McDonald's

This McDonald's needs to get its act together for drive thru, dining in is fine but everytime I go through drive thru I have to pull into one of the spots and wait. I understand this will happen sometimes but it is literally every time I go

The food was delivered cold. I understand since they were overworked. But I constantly order from here, and my meal is always cold. Ice cream is delicious.

Me and mom took drive thru, we were late for breakfast but still got the sale items! Very happy with that. Staff was great! Fast friendly! Definitely recommended

Extremely slow service when dining in no one at front desk it seems this store would rather deal with drive-thru or skip the dishes drivers then walk in public

Honestly, the place has a few good staff but a handful of bad ones. They have a bring to table service that the staff refuse to use and just yell your order for anyone to pick up because their self serve machines don't always have receipt paper.

We ordered 2 coffees, two donuts, fries and two cheeseburgers. We waited for our order for more than 10 minutes. Not only did we wait a long time, but we were served very hot potatoes. Which wasn't very tasty. The establishment is very dirty, it’s difficult to get into the toilets to wash your hands because they are closed and it’s not clear how to open them. In general, this branch works terribly in my opinion. The photo shows a table, on this table there is a bunch of garbage, we were in the establishment for 30 minutes, during which time no one cleaned it up

I thought it is the best in Winnipeg before yesterday when I get a worst nuggets I've ever eaten, not crispy at all, like a rubber

Ok so we went for burger at about 2am the employees were scrapping with this group of heavily intoxicated people. Before i lnow it rocks are being thrown through car windows, the drive thru is being pelted with boulders and big rocks, they are zipping past my head! I to duck for cover because i was right in the line of fire.i ordered online and did not recieve any food at all.one star or zero stars

Now THAT'S a quality crapper. Clean, quiet and locked out (they have to buzz you in) from tweakers, crackheads, and junkies.

Great suction on that flusher! Man, I lost IDEAS in that terlet

Went in to order breakfast the service was slow. They lady taking our order we had to repeat it several times over. Then one of our smoothies took over 10 minutes to receive due to them forgetting to make it. Was all and all unimpressed with the service there.

Complete unsanitary conditions! When hiring, an employee does not pass any medical commission! There are no locker rooms for staff or showers inside the restaurant! Dirt in all premises of the establishment, dirt on the lobbyThe staff rarely washes their hands during a shift, they can pick up the sauce from the floor and throw it into a bag of open friesNo one really cares about the quality of service! McDonald's standards are not respected at all The dirtiest establishments in the worldI definitely do not recommend

Store morning staff would not provide Monopoly wrapper with Chicken McMuffin confirming management had chosen not to participate with all products the game lists.

Having to wait for our order like I'm sure any other fast food drive through doesn't make any one wait 5 minutes I'm not sure if that location will last with the waiting period for food

Friendly staff. But man are the drive through screens a pain in the neck. Totally rediculous. Made ordering a nightmare. Change back to stationary signs please.

Wish I could give a zero. Ordered a coffee, they didn't put the lid on properly and I spilled a whole large hot coffee all over myself

Forgot half my order and because I was in a hurry, I didnt go back right away and I didnt get a receipt

Hands down the worst location. I'm a disabled person. (No use of the right side of my body) I made sure to get there by 10 as that's when I was told they close. Had to take a bus because I don't have a car. When I got there I was told they lock the doors at 945 and they wouldn't help me. (We're talking minutes after they closed the door) so I basically blew 2 bus fares and couldn't get anything to eat. Went to another location who was also closed but at least they understood my situation and allowed me to order at the drive thru. I wish I could give this dump 0 stars simply because that's what they deserve. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. But I guess they don't get paid according to sales but how many hours of the day they're there. And if they are not serving people they get paid to do nothing at all.

Friendly however after you drive off and find that your fries are barely warm and a little soft and Soggy you know they were sitting way too long. They should have been thrown out and never served to a customer. Don't appreciate paying premium price for sub quality product. Just won't go to this location anymore.

One of the few McDonalds that doesnt screw up my coffee. I love mcds coffee but hate that they use dispensers (for speed) i get it, to put sweetener in coffee. Half the time the machine is empty and the employee isnt paying attention when they hit the button.

This place asked me to pull up with no cars behind me so I said no I'll wait. Then they refunded me the order because I'm not allowed to wait at the pick up window. What a joke I told them to keep my money and my coffee. Highly recommend going up the street to Tim Hortons

My only complaint is that I was looking for something vegetarian to eat but they didn't have a single option, besides removing the meat from a big mac or another sandwich. Admittedly, big mac sauce is very tasty, but when it comes to eating a vegetarian option I'd much rather get something like beyond meat at A&W. McDs should bring back the salads!

