The chicken sandwich is fresh and tasty, but why is it not looking so good as on the picture?

Food was fine till I opened my drink to go chew on the ice and theirs a moth floating around in there

The McDonald's is clean and sanitary also most staff are nice and respecting but there have been cases where the food has been inedible for instance when me and my sister went to buy a 6 peace nuggets the nuggets were stale and dry there have been other instances just like this for example the burgers had little to no condiments, burgers where under cooked and where chewy, their fries were stale and over salted that my sister didn't want to eat it and i was too tired to make and effort and get new ones, and they fill their cups almost full of ice which I haven't seen from other McDonalds. But that isn't all they are way too under staffed, there were only 2 other people other than us waiting for our orders and they couldn't even take my order until another 4-5 minutes for a fast food chain that makes millions I am disappointed in the quality of there services and i hope they can fix this because it is unacceptable

I dont have data on my phone and to get the sale price on meals I need the app. So have to wait to get wi fi. Well no wi fi at this location.

They messed up my order and after waiting 15 minutes for them to return with my meeal it turns out they weren't even making it and when I got a new one their was wet spit looking stuff on it and was undercooked. After reading more reviews just noticed e er since the manager started the mc Donald's here has went down.

Wth you need some serious quality control. Ordered a 20 piece nuggets for my son to find that we were served some dried up hard and stale inedible nuggets. Seriously? ! Garbage. Why do you serve that to customers? What a waste of time and money.

Lovely services.checking the vaccination state of the guests makes it safer for everyone and it is a gesture which limits the spread of the virus and encourages people to go for their jabs, as the vaccine remains safe for everyone

Ordered some food in the driveway, absolutely terrible customer service! Ordering and handed the food to me in such a rude way.not recommended.

Never fresh unless you ask for fresh. And still comes out with old and fresh nuggets and fries.

Amazing experience ordering over skipthedishes thanks to the kind girl who was working yesterday night, june 23rd.she is the sweetest worker ever, she called to let me know the icecream machine was out and offered replacement.at first it was a let down because i wanted icecream, but she made sure we were happy with the replacement ️ she truly went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied and really deserves the recognition for her hard work! Thank you for the outstanding service!

It was very clean but found out that I just can't eat your food anymore as I felt sick after so the only thing that I may every have their is the milkshake or the mc flurries

I only get coffee at this location. Usually around 7: 00 p.m. Ordered a cappuccino and to my surprise it was a cup of warm milk. Not a drop of coffee. Only order regular coffees and nothing from the McCafe menu. Horrendous.

Parked AGAIN! HOW HARD is One Mcmuffin, 1 hashbrown and a bagel with cream cheese at 11am on a Saturday? You get your drinks with no straws at the window and then they park you because they want to remain efficient on their time clock. It's not efficient for your customers so stop parking everyone! Every time we come here and it's infuriating.

Worst mac d in world owner should have some shame and change his whole staff cuzz they dont think customers are anything they just treat them as fools.

Poor service by poor staff. They don’t know how to talk with customer and how to prepare food in time. I live near to this restaurant but I don’t like to come here. All other McDonald’s are too good in service as compared to this McDonald.

I live in the neighborhood where this McDonalds is located and I tell you the staff at this place makes me feel safe and make me feel like Im at home. Very Friendly Staff.

The worst McDonald’s ever! Never waited 5-7 minutes for a coffee! If it was busy that’s different but the employees were chilling with each-other! Very unprofessional service!

At 11: 55am jan 8,2021 I've experienced the MOST RUDE AND AWFUL costumer service at the drive thru. I was trying to order 20pcs nuggets and make it in a meal and she refused and said to me that they don't do that. I said why in order Mcdonalds they can do it. Simple order your location can't do it! I used to be a manager to other fast food. Piece of advice if you have a costumer who wants to oder and want to make it in a meal. Put the order your costumers wants and add fries and drink. Simple as that. No wonder your location have so many complaints and don't have good reviews. The worst location.

Everything great, except they have their bathroom closed for Covid. Cop out not wanting to clean it. No regulations say that it should be closed so disappointed.

What can I say.the BEST coffee in PEGcity! Question of the day is: wher do they hire ther staff? Rude, ignorant, not polite.if it wasn't for there coffee, I would NEVER step a foot in there buildings.

Don't go there they do not listen to wants of customer even after supervisor had talk with employees 3 times. The word EXTRA onion s in not in there vocabulary

This is a very convenient place to go to for a quick lunch. What I don't like in this branch is that they forget some items in my order sometimes.

Thought was ok. Towed my car just before Christmas for parking on their lot too long. Managers have nothing better to do than get peoples car towed. Jerks.

Always feel staff are doing a fantastic job especially during this pandemic. They take a lot of abuse unnecessarily from people dealing with their own issues. Life is too short to be upset that your coffee is half a sugar too sweet or missing cream.

I was waiting for my food for 25 minutes and they forgot about it do not come here by the time we got out it was christmas and the food didnt even fill me up and i aint even fat it was like i was eating air

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and everyone just kept ignoring us and the manager was to busy on her phone to even notice that there were even costumers.

Mobile order needs improvement, some days it's fast other days your waiting 10 mins for a simple coffee.

No toilet paper in the single room bathroom. Couldn't even go to the next stall for any after it was discovered too late there was no paper! Missing food items in bag. And on previous visit a piece of the soda machine was in the bottom of my drink! I will never be back to this location. Poorly managed.

Ordered food last night before going to work. Really poor service. Took them more than usual time to process, then they were asking every one to wait on the left side of the building not even on the parking or cub side, blocking the queue for exit cars.
Then gave me the wrong order. Later after my shift I called the location and talked to manger name Larissa and she is asking to bring all the food back so manger can check what was wrong so hilarious. Now I should take another 30 mins drive to let her check what her minions mess up. Lol so poor service and in the end she told me I can give you a free coffee for messing up. $20 order. #mcdonalds
