Rude staff that doesn't even acknowledge customers. They just talk to each other and ignore customers

Terrible place.
Actually I thank them, ill never eat mcdonalds again because of this dump.
Was food poisoned here years ago.today i didnt have time to be parked.
So I said refund.
I actually had to say refund 6 or 7 times, as this isnt my country anymore.
Then instead of a refund the food was basicly thrown out the window at me.
Surprise, orders wrong.and no straw.
12 bucks for a couple of smelly rotten squished sandwichs and a glass of cola.

I will never eat mcdonalds again.

Got take out. Very courteous and friendly staff. One of the better McDonalds I have been to.

Decent customer service and price. I had intention to order coffee and doughnut but there were flies in glass case with doughnuts and muffins. I ordered pancakes instead.

This is what a quarter pounder BLT looks like from this location. I asked for no onions so they gave me double onions, a tomato stem, and a patty that looks like it fell. We used to get food here once a week as its convenient and on our way home but we are done with this location. Stay away!

Literally the worst customer service ever. “Love” was extremely rude to me and actually tried to argue that I ordered incorrectly. Numerous things on my order were wrong and instead of just fixing it, “Love” came out to my car while I was waiting and proceeded to roll her eyes and argue with me. Orders are regularly wrong from this McDonald’s and that’s something I just lived with. I always check the bag before leaving. But to receive that kind of attitude when asked to fix it was INSANE. I won’t be going back even though the manager offered a free meal next time. The manager didn’t seem bothered or surprised by how rude that person was. They must be pretty desperate for staff.

Had to repeat my order of fries and a French vanilla latte 3 times, I said it louder the third time cause I thought they couldn’t hear me. She then raised her voice and told me not to be loud. I got my order and ate it like normal once I finished my French vanilla this ball dropped in my mouth. I puked 3 times and then realized it was a curdle, gross and unacceptable.

So how much is a medium seniors coffee with double cream? $1.70 or $1.51? I'm getting charged $1.70 at this location only. Portage ave Sept 09. $1.51

We ordered our kids happy meals as usual for our weekly event.the kids were extremely excited this time because they heard that it was a Pokémon theme. Once we got home with our happy meals my kids were disappointed as they received batman toys.during our next visit for icecream I told the worker what had a happened and asked if my boys could have Pokémon cards. The manager came to me and told me that I would need to bring back the original batman toys for an exchange or I could pay $2. I politely said I would bring the unopened batman toys for an exchange.she then told me that she would not exchange it as I got them from another store. I was shocked she would imply this as I am perfectly mindful of knowing where I had driven to earlier in the day. I left the store and came back another day with the toys and another manager said that she was aware that the previous manager had told me that I got them from another store. I told her I could provide her with my electronic receipt or she could check her video surveillance.she walked away and another staff member provided me with the Pokémon cards while I handed her the batman toys. My children were in the car (5 & 6 years old) and were extremely emotional because of the way I was being spoken to. It was very disrespectful and I will no longer be coming to this location or any locations of which this location is associated with. I will also be informing my network of this experience so that they can make an informed decision of whom they will be supporting in the future.

Just got coffee but loved that the employee had it hanging out the window when I pulled up trying to keep the line moving for the morning rush, still wished me a great day.

We had the best experience we have ever had at a McDonald's on Thursday, July 21st. All the employees were very friendly and very accomodating. We were greeted when we entered and told Thank you as we left. They were all very attentive. Great job.

NOTTT THE CASE! 2 weeks ago I went through the restaurant for my large ice coffee plus a couple meals but the ice coffee was charged at $1.50. The owner I believe said only small is a buck. K so being not really knowledgeable about the special I let it go.
Last week when going through the drive through the huge 3ft C 3ft sign said all drinks are$1.00. Again this time I tried educating them how to read this time cause I knew what I was entitled to. After a huge confrontation they put it through laying a guilt trip on me.
So Sunday past we went through ordering our ice coffees and we’re charging us $1.50 each (50%more than posted). I asked for the manager. She ignored me showing her the app and telling her about the huge sign back at the ordering speakers and showing a pic of the sign. Her explanation was its taxes. Absolutely unacceptable business manners.
When I went to school 5% tax on $1 was 5cents. At the McDonald’s it is 50 cent and then you’re charged tax upon tax.

