This is not good thing what they are doing with their staff member there was only one person is working at night at mac donalds dauphin at 30 december 2023 due to which service is very slow and that poor guy handling a long list of orders by himself this is totally unfair with him and with customers aa well. I think the owners needs to give more staff members which is helpful for both of them. This is too much to handle by one person.

What a disaster, as soon as I got my order I could smell old oil! Probably hasn't been changed all weekend. Fries where over done and dark brown. Big Mac didn't taste right either! Never go back there again!

Brutal, brutal brutal. Terrible service, staff that don't care. An owner who obviously is more interested in profits than service.

Husband's burger was excellent, though my Mcflurry was lacking topping. Service has improved since last visited, very kind and personable at window. Would like to see order screens and intercom wiped down/cleaned.

What was once one of the best ran mcdonalds I've been to, to now one of the worst managed I've ever seen.
From every coffee missing sugar, to the washrooms being disgusting. Ordering a plain burger for a kid to find ingredients pressed into the bun, or smeared across the wrapper this place now seems to miss the mark in every way possible.

This place has turned into a gong show very poor service, always gets orders wrong cannot seem to get it right. No hair nets, wearing street clothes in the kitchen, very rude staff, filthy floors and counters. I wouldn't let my dog eat at that establishment.

The most gross business in Dauphin Manitoba. Flies laying maggots on the food, cold French fries, mixing up my orders, having to either repeat or yell your orders at the drive through, ridiculous price increases. Pick one of the many things wrong with this business. They ALWAYS get my order wrong and ALWAYS blame the mistake on the customers. What ever happened to the customer being first, the customers being right, or paying outrageous prices for garbage.

Signs say bring in your refillable coffee mugs and save 10 cents.seems environmentally friendly.but they told me they don't do it.they served my coffee in their cup.

Horrible food. Definitely gone down hill. Everything came out burnt and the oil tasted very old. Not to mention the 15 Min wait when the place was only catering to drive through. And the inside was dead

Slow service, people complaining and coming back to the counter because no ketchup or straws in their order. June 6 2022 about 8: 00 PM. We had to go back for ketchup (didn’t get any). The packets we received had dried ketchup on them, almost like they had been handed out beforehand to other customers.
We received our order and went to sit down. Not one clean table in the whole place (lots of empty tables just dirty).
The drink counter was dirty and just unkept. Seemed like lots of staff but no one was in charge. Young fellow running the till seemed to be trying hard to keep things going, but other staff member were just arguing amongst themselves.
Surprising to see at a Macdonald's usually the staff are quiet and professionally trained.
Definitely room for improvement.

Very disappointed in the service had to go back in twice to get the order right. The buns in the burger were soaked in grease and the staff are ignorant.

If I could give no stars I would. Place is dirty. No staff and the ones that are there ignore you.
Whole place needs new management and team. Who actually care.

Never going back to this location again. I ordered a meal and upgraded to large fries, there was not even the small fries’ quantity in the large fry bag. Very disappointed

Garbage if you like being ripped off and shabby sevice being rushed go here if you like being treated well then I highly recommend avoiding this McDonald's outlet in dauphin. Paid 38 dollars for two egg mcmuffins GARBAGE.

Poorly run, poorly managed, I remember when this place didnt mess up every order and when orders didnt sit for 4 to 30 minutes at a time

DISGUSTING! Fries were old. Grease from the burger was literally dripping and filled the bottom of the box.

This is by far THE WORST MCDONALD'S IN MANITOBA! THEY CONSISTENTLY MAKE MANY MISTAKES AND ARE NOT HAPPY WHEN YOU CORRECT THE STAFF! TIME FOR NEW MANAGEMENT OR JUST CLOSE DOWN THE WHOLE BUILDING! ! The service at this McDonald's is garbage and the staff are more interested in chatting with each other instead of doing their job!

Went for coffee here and it was quite dirty, under the table, on the table. Service was slow too and not many people in the line up. Hopefully the management can see the reviews and try to make this establishment more clean, to make us customers come back

Its McDonalds. The only thing that really changes is the quality of service. But this location had good quality all around.

This was one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever eaten in. The bathrooms are so dimly lit you could barely see. The floors were dirty with old french fries and food under the boths where you sit. There was food ground into the floors everywhere. The corners had not been swept or mopped in months.

Food was on par however the staff was very slow and seemingly careless. Several upset customers while I was in, and had a lot of confusion for a simple order.

Had a hard time communicating with the server. Had to correct her several times. Ended up missing part of our order.

It's your typical McDonald's restaurant, fast and decent price. Not much to expect. But staff is normally well mannered.

Always prompt service every morning with the most pleasant staff. The location at Forrest Park mall.

Very bad experience. We ordered in the drive thru in the second window and the old lady named Verdie was very rude, she must not be working with customers coz she doesnt know how to deal with them and deliver a good customer service.

Dirty, had to wait for kids to finish their important conversation before helping me, spent the whole time talking to another worker and completely messed up my order. But it is only mcdonalds

Each and every time I order food I have to wait in the reserved Lane no matter if it's three meals or one the service is slow

We were somewhat dissatisfied. We didn't get all our order in the bag to go. We were part way down the road when we opened the bag to find part of our order not in the bag. Checked receipt and it was paid for. Because we were partly out of Dauphin already, we didn't feel like turning back. Had this happen a few times with us at other McDonald's. Just have to remember to check in the bag before leaving.

Had a terrible experience eating there last night. I had seriously chicken sandwich. The cheese was smelling very bad if it is rotten, the bun was breaking if it is old.

They usually forget something when I go, you literally have to check if you have everything! Last time I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and only got 7.

Rarely get an order correct - granted there are 6 in my family ordering.can't seem to get Happy Meals right - we don't want more toys (so we specify books), or fries (apple slices are healthier) in the meal, yet when we open up the the box, we have.you guessed it - toys and fries.
