The Drive through had two homeless people yelling at cars waiting for food. The staff did not say a word or take action. I felt intimidated and left only receiving half my order

Worst customer service. The workers had a bad attitude assured me I had everything in the bag. Forgot my fries and sauces which they confirmed was in the bag. No straws no or napkins

I ordered a meal off of door dash and part of my order did not arrive. We called door dash and they told me to contact the McDonald’s we ordered from. We called the location and the manager refused to send me a replacement or give me a refund and I even offered to go in and she said they would not be able to give me the rest of my order. She refused to give me her name then proceeded to say I was a waste of her time and hung up the phone. Very unprofessional and unhappy with my service.

McDonald's would always be my go-to place when I'm craving my comfort food, McChicken Burger!:)

Was good, last few months before their renovation ive gotten many orders where many mistakes were made and food forgotten

Today was not a good experience.

Normally the crew here does a great job, but tonight it was sub par at best.

Drive through had 5 vehicles at 10.45pm, including myself, and 3 were at the pay window to the pickup window. Waiting to order was 5 minutes, waiting to pay was another 5, and waiting for the order was still another 10 minutes. It was nice to be given a drink without a straw and then told to go park in lot after waiting at the window for a while.

Ordered the Grand Big Mac with bacon combo. Received a Grand Big Mac no bacon, and one patty was burnt. Not sure how that is when they reheat the patties and not grill them before assembly. Fries were at least hot.

A receipt would have also been nice so I could have used that for this comment and then there would have also been a record of the order.

Sorry to say the night shift working on July 28th 2023 was not on their A game. As I said, in the past I have been very happy with the service and food. They normally do a great job, just not tonight.

Will happily update this the next time I feel like trying again.

They usually get your order wrong.there is always unnecessary long waits.even for coffee. I don't recommend the one on Marion.it's the worst

Not good service snappy attitude towards a lady taking a seat waiting for her food told her rudely to sit on the other side of restaurant because they are cleaning the bathroom none of the employees have a smile talking in a different language took someone 15 minutes to receive his large drink also my food took awhile to make the store was not busy at all lots of employees were cleaning dissatisfied with how mcdonalds is going the guy asked for a refill and they say they do not do refills no more this think im gonna start going to a different restaurant or maybe location they also do not let you use your points from the app like its not even mcdonalds

Feels like mc.donalds is slowly going down hill.service isn't what it used to be or what they used to pride themselves on. Food is prepared sloppy cold alot of the time and deals on there app are terrible unless it's what there pushing that month and even then not a great deal. Honestly with what there doing now all I see is less new customers and slowly losing life long customers they did have. I estimate 10% market share drop annually till they revamp if they even can. May be too late for them which is kinda sad to say. One of my first jobs was Mc. Donalds 31 years ago and even the staff now dont look like they even enjoy working there anymore.

I really Love having breakfast here.when I was a child my mom use to take me here. The Food Is made with Love. Great place to eat.

The worst in Winnipeg without a doubt. I stopped in to pick up a mobile order, forgetting how awful this place has been in the past. Easily 10 people crowded at the counter waiting for food, workers flailing trying to keep up with orders and not bothering with pandemic protocol whatsoever. Truly frightening that they are more concerned with profits than the safety of their customers or staff. Never again.

We visited it to get some food and on my big mac they must've thought we said no buns and no meat and we asked no middle bun when i got home it was just salad with cheese and the sauce so we tooked it back told them what happened and they apologized and gave us a free French fries and I got to eat it. Very good visit and funny experience

Pretty forgetful with food. Even if it's in dinner rush or even lunch rush when they'd have full staff.

The fries are limp and cold 90% of the time.

Last time it was good was over a decade ago. New management I guess.

Fast food is fast.stronge enforcement of masks and distance during this pandemic. Healthy eating is not why I or anyone else should think when going to any fast food outlets.

This fast food used to be on a good standing, but last time i visited it poor quality.smell different inside, food i ordered were all cold! Not happy at all!

I went here two times during this month. The first time, the fries was super cold and soggy. I was in a hurry that day so I didn’t notice if the staffs wearing masks or not, but the second time I went there, the woman who distributed food to customers didn’t wear a mask or any protection. And also, the guy who did our burgers didn’t wear gloves and his mask was below his nose. I usually don’t give attention to stuff like this, but please, the pandemic is still going. Please spend more attention to customers’ health, public health and your health.

