This is the place where I went last time! Especially where I'm taking my daughter. This is the brink of insanity! Fries is not just warm, it was taken out of the refrigerator. They forgot to add ketchup. Interestingly, how do they eat chips themselves? The cutlets are undercooked, plus everything in a sour sauce. The tray, as he did not ask, never received. Tables are not cleared at all. And not only with me, everyone was cleaning theirs. There is a year old in the hall! I traveled all over America, Europe, but I did not see such horror. While waiting for my ketchup, I looked inside like that, you won’t believe it - people walk like zombies. The one that fried the cutlets, generally closed her eyes. Here is the result! What are you doing with them? But I paid money.

The self order kiosks were not working properly, making for a long line at the only cashier that they have. It seems that every time I go to this location.

Unable to take orders, messed up multiple items, forgot sauce, messed up drink, honestly, please hire better staff, this is a bit ridiculous

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT! STAFF IS RUDE AND IMMATURE. CONFRONTED A STAFF MEMBER FOR MAKING ME WAIT 20 MINS AND SHE JUST LAUGHED AN SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS.

Too busy with skip orders to deal with the 6+ customers standing at the counter stood there ten minutes and left never ordered

Always Fast, courteous, friendly service. Although, I usually have difficulty understanding the speakers voice in the Drive Thru. Not just this McDonald's, It's the same at all fast food drive thru"s. The person taking the order usually has an accent in addition to talking wayyyy too fast and not enunciating their words. Maybe it's the fault of the speaker. Maybe it's me, I dunno. It's frustrating.

Loved the new Iced Frappe tastes really coconutty but for me thats a good thing. Curbside signs are all over the parking lot due to construction. The employee had a hard time finding my vehicle due to the signs being placed randomely around the building.

I’ve been going there for my morning coffee for years but there seems to be a problem making sure the coffee is hot and done consistency in the preparation.

Fast, friendly service. Hot, fresh, and expected McDonald's food! I see the staff almost every morning and they are all wonderful, hardworking, and passionate people. Wish McDonalds allowed tips because these people deserve it.

If it wasn't for the coffee n donuts I wouldnt even go there the staff r so rude to rinston.they all should b fired for being so ignorant

Worst breakfast burritos ever. What the hell happened? Absolutely tiny, and the crunchy wraps were awful. I regret going here! Want my money back.

Please treat courier drivers as human.
You are putting their lives in danger, asking to collect the order from back door, on busy drive through.

Ya mcdonalds is great place to eat at and to being your kids to but now I guess due to kovid 19 but if they were open there is a jungle gym

We went in the evening, around 5 or 6pm on Saturday January 30th 2021, and I asked to borrow a pen to sign a birthday card we jus picked up and had to drop off literally right from there. He says "uggh. Ya, sure. I guess so. But tell them I don't want it back. Like evvvvver
. I mean it. " but he said it with laughing disgust if that makes sense. He THEN continued on to belittle his staff working at the time too. Basically yelling and I asked the woman who was standing by the entrance mopping of this was normal behaviour for here. She just looked at me dazed and shrugged her shoulders. I spoke loud enough for the staff to hear me saying that that was the most ridiculous, in appropriate language, behavior, and poor professionalism. I mean it's mcdonalds but nonetheless. If I was working there umde5thag management, I would have walked off the job, right there and then.

It was a nightmare. 20 skip the dishes in line and my junior chicken was ice cold. Never stopping at McDonald's again. Wendy's it is.

Very poor service I wait for 35 mins for my food still did not get so many staff people but the work service is absolutely zero.

I had recently orders a meal here and the large fries was filled like it was like a small. Like seriously how can you mess that up. The fries tasted old too it was disgusting.

0/5 stars. EVERYTIME we go to THIS EXACT LOCATION. They never get our orders right.last night we decided to get coffee. THEY DIDN'T EVEN ADD THE SPLENDA WE ASKED FOR. Can't even make a SIMPLE coffee order.

It is a fast pace working place and have a great speed I have taken orders with 7 bags and they complete it in time that other mcd take to complete 2 bags. Great place to be my fellow delivery drivers

Check your order before you leave. While the food may be on par, you'd swear they don't know what a grill slip is. Stir your own coffee too, don't bother testing it, we both know you guys didn't stir a brain cell from slumber let alone my coffee. If Royal wasn't so far away I'd get my McCafe somewhere else.

Shamelessly sloppy, terrible customer service. “Manager” that wears lipliner seems to be especially rude to indigenous friend and family of mine.

They're getting lazy as the time goes and I never see them happy and the food is getting more and more fake or just not as good

What can be said about the food, it's now average, nice facility,
good parking, friendly staff, you get what you pay for.

I dont see many problems other than how it is mostly filthy, but this location luckily hasn't been affected by my "Teachers" boastfulness.

This is the best McDonalds in the city, for sure. It's always super packed inside so I usually order from Skip. Food is always hot and fresh.

I had a need for a fast sugar fix and staff supplied regular coke and ice tea & I ordered egg sausage & egg bacon MacGuffin. Very busy & noisy

The service has completely gone to the dogs. All orders take longer than ten minutes, usually have mistakes, and are served cold. It was not always like this!

I dislike any McDonald’s in the city for the reason none of them are properly cleaned and no sanitation at all. Bathrooms are filthy, unkept and smelly.the floors are washed with black water, tables wiped with same rag with plain water that is never disinfected.chairs never get to be cleaned!
