You get what you pay for. Just make sure if you are buying mcnuggets either inside or drive thru, that you check that they give you your complimentary dipping sauce. This location is notorious for not including the sauce in your order. Update 07-21-2023: ordered a grand big Mac meal today with bacon and guess what? No bacon.

Terrible food. Coffee tastes burnt. Overpriced. I payed $6.58 for a coffee and a hash brown? Plus I get really annoyed at them asking me about their apps. Unfriendly and rude.

Food was hot, but my tray they gave me was dirty, and i didnt notice until after i finished eating.

If they send you to the pickup area you have to drive down the street and make a u turn and then cut through a gas station to get back to the parking lot with the reserved pickup spot is and it took 15 minutes to get my food at a fast food restaurant

I dont know about anyone else but over the last 10 years. McDonald's food has gotten a lot worse, and a lot smaller.oh and more expensive for the smaller but yet worse food. Did I mention, not even really fast anymore either. Even the quality of food products has gone down as well as the quality of the kids toys in the happy meals. Very bad.

We came to this location because we thought our kids would enjoy the PlayPlace. However, the level of uncleanliness was actually shocking. There was literally a blood-covered mask sitting on the counter in the women's washroom. EVERYTHING was sticky, every door, every seat, every table. The entire playplace was sticky from the inside out and so dirty in some places it honestly looked like it may have never been cleaned. Not to mention the vulgar pictures and words graffitied all over it. I'm also pretty sure they didn't have the heat on (at least in the playplace area). It was freezing cold even with our jackets on. Looked for napkins but the napkins were empty. Had to go to the front to ask for some. Last but not least they got our order wrong. Truly the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had and that's saying something.

Worst experience with the crew.they all just keep talking.
On November 12,6;30 pm- I just ordered 2 junior chickens, they took 20 minutes for that.
My order was prepared but not packed by the front crew.
I was saying them that I'm waiting there for the last 20 minutes, and they were just saying that we are preparing it, but the order was ready in front of me.
The manager should be more strict about this because customers receive cold food.

All the staff of evening shift are rude especially one punjabi girl who speaks rudely I request the owner to change the staff

A 2 minute clean, nobody seemed to care and staff definitely had time since there were few people there, nobody in the drive thru and they were just laying around talking. Drink machine area was seemingly never cleaned either, plenty of candies, fries and spilled drinks were there for the taking I suppose. Food is the usual- alright, nothing spectacular.

Generally pretty good there. They messed up a drink for me and after hearing my feedback the manager gave me a free meal.

I went in here to grab a egg McMuffin and a coffee. The Karen manager here (older lady, with the grey hair Karen haircut) was putting around bugging everyone. She started immediately chirping me about how someone was already in the washroom. I said ok.

Then she says "I think we're going to start sanitizing people before they go to the washroom and checking their temperature"

I said "ok. I'm vaccinated if it's any consolation. "

She said. "No it's not a consolation, it's a preventative measure and doesn't stop the spread.

Then she started asking me if I got the double shot or single shot. I said double.

She says it still is only a preventative measure and you can still spread it.

So I just shrugged because I didn't want to get into the dynamics of how viruses work with the McDonald's manager.

Then she opens the door to check the bathroom and says "ok he's gone you can go in"

I go do my business. When I walk out she immediately is there waiting. We make eye contact. I was about to get coffee when she started talking about covid again

Now I'm angry. And not thinking about food. I walk past her for the door when she starts shouting "excuse me! Hey! You have to go this way! This is a one way entrance! As she tries to follow me. I wave my hand at her like go away as she tries to make her point. I just wanted to get the hell out of that McDonald's. Nothing was going to stop me from going to the closest entrance to get the hell away from this Draconian woman. I legitimately feel bad for her staff.

Needless to say I didn't get my coffee and egg McMuffin.

Better service at this location than the McDonald on Leila Ave.understanding staff. Not like Leila one you have too repeat your order two times still screwed up your order.

Extremely slow pick up for delivery drivers and obscure rules for drivers too of only allowing 2 in the franchise too, only location in Winnipeg to do this

Burgers were sloppily made. It won't let me give less stars. This Mc Donald's is at a -5 in my books. Ordered 2 sausage and eggs. Got sausage. Ordered coffee. 2 cream 1 sugar. Got 2 milk 2 sugar. They really need to get a handle on this

The order was messed up.three meals posted at the drive thru.paid at the cash window.only two orders received in the bags.i mistakingly drove off and not held the drive thru lane to check my order there
At home found one meal missed called the store back got Rachel the manager.she noted the error said come back and they would fx it.back to the store.asked for manager spoke to Val repeating everything again got thefree meal.for the inconvenience. But not the origional missed order.will i go there again? Maybe.

Got rk be one of the worst restaurants out there! For anything, would rather drive and choose a different establishment any day!

