This evening August 5,2023 around 8: 12 pm I ordered my sons happy meal nuggets explained hate to be that guy but can I get everything fresh I’m busing and my son is sick and picky.young lady was so kind about it. Had the best experience and food was all fresh. Thanks for making a tired mums Day

I was on the phone with my boyfriend while I was eating here. Whoever was playing 2000's music through Spotify made it the best experience for both of us (even though he wasn't physically there). Songs from If You Had A Bad Day to Temperature by Sean Paul.

Food was great, the place was neat and tidy as well. 10/10

Ordered through the drive-thru. The iced coffee was great but the food was cold. Didn't have time to go back so I threw it away and just drank the coffee.

Not impressed at all with the counter service we had today. There were 2 of us in line, using the counter to order our food rather than the self serve kiosk. No one was watching the counter for customers. And when the cashier did see us to take our order, she sighed loud enough to make it sound like we were a bother. She took our order, we paid and she walked away. Did I mention she left the cash drawer OPEN? We tried to tell her, along with another customer, but she ignored us and continued to cook at the fry station. We stood at the pick up counter for 10 mins (yes, we watched the time) while order after order for the drive-thru was being made and delivered to the window. We got our drink cups and I went to fill our drinks from a second station because another customer with her 3 young kids was using the first one. The second one wasn't on, no lights, no condiments, no napkins, no lids or straws at this station. It looked like they had cleaned it up for the night and didn't want anyone to use it for the night. It was only 8: 00. Not so impressed.

My husband and I had supper here on Friday, and I treated myself to a couple of egg and cheese McMuffins. I took the ham off like I normally do, but noticed the eggs didn't seem as cooked as they normally are.
With all the other issues we saw happen to other customers before we got our meal, we should have known something wasn't right.
I ate the two McMuffins, and went about my business that evening. I woke up in the middle of the night sick, and I have been sick ever since. We will not eat here again.

Lots of mistakes and service is not like it used to be with a smile heck most of the employees can hardly speak our native language and that is a huge issue. McDonald's just is not what it once was even my children choose elsewhere when given choices.

The worst customer service ever. People who work there, has not any idea of beign professional.

This location made us miss our bus because it took them a really long time to make our order and our drinks. When I followed up on my order, my drinks were ALREADY READY, meaning the drinks have been sitting on their back counter for who knows how long. Their queue monitor isn't working, so we did not know our orders were ready for pickup. We only confirmed that our orders were long ready when we asked for it. We missed our bus because the staff working are just talking with each other, they're prioritizing drive-thru, and neglecting store front. It took them 15 minutes to take my order. Horrible staff, horrible location. Steer away from this location, unless you want to get stressed and you have plenty of time on your hands.

This McDonalds is hit or miss. It's mostly good but we have gotten some pretty sloppy looking burgs here before

The bathroom has 3 cubicles. In the handicap washroom there was NO toilet paper DISPENSER. In the second cubicle, the dispenser was empty. So I waited for the 3rd cubicle and thankfully there was t.p. (Also, I've learned that at McDonald's you have to be patient to get the dryer to blow.) I gave up telling anyone at the counter about the need to add more t.p, not that there was a lineup of customers, but that staff was so busy. Our breakfast burritos were fine.

I was there to pick my skip order and I called ahead to store (because it’s mentioned in skip note that called to store for skip order) that i have skip pick up and that girl told come to drive thru to collect your order and when I went to drive thru I waited my turn to let them know that I have skip order and I have been told at drive thru that come to lobby for pick your order and when I went to window and the girl who was serving was rude to me asked me to park my car at parking lot and then a guy came to handed over my order he was too rude as well I don’t like customer service and I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
Bad staff behaviour

One of the worst McDonald's if you are a food delivery person. They will just make you wait and take online orders that they can't even serve that fast and make the drivers wiat, while managers enjoy their incentives for extra sales or whatever.

This is the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been into. They’re short staffed unfortunately which I would have sympathy for until 3 staff members were all rude. The first was insanely rude after I asked for a cloth to clean a table since every single table was dirty. He said ask someone who’s working gave me a dirty look and then went back behind the counter… to work? Who raises these people? Told the manager and she truly didn’t care or apologize.

Prior to that I went to the bathroom and afterwards realized there wasn’t a toilet paper fixture even in that stall. It had been ripped off of the wall. So that’s nice. Thankfully I had our kiddo’s wipes in my purse. The bathroom was filthy. If you have accessibility issues don’t bother because only one of the door openers for those in wheelchairs work. The woman at the counter took my order while taking orders for the drive thru. She was super polite nice and I had to ask her, the forth person to clean a table so me and my son could eat a clean table.

It probably took about 20 minutes to get my order and there was about 15 people standing around waiting for orders.

Maybe they should close if they cant handle anything beyond drive thru.

It was horrible experience the cashier was Mopping and just start taking order with the sad face and didn’t even think to wash hands. Not only this he served the food with same hands directly touching the mop handle and food again and again. Another customer told him that Diet Coke is empty and he just ignored and walk away. Worst place to buy food. Can’t choose less than 1 star in reviews otherwise it will be 0.

It's McDonald's, not much to say. You expect McDonald's to be a certain way, and they don't disappoint.
The food is McDonald's, the service is good and fast and for the most part friendly.

The staff at Night shift are really very slow. Everyone get ready to wait for 20-25 min.in drive thru.

Customer service skills are seriously lacking at this location. They shove the pinpad out the window at you then shut the window without a word. Incredibly rude! What happened to “service with a smile”. Get it together McDonalds.

Price is way too high for what you get. The burgers got smaller. Big time shrinkflation. Smaller and thiner. LIke what happened? It has nothing to do with inflation. Mcdonalds grows everything makes everything, process everything. It was ment to be the fastest and cheapest burger place around. Now its more like one of the most expensive places to feed a family of 5. There is Much cheaper and better places other then McDonald's that have real food thats much better for you.
Sorry but No more mc donalds for my family at that price!
It's not very clear most of the time
But the staff are good people, most of them work hard and don't get paid enough to deal with customers.

Everytime I come to this McDonalds someone named Princess is working, she's incredible and so great with the children who come in, I watch her go above and beyond. Thank you, Princess! I look forward to coming to this location when you are working.

Honestly the service during 1: 00am to 5: 00am are absolute garbage. No manners, can't get orders right.
The day staff are much more polite and are more helpful.

Mobile order was made 30 mins ago and we came afte 20 mins so lady said the order is being processed and made us wait for another 15 mins we went back to drive thru she said oh it breakfast menu already we can’t make your order now

I don't like the behavior of the employees here.so discriminating.they serve food with kind of rude manner so.only 3 stars to the service.store was clean and healthy.
