The quality and staff of this mcDonalds is very bad. The staff does not have basic manners to talk to an individual. Managers at this location are so unprofessional. They do not have sense to talk with their guest. I am sad I can not give them 0 star

Not taking orders? A 24hr fast food place? I work late hours most nights and every night I pass by this location, they can't give me any food at all? Not even fries? Terrible. They're just wasting money staying open that late and turning down every single customer.

I had a cup of green tea this morning. The caucasian lady cashier didn't give a sleeve and she was so grumpy

Ordered a western bbq quarter pounder and it was missing the bacon. Chicken nuggets was also missing the sauce. You’d think they’d at least get the order right with their snail service

They don't listen when you ask for seniors coffee they charge for regular at drive-thru poor service

I ordered these sandwich on march 30, i attached the pictures, see the amount of lettuce and how sauce is just on one corner. That is how u guys make sandwich, chicken was so hard to chew. We tossed to garbage both sabdwich. Serving old chicken pieces to customers. I need refund for my order.

Date - March 19,2022. There is board outside and near cashier for hiring. I try to give them resume and cashier told me to wait for 2 minutes and went to call called manager. Manager saw me but she didn’t come to me and she didn’t even say that they have stopped hiring. I waited over there for manager for 20 minutes. If manager of this Mcdonalds have this rude behaviour then you can imagine about the other employees. The manager working at mcdonalds at March 19,2022 was very disgusting. Very disappointed and I felt very bad. It was insulting for me.

Getting better. Faster service and was served the things we asked for. Clean store. Drive through was extremely busy so we went in. Efficient and friendly.

The sauce McDonald uses on there burgers is just the best. My family also loves to make a stop for a quick vanilla ice cream cone and the coffee is better then Tim Hortons in my opinion!

They sold me chicken sandwich with no chicken, first time in my life I had such surprise from McDonald's. I opened it only at work. I guess it's very complicated task to make sure that chicken sandwich have chicken in it. Wasted time, money and supper at work, thanks guys!

Remarkable customer service at this location. Owen stood out today, very helpful and striving. He accommodated complicated customizations of my order with friendliness and efficiency. Thank you for the best made FRESH decaf coffee! Staff like Owen renew your belief in the self-disciplined well-mannered youth of today.

You always have to wait pretty much whenever you go. The parking lot is super small and they try to move people ahead but no where to park.

They are extremely slow, they never make your order on time even their employees don’t have customer service skills. I think this location we can say a worst in winning as compared to other macdonald’s.

Ordered a disappointing Sundae which lacked Hot fudge. The girl said that thats how much hot fudge it comes with, warning, may contain hot fudge

The food is typical McDonalds quality, the staff was friendly, and helpful. There prices were fairly expensive, but the quality, and presentation of their meals was well done for fast food. I will be back.

I only get 30 mins for lunch, and normally I have enough time. Went thru the drive thru, ordered, "you'll have to wait for the quarter" "okay", so I wait, and wait and wait. After 10 mins waiting I go in, said someone said they already ran it out.well no they didn't. Now I have cold McDonalds for when I get off work

Friendly quick inside till service as I walk no vehicle. Washroom was open, very appreciative have 2 hour bus ride 800am on Sundays. However the ladies was disgustjng with liquid spot not from cleaning and tissue on floor & terrible mess in toilet. Wash basin appeared clean, soap in dispenser. Several staff at front in loud discussion but not English, with a tone sounded negative. Have visited before with mo problems.

Last night june 12th, around 1: 45am, I ordered 3 juniors with onions and habanero sauce and 1 medium size drink. So after i drove to my house then i saw that there was no habanero sauce just little onions and even no mayonnaise and everything was messed up. If we pay for food we deserve good food. And the girl at drive thru was nice she felt sorry but the guy with white turban don’t even know how to deal with customers, he was like so what can we do, i can give you refund and you can go. Like literally bro have manners and if you do mistakes try to apologize instead of arguing. BETTER TO GO AT REGENT LOCATION

I can't say enough about my experiences at this McDonald's. Although it seems small and busy, the staff still provide fast, personal service for my food and drink. I don't know how you keep up with great results, considering Covid?

I've never been to a McDonald's where the employees are rude and the service is impossibly slow. Except here.