Very bad policy fro skip drivers. Everytime restaurent door was close last weak outside weather is -32 nd they told me wait outside on front door. Long time wait then i receive my skip order nd the girl they handel me food they told me very bad very rude language. Compare to all other mcdonald's this mcd is very rude staff

I'm not sure how McDonald's could get worse but somehow these guys managed it. Doesn't matter what time of day you go, food is not hot

Had a very disappointing experience visiting this location today. Went there to get $5.99 meal deal. But the guy kept on telling me, he can’t find the coupon and I’ll have to order via mobile.

However, I have visited the same and multiple other locations and the staff were able to punch the coupon from their side and I was able to get the meal deal.

When I told him bout it, his response was “ I should know bout it cause I work here. ”

I really think McDonald’s should keep their staff more informed especially at the counter.

I don’t even wanna give one star for this kinda service.

Went to another location and got the same deal without any trouble.

Upsized my fries to large, but I find that the staff always puts the amount of a medium size fries. Paid for multiple packs of McChicken sauce on 2 separate occasions, but did not receive any both times. Ordered through drive thru so didn't notice until I got home.

I came here to get my breakfast (egg & sausage McMuffin meal but what I got was a sausage McMuffin with no egg. I can’t go back to return it coz I’m so far and I’ll be later for work plus I did not get my hash brown. It was so frustrating to pay a full meal but i did not get of what I paid for.

Had a really bad order fulfillment happen on a 5 meal order of mine. Missing stuff, some not made properly (one sandwhich had two bottom buns) - got home on the other end of town before noticing. Called to make my complaint, manager was willing to help and replace all meals being 3 of the 5 were messed up/quite rediculous. Went back less than 30 days later (as I agreed to come back within 30 days) and the manager I originally spoke to wasn't in, he also didn't offer me his name when asked or mark me in his complaints book like he said he would, so I spoke with the on duty manager and had to fill him in on the whole ordeal. Long story short new manager made good on old managers word, I ended up getting my meals replaced as promised. 5 stars.

I love their coffee and their chicken snack wraps (grilled with light sauce) are a fairly healthy meal when you're in a hurry.

Never had issue in daytimes in drive thru whenever i came to grab coffee in night around 8-9 they always messed up my order i asked only 2 creams in my coffee they always put more cream i cant even drink it and there workers attitude is like they own the place and make you feel you’re begging for you order. Not going here anymore.

They are not generous with the fries here. Must be experiencing a recession or something. Uses all the tricks to make it look full but take it home and it's half empty. Not my go to location because of this, even though it's the closest

If i could give 0 stars i would, what ever the opposite of fast food is what would describe this restaurant. 10 minutes to take my order and 10 minutes to get my order ready. While i am waiting at least 3 people came in from the drive thru complaining about their orders being wrong.

TERRIBLE! I waited 9 minutes for my coffee! They forgot about my order. It was just sitting in the counter while i stood there & waited!

McDonalds what can I say.ask for a specialty burger.your way.so it's super fresh.fries ask for no salt so they out and nice.add the salt after if needed

I have never felt so disrespected on this morning at this McDonalds on keewatin. The manager if that's what you wanna call him. He was very rude to the new employee that was being trained by another young female. She stop to ask the manager a question about the coffee cards being upsize.he got frustrated and instead of explaining what she was doing wrong he just took over her order and cut her off very rudely. Then moves over to the next till to take orders, which was my order. I too used coffee cards (a good chance to show the new employee how it's done properly, but didnt) ? Not manager material, but waring the uniform of one? There was only one person served before me, the one the trainee took.four orders after mine. However, I was served last.why? Well let's see, the manager who took all the orders but the one the trainee had.the manager decided that he would serve his regular customers first even tho I was my order was in first. Two asians, two caucasian people! I'm the only indigenous person in there at that moment. I received my order last, even after the four customers behind me? Why? Why? We all ordered coffees! Racism is clearly being promoted by this Asian manager workinging in an indigenous country, hmmm. I have never felt so hurt and discriminated in my whole life, while buying a morning coffee. I'm saddened by the way this person was raised, your parents should be ashamed you & this company should be ashamed of you! Take a look on your cameras. Everything is true! Most disgusted. Was in there about 645am, this morning.

Had no idea that Happy Meals were so cheap on Wednesdays. The kids had a blast in the play place. The McDonald's employee attending the play place wing was super friendly and helpful! The balloons and table activities were loved!

The employees that hand out customers orders in drive-thru need more thorough training. I already talked to the restaurant manager about an employee’s unprofessionalism in the past and just now I experienced a second employee acting the same way.

All I saw poking out the window was her arm and was looking at everything else but where my hands where so I could reach for my order. Both my drink and food nearly dropped because her attention was elsewhere. No greeting, apology, or a thank you, she just walked away.

I’m not questioning the management or leadership, but their staff may need more supervision in executing their position correctly.

I like to stop in here for a bite to eat, and a place to chill with my grandchildren, Adult children and alone time. Prices are reasonable and the food is fresh & hot!

I order through skiptthedishes because I have 3 kids and no car! Almost always forgets something from my order but the food is fresh and delicious! The staff I speak to over the phone are friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars if I got everything I pay for. Other than that, *Always check the receipt before handing over order! *