THIS IS NOT RIGHT. THEY ARE SCREWING 1000s of people with this process.

One of the best location in charleswood or surroundings. Parking options are pretty good for couriers or online pickup. Huge option of the parking is available for employees and customers around the restaurant. Restaurant is neat. Used to be the best one among the others but not anymore. Restaurant's speed and efficiency is not that great anymore. I see often people making complaints. One more top skill required is customer service. I found there is only one guy who delivers good customer service that is the gentleman who does cleaning etc. With that age people get little rude but we all should learn from them.

Service was slow the food was good but the staff didn't seem to have much organization for getting orders done fast.

This McDonald’s is constantly pulling cars forward, what does this do? Trying to save drive thru times but making customers unhappy. It’s incredibly annoying and frustrating.

Different managers, different rules. No reason for that, disappointed! This store has a playroom, while kids cannot play, usually the door is opened, and the room is not noise, its a calm place to eat.just opens whenever they feel like.

They consistently screw up orders, always missing something. Typically order for 3. This time was missing fries, last time was missing a burger, time before fries again. It's getting pathetic, not ordering from this location any longer, I'll pay the delivery to get from the Portage location instead for the rare time I order McDonald's. Very disappointing what's happened to this location since I was a kid.

For the second time this week, I went through the drive thru at Grant Park, and was greeted by horrid body ordour coming through the drive thru pay window. If I can smell the other person through an open window, during a pandemic when people wear masks, I feel really bad for the other people working in the store. Last point.if management allows that, I can only imagine what they let go with food prep. Talk about losing your appetite!

I think that McDonald's in general has lost its direction. What once a time when the focused on good food that could fit a family budget now the food is slap together with no pride. Nothing is stacked nicely or even resembles the posters. Their high end burgers are not worth the cost

Mixed bag of experience with service as well as food quality. You get what you get, upper management (higher than restaurant or store manager) dies not address persistent issues. Other restaurants in the city can be better than this one. Hopefully, longer trend will be improved services and quality.

Slow service, at drive-thru.couldn't really understand what the guy was saying through the drive-thru speaker. The guy also seemed to be very rushed, and seemed to not have much manners. Food was great though, and presented well, even when one container of Mac sauce had no lid!

Probably the worst service and order station drive through I have EVER been through. Been here many times as I live very close to this location. I refuse to go back, after literally having to scream for them to hear my order about 6 times (not over exaggerating) they still don't get things correctly. They charge me every single time regular price on drinks as well and every time I have to ask "Isn't it $1.00 summer drinks? ". Then ask for a plain cheese burger with small fries and a drink.he says "wouldn't it be easier to make it a meal? ". When they don't even have a meal for a single plain cheese burger.he replies "oh yea you're right. " I know the menu better than the people paid to take my order, very sad. Got home and shocking enough my burger had everything on it. It's a disappointment every time, wont be going back. Flys everywhere in the cooking station, poor staff assertiveness. Manager completely oblivious to the 30-40+ flies in his restaurant.

I ordered my drink by drive thru! The cashier received the order and told me drive to the next window, but when i were ready to pay at the window, suddenly the girl told me drive to the another next one, but the guy told me they did not have "red raspery slushie", asked me order another. I did order another, and they told me get into the store to order! It was terrible customer service. And the cashier was so rule, super rule!

Update: way too busy with 0 organization. Hot mess, if it wasn't so convenient i would avoid this place. 40% of the time they get the food orders right. Seems like the Sunday night B team is always on.

Seven of the last 10 orders I've placed with skip the dishes are either missing items or incomplete orders. (Examples: wrong size fries, missing extra Patty, one occasion they forgot all four burgers) I don't think orders are actually being checked before they're sent out

Greeted with a smile early in the morning, service was quick and accurate, and food was fresh and hot. Can't ask for more!

They neglected to tell us a rule about sitting at the same table until after we had ordered. Then they proceeded to kick us out because we didn't have any ID on us. Didn't know McDonald's turns to a bar at 5: 00.

When you order McDonald's you usually don't expect half full fries in a large container. We paid for large fries but it came like a medium fry, in a large fries container. We were able to fit them inside one fry container. We are very disappointed with the experience this time.