I ordered ahead and paid with the app for contactless payment. My food was ready quickly, it was hot, and customized the way I requested.

How hard is it to order a NORMAL McChicken! Gone there 3 times in a month an every time order is absolutely a wrong everytime. Rude, Dont listen, an end up waiting, never going there again.

Area for an order of 2 large fries still have no idea what it cost as the debit machine was dirty plastic covered and no receipt was given.

I was waiting for my order by drive thru window and almost till 10-12 minutes nobody respond after i call in store, the employee behave rude, it was really bad experience on this location. Hopefully they will do better in future.

Almost all the time the orders are mixed up into something entirely different. Not impressed happens too often

Today at drive thru Manager refused to give me food because i am a semi truck driver and have no car. Even she behave so rudely. In this Pandemic situation even manitoba truck association also request to food stores. Further other employees get food to drivers except this lady. This lady manager behaviour is very very rude. I want to know how truck driver will ear in these days?

Went through the drivethru and asked very clearly for 2 small strawberry milkshakes and they took about 15 mins to get me my milkshakes for me and my lady and when I got them, I realised that I had received not 2 strawberry shakes.but 1 vanilla and 1 shamrock and strawberry shake mix.was very upset becuade I dont know how uou cant mess up an order of 2 STRAWBERRY shakes

Low quality communication i had to wait for 10 minutes even there was no customer Tell girls high attitude overall no respect customer so shameful service today 10 am

Went through the drive thru tonight got a Double hamburger combo and a tea. I usually get extra pickle but forgot this time. Opened up the burger because I like to put some fries on it. The pickle that was on there was the small little nub from the tip.

It fills the hole. They actually try to be creative and have good coffee. No one admits they eat here lol.

Don't do mobile orders from this McDonald's. They forgot my order. It was just left on the counter for who knows how long.

This McDonald's ALWAYS gets the orders wrong especially when it comes to coffee. They NEVER have pies of any sort and the ice cream machine is ALWAYS BROKEN! I've stopped going to this location because I don't have time to constantly go back for them to get the order right. Drive through and inside orders. The staff simply do not care or it's the general manager or its simply both. Would give a negative star if I possibly could! Thanks for always getting it wrong Mc cloud McDonald's!

Food is disaapointing. New and improved big mac is just as disappointing as always. I remember when it was enough to fill me up on its own.

Don't bother going at night for a quick snack. They aren't open. Was told to wait 25 mins. Was starving so I waited. Tried again and they told me to wait another 25 mins. Forget that. Liars.

Service at this location is always slow. Avoid this location during peak hours (morning coffee rush, lunch rush).

Restaurant is small so drive thru is always busy.

Good place to get fast food and let the grandkids have fun on the play structures. We ordered our burgers and fries online and had only a few moments to wait.

I don’t know what the do at late night? I was the only person in drive through still they took half an hour to give me 2 big mac and 2 drinks.

Restaurant is small - only 11 tables & 3 bartop chairs. Good place for takeout except that everyone seems to only do takeout which makes the 'pick up here' line long.

Every open table was dirty! Found a 2 seater table with the least amount of crumbs to sit down at. Still felt gross to eat on the dirty table. I don't even want to imagine how messy and unkept the back end/kitchen is.

Staff (rotating between about 3 different girls) were hanging out at a table by the employees only door near the bathroom, while the whole front area is a mess. In the 30 minutes I was there nobody bothered to attempt to clean up any table mess.

The bathrooms smelled like urine. I assume it's not like that always but I wonder when the last Clean up was done on the womens bathroom.

I normally drive thru for dollar days drink. My decision to come in to eat (partly because drive thru line was long and the parking lot had few parked cars) was the wrong one. I doubt I will find myself eating here anytime soon. I would choose a different location.

NEVER do they ever have a chocolate milkshake. They say they are either cleaning the machine (B. S.) or out if mix.
Also, they close at 11: 00pm. Why are the doors locked at 10: 50?

Waited a total 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and a junior chicken. Prepared in 5 minutes, sitting at the back for 15 waiting to be served. The employees were just talking and making jokes to other employees done their shift; while they clearly saw a customer waiting. Gave each other free food eating patties and ice cream. The supervisor also saw them chatting it up and was clearly fine with it. He had to give me the order himself and by then the burgers were already cooled. Absolutely disgraceful customer service; go to another location.
