McDonald's

The food was delivered to my table, but not the pop. The staff, at the counter, had no idea what I was trying to ask for, which were napkins, but in this country many of us are use of saying SERVETTES. NO napkins were filled at the drink station. NONE of the garbage containers were emptied inside eating area.

If someone wants to try something new and exciting McDonald's is not for them. McDonald's formula are constant and if don't wants to disappoint go to McDonald's cuz there line up of burgers are tried by millions of people so if are hungry go to McDonald's but if want to try something new then don't.

Most of the employees here are indiscreet, derisive and unprofessional, worst McDonald's in South Winnipeg.

Whenever I order from them, they never get the order right, packaging is always like they are feeding to animals (thrown in a bag). Food is not at all fresh!
This store has taken down the standards of McDonald’s.
Whenever I need to edit something in my online order, there’s no place to write instructions and when I try to call, they NEVER PICK UP!
Try any other McDonald’s but this!

Warning! Got food poisoning After eating a beef burger, I’m really questioned the food safety of this McDonald’s.

Made we wait in a parking stall for 2 plain mcdoubles.seriously? It literally doesn't get easier of an order. Manager asked me to park in an illegal spot while I wait. They just push you to parking and waiting every single time, doesn't matter what your order is. 4 cats went through whole I was there, all had to park and wait. This is one of the worst McDonalds restaurants in Canada.

Only place where you get coffee and have an insane amount of coffee grounds in your coffee. This place never fails to disappoint.

This mcd is very near to my house and I prefer to buy coffee from here but every time I go to take coffee there is always something wrong with it. I don't know the reason but once I got a coffee that was cold so I ignored it.second time I went to get coffee and I again got cold one so I went to exchange it without saying a word to them. Today I went to get coffee they forgot to put sugar In it. Now I think I will have to change my place to get my coffee from. Sorry to say something like this.

Pretty good actually for the taste of it was fresh only thing I didn't like that I had to pull over to the side and wait for my order and wasn't given my stuff at the window

Just go to a different location if you are a parent trying to make your day easy. I was warned about this location literally 10 minutes before I got there about how badly the staff screw up good here. ITS TRUE! I was actually jaw dropped at how accurate the other lady was. All ya have to do is listen to a speaker and punch it in and maybe if that is an issue repeat the order. Fast food was my first job and it's not that hard.honestly it's not. Thanks for adding a huge frustration for such a small oversight that is literally YOUR JOB. Never again. Also now that I have eaten freezing cold fries that resemble some kind of rubber I could just lose my effing mind. (only takes me 5 mins to get home) it should not taste this awful.

Big shout out to the management who allowed us to quickly pee in the middle of the night as nothing is open in@ywg for such necessary things! @winnioeg hasn't made arrangements for people travelling through their city during covid.

Who doesn't love mcdonald's, double filet fish! Oh on a side note, when you order a egg McMuffin meal in the afternoon you're getting fries with it!

The staff at this location, in their words "can't put ghost pepper sauce on a junior chicken. " They clearly need more training on how to put sauce on a burger so 1 star.

This mcdonald's had the greatest service and the staff was really friendly when we visited. We meant to get 2 large fries but accidentally only ordered 1, the staff were really nice about it. We preordered the meal with the app, then went by to collect it

I went there today at 10: 18pm to get drive through. I requested a special order and for some unknown reason the staff was extremely rude and refused to serve me and demanded that I leave. It was completely unacceptable behaviour and I would never go back! I didn't ask for anything out of the ordinary, some people have specific dietry needs and they should respect that! Even if they can't serve a particular item they should say so respectfully. I request the management to look into the people working the shift and reprimand them!

Have gone thru drive-thru in the past requesting food and drink. The drink I want is half Coke/Diet Coke. They say they "can't do that". I go into the resteraunt to make my own. With Covid-19 the self serve is not available (which is understandable) so I requested a half Coke/Diet Coke at the counter. Again, they "can't do that". I left. I will not order from McDonalds again. Of course they "CAN DO THAT", they choose not to because it is not efficient. The more important metric you should be concerned with is customer retention. I think that has a more relevant impact on your revenue/profits and customer satis.oops that's not your concern. 1 more customer NOT SERVED = 1less customer.

The service is pretty swift, I am just bugged with their order detailing, I am buying fries, please give some ketchup and tissues in the bag.

Great food but the women need to stop flirting with the guys and get the job done and lower the tone of voice and and watch the foul language to use around customers very disappointed

Poor service. Tried to use my app at the drive-through today. Repeated and asked TWICE if I could get a free side of fries based on the McDonald's app. Ended up getting charged for it; I should have checked my receipt before leaving, but I trusted them.

Lady at the drive through was cranky. Management; my order was the 1 McDouble Meal, an additional medium fries (which was supposed to be free), and a chocolate sundae. Around 12: 00 PM on March 9,2020.

Don't bother getting back to me; tell that woman to pay more attention to her attitude and the order.

It's a nice place, with variety of snakes and drinks, also there is a machine from which you can order food, so you don't have to be in line to save time

Despite being so busy, the staff were keeping up AND smiling.
It looked and felt efficiently run, which is not the case normally.

Normally I really like here. But there is a lady who wants to sell coffee more than $1 every single time. At the first I thought it is by mistake. But others?

This is one of the best McDonalds I have been to in Winnipeg. The staff is always friendly, greets you properly. Even when there is a line in the drive thru, it seems to move fairly quickly as compared to other locations. They are consistent here with their coffee/tea and the customer service from the staff. They actually seem sincere. Downside is the drive thru is not accommodating for larger vehicles.

I love the place. Its always too busy but despite the fact, it's always clean. Staff is really hardworking and knows how to work in a fast pace environment. Best part - they do greet every customer properly, so that an additional point.
