Eggshells in my dads McMuffin, but they accidentally gave us double our order at the cost of one order so that’s nice

Worst drive thru experience ever wrong food well my 1/3 wrong. Horrible slow order takers had to go in to get straws after being pulled a head when I order a mcwrap chicken and bacon crispy I don’t want a Mc crispy with grilled chicken chicken sauce and shred lettuce. Grilled chicken was probably dropped at change over lol wouldn’t ever order grilled chicken

I placed a mobile order while heading thru town at 4am and went to the 24hr drive thru to be told they're not serving food until about 5 or so.okay, i guess I have to cancel my order.
I only went to mcdonalds because it says 24hr drive thru, and the sign at the drive thru says 24 hours

Came by at 2am.waited and waited at the drive threw. Guy comes on. I'm on my break. You'll have to wait 15-20 min. Hahah what. No fken way

Ordered Chicken McGriddle and it the chicken was dried out and tasted like it was cooked the day before.

This McDonald's Franchise is one of the worst I've ever been to. Slow, rude, they charged me for condiments. They have a bad reputation in The Pas.

I had a medical exemption from masks and they refused to serve me and almost physically pushed me out of the building. The staff are often seen and smelled smoking pot on their breaks. All in all, terrible staff. Awful staff. Rude, slow, the works. Don’t recommend.

McDonald's Fries were good, but what's up with big baked looking bun tops? I dint think that was legit I'm suspicious

Had some coffee. Had some cocoa. They're both pretty good. I also learned that ordering regular is different than ordering black coffee. Regular is just a single shot of creme and one sugar. And black is black is black is black, as the tribe called quest says.

MAKE SURE THEY READ YOUR ORDER BACK 3 TIMES CAUSE 2 TIMES THEY STILL GET IT WRONG.and when they are told the order is wrong, they say we paid already and they can't do nothing about it. STICK EARS. I wouldn't waste my time or money, so called McDonald's here is a Joke of the Fast Food Chain. Slave Driver owns it

When I got my food, there was roaches in my FOOD! And I can’t forget that the manager was picking his nose and wiped it on the wall. Do not recommend

This location seems to have a hard time holding their employees. Drive thru is the slowest pace I've ever encountered. Too late to back out because of the long line lol. I think they only take 3 orders at a time so the associates can prepare those orders and move onto the next 3.

Food was burnt egg shells in my mcmuffin.
After working 24 twelve hour shifts in 28 days I just wanted food for my trip home. Treated with disdain and ruined food was not how I wanted to finish my trip to work in the hospital.

Typical fast food place.
Sometimes I feel like I’m sitting at the drive through order booth for awhile before I’m noticed.
Some staff are super nice and polite, some don’t say much.
Usually priced.
They’ve always gotten my order correct.

The kids that work there when unsupervised make the place not worth visiting. Caught them smoking weed outside and refusing to answer the drive through. When they did they could not keep it together. They often randomly shut down the tills at night in order to keep from working. Many complaints all around.

The food is great during the day.at night its.its food to eat. I blame management for the lack of hiring employees to maintain the place at night.

We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our order. Yes, it was 3am and I'm sure there was only 1 or 2 people working, but when you ask to have 1 order marked because it's different than the others, a simple request like this should be granted. In addition to that, when I told the guy the order wasn't marked down, he wasn't friendly at all and just walked away. Not impressed at all.

The Pas McDonald's is always fast prompt and courteous service. Fast food that is hot from the fryer and freshly made.

It seems like they warm up the greasy soggy fries and serve them with with old coffee.i went to get coffee this morning and the cream is sour.they never serve anything fresh, they even have flies all over the muffins they say i'll clean it out and just let the flies out.this mcdonald's is so gross.

Stopped ar Macdonald's to buy 2 coffee and to use the rest room prior to getting on the road. The female washroom was disgusting and no toilet paper. My husband said the guys was awful as well with toilet paper put in the sink and the place was filthy.
While we waited for our coffee we mentioned it to employee and he yelled out to someone a out the washroom. Not sure on how long it took or if it got done.

The only McDonald's place in town. Make sure you check your order before driving away if you are using the drive through. You may be surprised that an item is missing. However, it's a welcoming place.

Unorganized counter service. Have a hard time going there for just tea and a muffin. Food good.

The service is not great the employees are very ignorant especially management but the coffee is great

Awful! Never go back. Waited 20 minutes for my order and they still forgot my bq sauce, no napkins! Service sucked!

Today at McDonald's I wasn't impressed orders all screwed up he didn't hear what you had to say about her orders every time you turn around we had to repeat it over and over again finally they probably a couple of our stuff other than that we weren't impressed with the service no matter if you go through the drive-thru or you go up in person you never get what you want it's always wrong or you go back and get yourself it's a bad place for their concern they don't care about their customers all they were both making money that's my opinion thank you

If I could, I'd maybe put half a star.
I waited 25 minutes for a McChicken meal with tea. The young man behind the counter made the tea, but the seemingly senior employee told him not to hand it out.after my extravagant wait the senior employee had a new one with the food that had been sitting there at least 5 minutes behind the counter. The staff is extremely disorganised, barely communicate, and waste a lot of product. I was tempted to walk out of there with no food and no refund because I was starving.
Sorry McDonald's, but I am NOT loving anything about it!
