This location when I was there was very quick with my food order. It was hot and to order. It's not something I usually see at this chain restaurant.

This Subway goes above and beyond in their organization, presentation, and friendliness. 100% recommend if in the downtown area. Will likely use them for catering in near future.

They redesigned the dinning area and now there are ⅓as many seats and no free refills of pop as the machine is behind the counter. If I wasn't walking, I'd go to a different one, maybe on Motre Dame or Portage&Erin.

Went through the drive thru. Waited long. They didn't give me three different totals. It wasn't even a big order! The service was BAD!

I love this McD's. The fries are always freshly fried, always worth the extra drive (I live right next to a different McD's and their freshly fried french fries are a hit or a miss, you can tell when they double fry them, and they do it a lot.). Burger have been good too, I've never been served flat cheeseburgers here yet. Finally the coke, this location adds extra syrup or something, because it is noticeably better then the McD's by my place.

Horrible food, fries were cold to much Big Mac sauce and the Big Mac looked like it was put together by a child

This mcdonals is pretty good most of the time the food is piping hot and good.and when they make a mistake they take my complaint with the utmost respect

Today I drove to McDonald’s to purchase my child a big Mac with ketchup and cheese. Only I receive a fully dressed big Mac and so I tell the girl at the window that it’s wrong and she says I’ll go make you another just keep that one! I said that’s great I can give it to the homeless guy on the corner, she then asked me to pull up to the next window to wait. They send a guy out to retrieve the wrong big Mac. He says because they have to throw it in the garbage. When I explain to him there’s a homeless man on the corner I will give it to him to eat. He goes back in next thing I know the managers at the window informing me to give him the Big Mac. I told him why are you gonna throw this away when I can feed somebody a human a individual that’s hungry, he insists I give him the big Mac, so I do, but what?

The 2 girls that were acting as hostesses as well as the one that took my order at the counter did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, greeting everyone as they came and went. The dining area was spotless and I enjoyed spending breakfast here. Great job!

There was no where to sit, when I was waiting for my order to be called I noticed that people that ordered behind me were getting their food first. And sticking a new crew member on the register by themselves was wrong, what happened to the trainer that's supposed to be training this person and why wod you only have 1 register open? Sorry but this ruined my experience for McDonald's.

Order was wrong, manager fixed it quickly, creepy old man staring at my daughter almost had me fighting but the restaurant was busy and the other customers around us made us feel unwelcome

It is a fast food restaurant and that speaks for itself. This review concersn the staff. They are very polite and very efficient at the counter. The premises are very clean, not easy to do in our modern society. Where untoward situations have arisen, the managers and staff have dealy with them with rancor.

Just went through the drive thru got our order and left. My quarter pounder burger the top bun was rock hard! My Mc.chicken was cold and bun hard. NOT EMPRESS.was unable to turn again to return.

Not sure why as soon as your order is displayed they clear it the spend time tracking down you order from the slip. Didn't they put that system in place to avoid that?

I go to alot of restaurants to review them. This has to be the worst location. From speed, to consistent mistakes and missing products. I had an error on one of my meals and the day time manager told me to come back with receipt and they would give it, wasted my time going back because they told me they can't. Only thing this location is good at is coffee. Maybe McDonald's should pay their employees more in order for them to care more.

It took 7 minutes to notice us standing in front of the counter and nobody else was waiting before us. Laughing and joking with other coworkers was more important. I used the touchscreen system to order my food and they still didn't know what I wanted. In the end, they couldn't fill my mcflury up more than half way. Just a waste of time, money and a bad experience for my friend and I.

Late night drive through. Food was nice and hot. Ordered apple pies and a coffee.

FEB 20th 2023 during the day. Service was fairly fast. Fries were cold and the burger I see hasn't much flavor. Even with the condiments on it. Stuff was friendly.

March 2/23
I drove in 3 hours to Winnipeg- got to my hotel and was wishing for breakfast so I drove to the Ellice location got my sausage and egg mcmuffen with cheese meal and got back to my hotel and realized that my egg was overcooked and the bottom English muffin was a bit hard so I called them and spoke to a friendly woman there and she said she would be happy to replace it.
I drove back and she replaced my sandwich and I told her that my hash Brown was cold now and I was really looking forward to enjoying my breakfast and she replaced my hash Brown as well. I know sometimes things happen when we cook so it was just a slight mishap, but I was happy that I was able to eventually enjoy my breakfast.thank you

Slightly poor experience today.
I ordered table service and the staff couldn't find my table. I had to pick up my order at the counter. I observed the staff seeming to have trouble finding one other table too.

The potatoes were very bitter. Apparently, the oil was not changed for a whole week. Mayonnaise was not added

Mcdonalds is great restaurant. Its a lot friendly kids playing in the playground. Its safe.
