We were totally disgusted with this restaurant for not cleaning floors and sitting area and table so ur customers can sit and eat….

Waiting 15 minutes in spot 1 for my bacon and egg McMuffin is unacceptable! Not the 1st time this has happened.

Completely useless. 100% of the time you have to go park and wait because they are never prepared for customers.

The lid on my large coffee was not put on properly, when the girl handed me my coffee the lid popped off and I wore over half of it. It left a red mark on my leg and a mess of my vehicle. This was a first for me, but I will be back. This happened Sat. June 10,2023.

I wish the crew they know how to listen or understand the customers order. I ordered fries less salt large size and they gave me fries and lots of salt in it.
So disappointed.

My my friend and I we're going through drive through we're expecting our food to be hot her coffee hot in in that breath our food was cold and we had to wait outside in the car but it was fine it was just a disappointing dining experience and it was a busy day I'd spent the good part of the day in the emergency room dealing with an injury so hungry tired and cold food made for a very unhappy customer future please make sure food is piping hot I understand that which time food gets cold fast

Very angry that two of the locations in Brandon call themselves 24hours when the inside of the store closes after midnight and you can only order through drive thru, I had to get a cab just to drive me through to get food and the meter ran the whole time and cost me $10 just to sit through drive thru, OPEN THE INSIDE OF THE STORE! I spend A LOT of money at this establishment and would like my 24hour service available 24hours!

The employees are rude talk about customers an point at them I told the manager he didn't care should jus shut the place down or hire people with respect never going back

Pretty hard to get the proper order if you order more than one meal. Half the time your burger has to be assembled yourself before you eat it as it was all just thrown into the box.

No good no good. It’s soooo slow. I wait almost 12min…. It’s 1/5hour it’s 1/120day. And why people told me McDonald’s it’s fast food?

Awful. Service from start to finish was not good (bewe were met with a guilt trip, rolled eyes, and heavy sighs. Would give it a zero if I could. The manager stand was rude. The staff was rude. Come here if you want attitude.

Everytime they screwed my order, well I guess I have to step down with McDonald's, take my business somewhere else

Just grabbed a coffee for takeaway. It was a warm welcome to my walk. On a warm summer day.

McDonald's hired me last summer it was a bad time my father had passed away during my 6 week probation period I was late a few times after coming back from having the responsibility of arranging the whole ordeal. I was there everyday never missed a day and they never took my father passing away into account which I think is a very very horrible act of human compassion and emotional understanding towards someone who lost everything but gave everything to prove that I was willing to work for McDonald's just to feel like I wasn't worth hiring because you break when your father dies. IN THE END McDonald's MADE ME FEEL LESS THEN.and they should be held accountable for making a person feel that way

I am NOT impressed! I went to this location to get a coffee on my break from work and they handed me the cup and the lid was not properly fastened on the cup and coffee spilled all over my car and myself burning me and staining my car. The edge of the cup was ridged and mangled and the lid didn’t even stay on at all. Ended up throwing the coffee in the garbage and spent the rest of my lunch break going home to get changed and trying to wipe up the mess in my car. Please teach your employees to pay attention to details to avoid this happening to anyone else.

I found a big dog in my big mac, it was 27 meters long, I measured it with my measuring tape. It was almost as fat as me.

Ridiculous drive thru. 4 times i said plain mcdouble and a small fry. Get home, it's a plain cheeseburger. First a double quarter pounder with cheese, then asks me twice what i said. Then my labelled plain double was a single.so yeah!

Food was good but service and staff was another story.teenage female staff was rude towards me (I'm 16 btw and I don't even know them) and I waited an hour in the parking lot for food

Very good service. Best McDonald's i have ever been to. Food is fresh, staff is friendly and very helpfull.

Your typical Mickey D’s joint‍️, so if you like that, that’s the place for you, but overall they’ve got some pretty good fast food

Unbelievable! All I wanted was a child size smoothie with my kids happy meal. I was willing to pay whatever! Could not get one! Had to get a small smoothie and a kids apple juice. Makes no sense!

Poor service! Waited too long! Was told to park on #3 while other car is still parked in that spot. All the other cars got their order while the service person ask twice about our order, and keeps giving me the wrong order. Waited for about 35 minutes and still told me that our order was not on the screen. What will you do to improve the service?

Drive thru, gave my order, they switched workers and I had to repeat to then be told I had to scan my coupon first before ordering to use it. K whatever. Wait 15 mins in line to then have to give my order again 3 times and when they couldn't get it to be entered right they told me to go through to drive thru again and just restart. So I went home and ordered pizza.

What a waste of time.

Had to wait for a little while for my food at late night but the guy was really kind when he came to hand me the food. Positive attitude goes a long way indeed. Good work night people.

There coffee was cold late at night. I should've went to a different McDonald's if I want a hot coffee. Very disappointed with this one. Anyone who wants hot coffee after 10pm, go to a different location.

Not once after ordering too many times has this restuarant EVER gotten an order right. Go elsewhere unless you like missing /completely wrong/ or damaged meals. Management doesnt even bother talking to the customer. Horrible service. I would give 0 stars if it was possible.

With every visit the quality of service has decreased. The night staff is amazing: they will give you the order as is every time. But the evening staff continually does not apply coupons, and the morning staff would serve curdled dairy products.
No longer is this the most convenient location with their current level of poor service.

Just give and go. Fries not fresh, its like they dont bother to make new patch if they have fries sitting there for a while. Better to just say no salt so you are prompt for fresh fries. Never ketchup in the bags always need to ask, its like they assume we got ketchup with us already.

Very quick service on driver through. Staff named Nikunj was very patient in taking the customized order.

Didn't put inour order for a medium froe so when got they hadn't put it threw or made it so one person didn't get there full meal and had to wait in slot to make there drive threw times look better

DONT GO! Every single time we go there has always been a problem! Missing things from the order. Or adding onions when we specifically ask for no onions. Have had to call and complain multiple times. Weve even had to drive all the way back and talk to the manager. Save yourself the trouble and pick somewhere elsewhere to eat