McDonald's is always a hit or miss, depending on their employees. You could have nice fresh fries or fries from the night before.today they did not let me down.

The restaurant itself was okay but it had a rather wierd smell to it, which was no unexpected given the people who were nearby. There is a rather large homeless population in that area of the city and it can make a visit to this location unpleasant at times.

I visited during the middle of the day and given its centralized location near downtown Winnipeg there was a rather decent crowd at the time so the wait was longer than I wished, but my tea was good and my burger was good. Given the fact that it's a chain this is to be expected.

The low rating is because of the crowd that frequents this place and the unsanitary conditions that can develop die to this, unfortunately. The food was fine even though the service was a bit slow.

McDonalds is getting way to pricey without coupons for food that is not getting better. If the food was improving significantly then I get the price increase but the food is not better so why charge more and make it only reasonable to purchase from only when coupons available? Disappointed

Slowest drive through in the city. Lots of staff but they mostly just walk around confused. Waste your time and still get your order wrong.
Inside the restaurant is dirty.

Service is quite good. Staff are friendly and funny when they had a long day when they about to charge you 10 dollars for a large soft drink then realized it lol it's only a dollar. I like this location.

I like the ambience of the 979 Henderson Hwy.location.
I do not like that the teens staffing it cannot ever seem to assemble a Caesar salad that I order correctly.
I am furious that in four months of complaining, neither the manager nor head office has had the WiFi fixed, WiFi which is needed to check for Offers on their My McD's app. Instead, everyone has to use mobile minutes, that is, to pay to find out if an offer even is available. Unfair!

Typical McDonald's drive-thru experience.ordered on the mobile app - was amazingly quick through the drive-thru - a bit of a wait on a couple of More-ning McWraps - but that just meant they were fresh and hot!

This place is close to my house. I've been probably 10 times. Majority of those times my order doesnt come out right.please shape up.

Only if you're an early morning person and get there before the morning coffee rush, it's great and same with the baked goods Other wise forget also especially when it comes to late night munchies the food is stone cold, stale and tasted like it came out of a trashcan

Their food is good, however I wouldn't bother wasting your money on specialty hot drinks here. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and tried countless times and they repeatedly taste like the bottom of a burnt machine and are horrific. Waste of almost 5$. Wouldnt recommend.

This is probably the crappiest McDonalds in the city. Always has bums loitering around the store all day long. They constantly mess up orders. I received half frozen fries once and it just makes you wonder how that's even possible.

This is probably the worst McDonald's location in the city. Drive thru is incredibly slow (even for small orders like a double/double) ; multiple wrong orders; multiple times when coming late night, I've been told they were only accepting cash AFTER placing my order; they short change you on anything they can, large fries 1/2 full, drinks more full of ice than pop, barely any ice cream filling their waffle cones.

I'd rather drive the extra 6 mins to the McDonald's on Portage and get what I pay for in a reasonable time.

THEY LEGIT SOLD ME A BURGER WITH TWO BITES TAKEN OUT OF IT. MUST HIRE ABSOLUTE IDIOTS OVER THERE. I AM NOT MAKING THIS STUFF UP PEOPLE.

Would give 0 if I could. Got home at 3: 45am, excited to try the new spicy buffalo with my 20 piece nuggets only to find no sauce in the bag, even after double checking with them that there was spicy buffalo and sweet and sour. Here’s the kicker tho, I called to complain because while waiting for the nuggets they were dancing around, so I tell her why I’m calling she said “ bring the 20 nuggets back tomorrow, we will give you a fresh batch and some sauce, because you can’t eat your nuggets without sauce” in an extremely snarky manner. Am I just supposed to starve tonight until tomorrow? I don’t understand the logic, why else would I go to McDonald’s at 4 am if I wasn’t hungry? A paying customer should not be ridiculed for wanting sauce with nuggets, given I eat McDonald’s every once in a blue moon and get service like this? Safe to say, there will be no more once in a blue moon. Not worth the hassle or the clogged arteries.

I tend to go to this location out of convenience because i live beside it, but it doesnt matter who takes the drive thru order but when i ask for no ketchup no pickles, more often than not ill get no cheese no onions or pickles and loaded on ketchup? And it isnt until you actually have left the location do u find your botched order

Worst manager ever. Calls the police to remove the homeless. What a waste of city services. Grow some balls and a heart, offer them a couple apple pies and ask them to politely leave.

This place is cozy, but they need more selection on tap:) the patio is awesome in the summe, and they have a lot of unique events and fundraisers
