McDonald's

This is our second time ordering on their app and parking to have our food delivered to us. BOTH TIMES OUR FOOD WAS COLD AND WE ENDED UP THROWING IT OUT! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER MCDONALD’S WE PAY BIG MONEY TO EAT OUT! NOT IMPRESSED ESPECIALLY PAYING YOUR PRICES!

Had to wait 25 minutes for 4 hot chocolates and 2 Cafe mochas, than they proceeded to get all the drinks wrong, would recommend avoiding at all costs

This is a joke right, your food falls apart before eating. I just got a chicken burger and there's more mayo then chicken and lettuce. There is literally a glob of mayo in the box. I get its "fast food" but come on this isn't appetitzing. I would send a picture to go with this information but i cant. Maybe teach your line how to prepare food better. This is coming from a 6 yr cook certified.

Do go inside to order, you will wait at least 30 minutes to get your food. It's just as bad for mobile pick up ad well. Just go through drive thru that's all they really care about getting out quick.

"fast food" with the drive thru having the worst wait time I've seen, my average wait time is 15 minutes with the longest being 40 minutes. Even if you get to the window you end up being parked as if your food is being made by the order but half your food is always cold because half is left on the counter while the other half is being made. Honestly I've started going across the street the food may not be as good but at least I get it in a timely manner.

Food was really good, tables needed to be cleaned. Our order was wrong but they quickly fixed the error.

Typically the weekday morning staff are great. However they still screw up too often. Again today my coffee was wrong. First wrong size and then the “fixed” coffee was made with milk and not cream. Waste of time and money to pour it down the sink.
Now evenings and weekends are horrendous at this location. I avoid it at all costs. 99% of the time you will wait for curb side delivery for 15-30 minutes or longer, even when you’re the only one. Also most of the staff have horrible customer service. Coffee is always old and stale, shouldn’t be even selling it. And almost every order made in the evening or on weekends is wrong in some way.
This is clearly a reflection of the poor management/ownership from top down. These young managers don’t care and neither do their staff and it shows.

The drive through line was so long we unfortunately weren't able to order. Luckily we had room to back out! The line simply wasn't moving at all. I know times are tough and it's hard to find employees but close the drive through if you can't make it work. During busy times, it may be wise to go to other restaurants.

Every time it takes 1 hours in the drive through I don’t know what they are doing in there.please never go there

Can't seem to get orders right and always something missing and shorted 2 nuggets on a 10pc and 4 on a 20 pc.

Took a very long time and food tasted different from other McDonald's nice modern interior though

Since the new owner has taken over you can clearly see they just care about the numbers not the people. Absolutely brutal service

Ok, so to start it seems like literally Anyone you ask will tell you the wait time for food here is outrageous, including my friend that lives in Portage. I’ve only been here once at nighttime, I went though the drive thru the wait was definitely a bit longer then normal but it was nighttime so that’s fairly typical for other McDonald’s as well. In terms of the food, can’t really complain, it seemed pretty good. Though my buddy says he got food poisoning here once.

This McDonald's has been rapidly declining. Lately the wait has been very long in the drive through, so I timed my visit and it took me 25 mins to get through. There was less than 10 cars at the time. Also, the lady at the cash till was too busy looking at her bracelet and it took her about 30 seconds to realize a different vehicle was at the window, and then the young girl handing out the food didn't say a word at all. Looked like she didn't want to be there, and gave me a dirty look when I asked her for an extra sweet and sour sauce. Overall I'm very disappointed in the direction this "fast" food chain is heading.

Terrible service, undercooked fries, wrong drink, very long wait (15 mins). I do not recommend.

Made me park, then after over 20min waiting I got mad and went through the drive thru again. They lost my order, told me to park again while they remade it. When I said I wasn't falling for that again they said they were going to just give me a refund.

It was very busy with very little waiting space and alot of product was missing but the staff were very friendly.

Was watching a staff making burgers. (He) was licking fingers while adding ingredients. Disgustingly kept doing it. He needs to get canned plus his manager

For fast food it is NOT the place to go. Stop in the morning to grab coffee and mcmuffin and am always asked to pull up and wait.oh come on it's black coffee and a sausage mcmuffin you can't have that ready? !? ! Horrible, I have eliminated McDonalds from my choices. I get far better service and quality elsewhere.

Apparently all wraps have bacon bits at this location. Added cheese and tomatoes to a sandwich, didn’t get it. Went back to correct it. They remade the sandwich and still missing the items ‍️ ordered two apple pies and received one. Ordered two smoothies. Gave us the wrong flavours. Ordered McDouble and the meat was super hard. Their order accuracy is at about 15%. Go somewhere else.

Worst place to order food, some of the workers are so rude and my order is so messed up even when we ask them to repeat our order while paying then we get our order and they forget stuff like seriously they don’t need to rush a lot of people drive along way check ur orders before u leave McDonald’s

Food is decent as you would expect from McDonald's but constant wrong orders. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and they put a junior chicken in which my child was not happy with and didn't give us our nuggets we ordered at all. Didn't realize until we got home and it was too far and too late for us to go back to get it fixed

Can't believe I had to wait 25 minutes for my order! So much for fast food. Wouldn't recommend coming here unless you were starving. Even then there other options.
