I come here for 10 piece nugs every now and then. Nothing but beauties here. Thanks for the bonus cheeseburger tonight.

Dont order a sandwich here if u want to customize it as they will never get it right the first time. Again today twice and they still screwed it up

Food is consistently good, orders always correct. Drive thru gets very busy during lunch time.

Ordered 14 items picked up from the drive thru. When I first received the items I was missing 3/14 items so I sat there at the drive thru window for about 4 mins and no body came back or peeked out the window and asked what was wrong. I had to yell at the employees inside to get their attention. After I got home，I noticed I was yet missing 2 other items and one was wrong. I honestly order at this mcdonalds the most and 10/10 times something is messed up.they will NOT give the yogurt from the kids happy meal，and I rarely receive ANY of the condiments I especially ask for or put into my order.about 1/4 of the time I receive a book instead of a toy that I order for my kids. Not to mention the extremely long wait！ Or their not filled up drinks or ice cream.and I get a lesson from their employees saying their policy is to fill up to the second line from the top！ （eye balling its only 3/4 filled up）I order mcdonalds daily and non of the other restaurants ever give me a lesson，probanly because theirs is ALWAYS a full cup.

Very sad how the lady at the drive-thru just takes your money and doesn't say thank you. Once I picked up my food at the next drive-thru window all they said was have a good day. They need to go somewhere to learn manners.

Review is based on ordering coffee, one double double one triple triple, you couldn't tell there was sugar in either even after we stired them ourselves.

The drive through is terrible. They are always so slow and you have to wait 10+ minutes. When you finally get your food it is always cold and doesn't resemble anything even remotely fresh. It's been sitting there for hours. I know it's "McDonalds" but this locations food is terrible. If you make customer wait 10 mins in a drive through at least make the food be fresh when they get it!

This is the slowest mcd that i have ever been to like i am there regular customer i go there like 3 times in a week or even more but their service never improves i have to wait more than 15 min just for a jr chicken meal its not about the employees it is about the owner of the place they should increase their employees during the night shift this id absolutely not acceptable again i am not mad about the employees

I came around the time where it was the overnight staff and they are literally the sweetest! It was two nights ago on September 14,2022 the over night manager gave AMAZING customer service! He definitely deserves a raise!

Couldn't be bothered to communicate with me as to why my food was taking so long. I just asked for a refund. They are more interested in helping drive thru patrons and skip the dishes than people who come up to the front counter.

Plenty of parking, service was slow. Fries were only just warm and lacked the traditional McDonalds saltiness. The quarter pounder with cheese was just warm.

Excellent service we went for wings all varieties were really good. Great value. Never disappoints

Waited in the pick up area for over 15 minutes for a 1/4 pound and fries and had to call them to move their butts.
If they tell you to go to wait area, DON’T. Block the drive thru lane and wait.

Ordered 3 items in am today. Was told to wait at stall. Waited for the "order" for a while, so decided to go in to get food thinking they were busy (even though only 3 cars in drive thru and no other cars in waiting area) they were rude when I retrieved food. Then got home to not have full order. Called to say I was Missing items "manager" was not in the least bit apologetic, and came off anoyed. I'll be driving to Southdale location from now on.

Not worth it. Go to south dale one or any other than this one. The Wait was fine but wow what a dissapointment i know its not 5 star but come on. Got 4 brek burritos and man were they put together with hatred or somthing. Flat and no filling bassicly just the wrap.

Seen like 7 people get arrested here, good place for food, bad place if youre fleeing law enforcement

I order here a few times because it is closer to our home. After I pick up my mom from her evening shift we went to this location. We ordered nuggets and a large fries. They told us it was a minute to wait for the fries and we were asked to wait by the second window. A minute turned into 45 mins to almost an hour just for fries. If we didn’t reverse the car back to the window that says “pay here” our order would have been forgotten. The crew member was very professional and kind enough to apologize to us for the long wait and gave us another fries to compensate.

Today, same time. After I picked up my mom from work. We went to this location again and 3 cars have been served before us. We were waiting by the intercom and the girl keeps on taking the order from one intercom only. There’s no sign or any traffic cone that blocks the other lane to order so I don’t understand why she’s not helping us. She can definitely see us from the window so I don’t see any excuse or any reason for her not to help us. So I just drove directly to the window to have our order taken.

Not even an apology and she seems like she doesn’t even want to help us. Not friendly and we feel unwelcomed to order. I too have worked in the food industry and in the same setting but I never had this attitude towards our customers. Sure it’s a night shift! She could be tired but she doesn’t have to lower the quality of their service just because they’re 30mins away from closing.

Hopefully, they can better their service.

Used to be the best but for the past couple months they have gone downhill. Just about every day I am returning my coffee because they either don’t get it right. How can you go wrong with such a simple order?

Great for a McDonalds, fast friendly service. Food was as good as McDonalds gets.

Generally ok. It is, after all, just a McDonald's. However, only 3 stars because they keep messing up my orders in brutal fashion. A quarter pounder with cheese that wasn't supposed to have pickles definitely did not have pickles. It also didn't have the hamburger patty. It was just a bun with cheese, onion, and very little ketchup. Another time, same order (quarter pounder with no pickles). This time it had the burger in it with no pickles. It also didn't have cheese, onion, nor ketchup.
Unfortunately, I was at work when I discovered these ridiculous errors. So much for lunch.

They are busy so very not friendly. The machine do not work, they don’t want give receipt. Even the asian lady who a little fat just throw the receipt on the table.

Always terrible wait times. Will order the smallest thing and will get parked along side with 4 other cars. Seems like they care more about their times than customer service. Waiting 10+ mins for small meals is ridiculous.