Absolutely excellent! I know that with Covid 19, it is more difficult for staff to serve the public.but it spite of all the challenges, I still receive personal services. My decaf is always fresh, and if it isn't, a fresh pot is brewed for me. I can't say I get the same service at other McDonald's, where I have experienced watered-down coffee, or coffee that is old and cold. Not at 1575 Regent.

Also, the Christmas decorations with empty take out boxes and drink containers strung out in a garland was very cute.

Nice and organized place. Staff could be a little more friendly though. Although nobody was rude.

Order was taken quickly and staff ensured there were no mix ups with the order as we had to pull ahead to wait for our order to be completed.

Got my first order wrong after making me wait. The order taker even said everything back but didn't punch it in. Had to go through the drive thru a second time. Not even an apology. Food was ok but cold by the time I was done.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I called to ight with a couple obtuse questions about happy meal toys and the manager over the phone was very resourceful and told me everything I needed to know!

My order was wrong, I sat and ate what they did give me as I waited, finished everything and then finally got my order. At least the homeless guy downtown benefited as I gave the replacement food to him.

Dont waste your time here. Just go to other McD's branch but not here. This is not so accomodating and nice McDonalds in Winnipeg. Make sure ypu check your order before you leave.

Friendly staff, not too crowded.
Every second table can be used. If you eat inside, you should leave your garbage on the table so they know what needs to be sanitized. The tables were just getting cleaned.
I've ordered poutine, ice cream and cookies. Cookies took some time to get baked but I was eating inside so didn't mind waiting - the staff brought them to my table.

Took my free coffee stickers and charged me for coffee. Called back and could careless. Just asking for simple kind service.

Great hot fresh great service at counter. Had fish nice. Restaurant nice and clean would go back again.

Horrible management. How does someone get away with walking in to start their shift and speaks out loud foul language in front staff and customers. Also allowing people write out their application on the counter used to pickup their food. This location needs an overhaul.

They lied about giving free fries through the mobile app. Charged me for the same and then said the app wasn't scanned by the cashier, when I had explicitly mentioned to the cashier about the offer. Cashier brushed it off as being approved while discretely charging my card through the app. On site Manager was as dishonest to not refund the price even after I suggested to rescan the offer I already had. Matter of principle.

Employees are friendly and efficient. Come here a few times and they will remember your regular order! Clean restaurant with a slightly outdated interior.

The self serve lines at this location are fantastic and a welcome addition. Friendly environment and the staff working are always running around serving the customers. Busy location in the morning but still always fast

The self order machines make the lines move along more smoothly and speeds up the amount of waiting time quite a bit.

Place was really clean and the staff were great! Today when I was there I could see that they were removing some panels from outside of the building. I can't wait to see what they're doing!

Staff are super helpful and the service is quick. I routinely visit this mcdonalds on my way to work and the girl who works in the drive thru is always super nice!

Excellent visit! Staff are always so friendly and the place is always so clean! I don't know how long they are doing it for but coffee is only a dollar! Beats the Tim's down the street for price!

The new one on nairne, is horrible. Sunday I went through the drive through for a coffee there were 5 cars in front of me at 9am and it took 15 mins to get my coffee. So if your short staffed hiring more people, is all I can say. Coffee was good though when I finally got it.

This place is almost always super busy but they do a good job getting to everyone quickly. One of the fastest drive throughs around!

Not happy with the app, the value and in all honesty they've lost my desire to shop there again. Hopefully they will get value deals regularly. Keep up with the times like A&W.

Asking for extra salt was like committing a crime, they don't have sleeves for there hot thin coffee cups and it seems they are getting very cheap when they have a sign by the napkins that says " please use only "1" napkid per meal - wow how cheap is that.

If I could give them negative stars I would. 1030 at night not very busy took 15 min of me standing at the till before someone took my order. Then waited 15 minutes to get the food. Fries where cold and soggy. Mcds usually is bad to start with but this was by far the worst I've ever had.

Stopped in to quench our thirst with a giant root beer man did it hit the spot! Yummy specially on a super hot day. Also they put in just the right amount of ice.not to much not to little just the way I like it and we also indulged in a couple of soft serve icecream in a cup! The best way to enjoy these!

The Mc Doubles I ordered today we're mint! Just perfect.and the Mc Cafe, to top it off, was swell as always.

When it is time for me to be released from this existence i will go to McDonald's and eat one of everything from the menu whereupon i am sure i will either gain powers beyond my wildest imagination or i will expire in a gruesome explosion that will leave Mayor McCheese questioning the validity of his existence.

Got there just as they were switching over from breakfast so my Big Mac and fries were nice and fresh love that

This is my favorite McDonalds to visit in my area. The staff is always friendly and it's most of the time clean

I don't think I've ever made it through the drive-thru without having to pull over and wait for "fresh fries. " On the rare occasion, I actually got a complete order.
