Horrible staff.consitantly. Went for a combo.asked for no pickle but because I disnt understand ger.ascent I wasnt served. Not a prob now a days. A and W 30 sec away. Lol.

I am very frustrated with this place. Service very slow, washroom is always closed, our fries were falling from the tray, didn’t want to come back again.

Fast courteous service. Headset may not be functional - had to repay order 3-4x to get it right.

Not fast at all; huge drive thru line ups that don’t move. Waited over 30 mins in line multiple times now, will not go back.
Restaurant inside feels dirty, the washrooms are awful and I fear getting an infection walking in.

Very fast service today. And a very helpful and nice girl at the checkout this morning. That's very strange!

Very bad staff working slowly there is no workload, no cars or people, it is not clear, what do they do at night? But definitely do not work the order, we are waiting for half an hour.

Horrible. You ever have a McDonald burger & the patty is crunchy? So disgusting seemed like the burger was old & cooked over and over. Definitely far from fresh. Even the fries were stale & fossilized. Crazy how they are serving such nasty food.

Very slow service, not that busy when we got there around 10 pm but it took 20+ minutes for our food to be ready. Saving grace is that the food was very fresh and tasty. Place is clean enough, but we were disturbed quite a few times being asked for change. To be expected of this Macdonalds. It was ok.

So, ordered my food today. It was served without qny box or packet, the asian girl (most probably philippino who works monday evening) gave me a tissue and a burger. Are u serious? Dont u provide any box or any packaging? It was Take out order. Why did she serve the food with just a tissue. Terrible service!

Slowest McD ever seen, huge team & still takes lot of time to prepare order's. Drive-thru was empty just 4-5 seating inside still they take more than 10 minutes for each order they prepare. They take Uber & skip courier taken for granted as we are least important to them. Would have give ZERO STAR but there's no such option.

Staff not friendly. Washroom is a absolute dump & most times parts of it are out of order. Some of the patrons are, what you say, very undesirable. The fights, sleeping, panhandling, foul language is a major problem. The washrooms are used as showers etc.at times. Drug use in the area is out of control & it spills over into the restaurant.
This McD's is NOT SAFE after 5pm. Hungry? Go somewhere else.

I used to love coming here for coffee but recently found out there was a bedbug infestation. Sadly it seems that there isn't much they can do about it. A good friend of mine said he thinks it's mainly in the boothes and that it's been getting worse because a large number of the patrons come from a horribly infested building nearby. I hope they get a good exterminator soon because now I've gotta go to the Tim's on archibald and that's a bit too much of a walk for these old bones to bear!

Good quality and cleanliness. Service was a little slow.too many people I guess.it was the lunch rush and all. Wicked deal. Stack the 'beyond the arch' promo with your $1 Coffee.add a McDouble. $3.25. Not bad