Edit: THEY DID IT MULTIPLE TIMES, they clearly aren't listening to people's reviews. And we are giving them a clear chance. But they fail to make and understand how to make a full fry container distribution, Please, PLEASE, work on it.

Just came from there and they didnt give me my receipt and half of one of the meals I ordered. Missing fries! What a rip off!

Very rude people working here they don't give u a chance to tell them your order they cut u off and I tried to talk to the girl taking the money she closed the window on me

Can i just say how bad the service is, i ordered the Happy meal hot cakes but they gave me a bag with toys and yogurt, i realized that when i got to work then drove all the way back to get my hot cakes, No Apologize No deal, nothing. So overall i drove 10 minutes back and then drove 10 more minutes to my work, Seriously if i got 20 spare minutes, i would make my own breakfast. Total dissatisfaction

We ordered from drive thru yesterday for a quarter pounder meal, as we went home and opened the burger it didnt have any mayo and cheese! So disappointing!

Very friendly and helpful. Especially nice was the fellow who was who said good morning, opened the door for me, and alerted the other staff that there was a customer waiting when they failed to notice me.

On my way to pick up my son from work.even tho it was 1: 30 am, if I am paying full price for my meal I expect it to be fresh! If your staff is going to be lazy & give out stale dry food it should be discounted! What a waste

It’s a McDonald’s so it’s what you would expect. I find they are a bit faster and more accurate than a lot of the others though so 5-stars!

They are really clean and have been doing a great job during Covid to stay safe. It’s a good option if your going out during this time.

I tried to us my free medium coffee on my app but wanted to be upcharged to an extra large which they will do when you have a card filled up but they won't do it for the app. They say it's not set up for that. Common really!

I want to preface this review by saying, the store was not busy at the time I was there. The parking lot was empty and only one other vehicle at the drive thru and it was only a police car with a quick order.
I ordered a chicken chipotle snack wrap happy meal with diet coke. I had to repeat chicken chipotle snack wrap 3 times because she kept repeating back the order with variations that were not chicken chipotle. And she cut us off before we could give her the toy preference. At the window, I was told it would be a few minutes which was fine because my son was happy that it would at least be fresh. After a while playing on our phones, we finally got the order. It was NOT a chicken chipotle snack wrap! It was (we're guessing) mayo (?). It was very bland (my kid made me taste it).
But apparently, the fries were ready and bagged as soon as we placed the order; I know this because they were cold. The drink was flat and watery; I guess maybe the ice melted while we waited or they forgot to change CO tank. We didn't get a straw either. To top it all off, we couldn't even figure out what the toy was supposed to be. It's on the floor of my vehicle unopened. The drink is still in my car too, luckily we had an emergency drink in the back seat that my son drank instead.
Come to think of it, I don't remember seeing ketchup or napkins.

Very disappointed in my visits lately. I did the curbside pickup waiting 11 minutes for my food. Checked all the bags was missing a cheeseburger so I had to go back inside. When I went in they were all standing around chatting. I was trying to get thier attention. One employee was talking very loudly about personal things. Finally got someone's attention and my cheeseburger. Got home and one drink was wrong I ordered two McChickens with extra sauce. Both had very little sauce and very little lettuce. Looked sloppy and old lettuce and soggy chicken. Tried calling but no answer. Just highly disappointed. May drive a bit further to a different location going forward.

Can't believe they served chicken burger without chicken patty. Ordered 4 burgers and there is no patty in two of them. I can't believe one can make such a mistake. Such a great carelessness.

One of the most irresponsible mc i ever visit. For religious purpose i can't have becon and i tell them no becon but they gave me a warp with full becon. They shoulde respect or understand other values.very very careless staff. With out calcification manage said take one more warp

My man Duncan be killing it in lobby I deliver skip all the time I’ve never seen this place so clean dude was even doing windows yesterday never seen a manger work so hard in a white shirt most don’t even change the garbages definitely glad to go back

This one employee Duncan made my night my son went there and was wondering about how the job he was honest and encouraging we need people like that in the service industry customer service with a smile

I love to take my grandson there to play, make friends and have a cheeseburger. Staff is nice and friendly. Only "but" I have is about the play area cleanness. Considering that children are more probable to make a mess, I believe it could be cleaned a little bit more often.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are looked after and more than willing to help whenever needed
