timely transaction (it was just coffee and fries). I'll stick to drive thru in the future since it's apparent that the staffing resources are dedicated to this service.

Asked for a blt bagel and coffee… ended up with a plain bagel and a sausage mcmuffin how in the world …

Waiting time for mobile order much longer than drive through. Random customers is taking curbside pickup parking spots. Why manager is not monitoring this situation?

Went there 1110am wanted breakfast ordered sausage egg MC muffin and hashbrowns and coffee was told can't get hashbrowns after 11 gave me fries why advertise all day breakfast false advertising MC Donald very disappointing

It has been two years since I have been to McDonald's. I must say that they have substantially improved. I was happy to see that they have returned breakfast burritos back to the menu. Their phone app is better designed with proper ergonomics and process thought, compared to others.
Good work. Keep up the improvements.

I am a uber driver i call and ask how long to wait for this order and he speak very rude. He said you are a deiver not a customer you have to wait now half an hour i never visit this store. I dont know what the name but he speak very rude.

Very fast and curtious service. Meal was great, well as great as McDonald's is lol. Obviously a well managed establishment.

Who does not love McDonald's? I came to this location earlier this month and it was extremely busy. Drive thru was 10+ cars so I thought I would try my luck inside. Due to c-19 there is a 5 customer limit for ordering, but SKIP the dishes didn't have to wait? Anyway it took almost 20mins for me to get inside, place my order and get my food. I ordered a large milkshake and fries. Maybe I should have waited in drive-thru as it was moving faster than I thought.

With c-19, everything seems to take longer and I commend the people behind the counter as they were really moving to get the orders completed. The frustration had alot to do with the SKIP drivers who would just enter without Recognizing social distancing or the other people who waited patiently in line. My order taker "Shawty" was very polite to me and others even when dealing with a disgruntled older gentleman who was extremely rude (my opinion).

My fries were fresh, and my shake was delicious. Just need to get a better system in place for the delivery guys.

Just an average McDonald's. Nothing special but fries were just way to salty for my taste personally. Not as bad as Devonshire that's for sure.

Very slow service. I was asked to wait & it took almost 10 mins to bring out my order. Which was small. Usually great service but not today.

We were heading out of town for the day and stopped by for coffee and a bite for the drive. It was 11am and busy in drive thru. We ordered and get to first window. Paid and proceeded to next window. Second window said our payment didn't go through. Didn't want to hold up the lineup and paid again. I then watched the next couple days to see if it reversed. It didn't. I went a few days later inside to ask for a manger and showed her my proof of bank statement and receipt. She said oh I can do that and refunded my money back. I get my coffee etc everyday from here and just love the service they give. So it's much appreciated that the manager that day took care of my issue without hesitation. Thank you!

Drivethru order placed in waiting zone 1.10 mins later (8 cars later) a lady comes out and before giving me the bag, opens it, removed receipt and tossed around items in bag then returns crumpled receipt onto of fries. Not wearing any gloves. Long wait and no COVID protocol. Risky.

1460 Henderson is my favourite mcds in the city.its design on the outside is cute with the little arches.it makes me happy to see it. I have an obsession with big macs

Staff was Friendly, I felt safe about covid, properly distancing, attendant was properly sanitizing everything, very controlled environment, Great job!

It's hit and miss in terms of quality. I can't give it more than 3, I can't give it less than 3.

Came there on a hot summer day for icecream, to realize the icecream machine is broken and you're stuck in the Drive-Thru queue for no reason.

First time at this location. Very fast drive thru service and the staff was friendly. Food was hot and tasty!
