The service kinda sucks bcz the person (s) who takes the order (sometimes, don't know the names) talks way too fast and doesn't wait for me to finish ordering, she cuts me off and says "ok move to the first window" I say "helloo ma'am I wasn't done ordering" then I have to start my order again. I understand ppl make mistakes, but it gets frustrating when it's happening constantly. If your ordering at night, whoever I'd cooking the double cheeseburgers are really greasy.

Night staff told me to go f myself and flipped me off because I complained about waiting 15 min for two McDouble meals mind you there

So I went yesterday to the drive through and it was a horrible experience bought a Big Mac meal with a large fry and a small fry on the side for my sister got home and all they put were the Big Mac and a medium fry paid 17 dollars for a normal Big Mac meal

Usually never do a write up, I asked for dine in, get my food in a bag, asked for two fries, received one, used the bathroom, no toilet paper, plus you need to be buzzed in. Go get some ketchup, it's empty, splatters all over me 4 staff standing there, two appeared to be management. However, one male staff did notice grabbed napkins for me and ketchup packages, no apologies.sheesh ketchup still empty as we left.

Its McDonald's.it gets the job done, but their new post covid prices make it not worth it anymore.

Great restaurant to have a quick meal. Been many many times. Store is always very clean, windows clean and staff very friendly. Store has been renovated which is nice. Only downside and I’ve been coming here for years is the men’s washroom. I’ve never, ever seen it clean. It’s always filthy, stinks bad like pee. Have to be desperate and be able to hold your breath if you go in there. Still 5 stars in hopes this gets fixed.

Ordered a quarter pounder burger with cheese and extra bacon. Opened up the box when I got home and no bacon or cheese on the burger, but I was charged for it.

It was a great experience visiting this McDonalds. Will definitely recommend to others due to its cleanliness and fast service.

This is one of if not the worst location in the city, half the time they get your order wrong and even if they get it right you are given old, cold food.
I've seen staff members multiple times not wearing masks, they seem more interested in playing on their phones and socializing then actually serving customers.
The last time I went to this location I ended up just throwing away half my food.
Do yourself a favor and support your local burger joint and avoid this mess.

The absolute worst McDonald’s experience. Walked in to order milk shakes and ice cream. Tons of McDonald’s staff all talking and having fun (someone could have told me no ice cream) I put my order through On the machine, they then inform me no ice cream or shakes and I need a refund? All machines are not working. Asked why no signs or information? No answer. She ends up charging me again instead of refunding me and lucky runs and gets me. She has to refund me for double chargeI got me. This place is terrible. Even a homeless guy left before me complaining. Terrible. Stay away from this location

Got take out and once I got home I opened my big mac and it looked terrible (pictured). Complained and haven't heard back to here I am leaving a review.

This is our favourite Mcdoanlds and we’ll drive to it even if we’re closer to another Mcdoanlds! ALL the staff are polite and respectful to us. Our food is hot and served in a timely matter. The coffee is always hot as well. Aside from all the staff treating us great is the amazing supervisor Tracy! She’s cheerful, polite and makes us smile and laugh. We can tell from a distance that she’s great with her staff because they work extra hard for her and that shows she’s a great supervisor! I worked in a food industry setting for over 30 years so I see great staff that are working for an amazing supervisor at this Mcdoanlds. Can’t wait till we can sit in with our friends again and enjoy a hot cup of coffee with them.

I always come to the location just for the manager. She always makes my day brighter by being so friendly to me, I can never go without saying hi and she is always happy to see me! Her name is Tracy and one of the friendliest McDonalds staff I have met.
