McDonald's

1/2 hour wait in a drive through on more than one occasion, and then they get the order Wrong! Im sorry dosn’t cut it.

This is probably the only McDonald's that has consistently the worst food and service in the city. They recently renovated but it looks gross and dirty inside. Once, we wated for over 20 mins to get our food, meanwhile drive thru was getting their orders before us. The staff is rude and in general incompetent of making the simplest orders, I am talking about a friggin coffee. I really wish that they get better staff who actually know what they're doing. It's unfortunate thay I have to drive further to another McDonald's because the closest one to me sucks this much.

Went through the McDonald's Drive Thru July 19th and ordered an XL Regular Coffee. The worker handed me the coffee with the lid clearly off the coffee. The cup rim seemed to be warped and the lid wouldn't seal on the cup. The worker knew this and still handed it to me. The cup was on an angle when it was passed to me and then spilt all over my hands burning them, my lap and all over the interior of my vehicle. The worker stared blankly at me because I wasn't moving in the drive thru and I had to ask for napkins. She handed me them still not saying a word almost looking at me like I was in her way holding up her time in the drive thru. Then, another associate came up and just said did you want us to just make you another coffee? I'm still furious, I was headed to work and now my clothes were soaked in coffee. My interior of the car is now sticky from the coffee spill and I burnt the heck out of my hands. I understand that this wasn't intentional but the employee that handed me the coffee KNEW the lid wasn't able to sit on the cup properly. She didn't care.

Went 3 times this week and each time i recieved my meal the fries were very old to the point where i couldnt eat them. I gave the place some chances but now im pissed. Like i pay for the meal and things should be fresh. Dont be lazy.

This location is a joke people who work there are a joke they get ur food wrong and get mad at you for it would recommend the Burger King down the street that has construction but still serves ur food better

Roma was amazing at the drive through. Though we had to wait she explained it's for fresh fries and when she came to the vehicle she was super friendly and professional! I've never had such a great experience at a fast food restaurant before today! I hope McDonald's can recognize the worth Roma provides the company and keeps the gold she is!

This is one of the more efficient
McDonald's. The staff actually acknowledge you and are pleasant.

Everytime I order from here I have to place a complaint. The amount of times they'd have to replace things they'd tell me they can't replace it all. It's ridiculous.

If you're looking for a place to eat that's clean and offers refills, I would definitely not recommend this McDonald's. My recent visit to this fast food chain was a total disaster. The place was absolutely filthy, with sticky floors and tables that hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks. There were empty cups and napkins scattered all over the floor, and the trash cans were overflowing with garbage.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a refill on my drink, I was told that refills were not allowed when dining in. This is ridiculous - what kind of restaurant doesn't offer refills to its customers? It's just another example of how this McDonald's fails to provide even the most basic level of customer service.

Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values cleanliness and basic amenities like refills. If you're looking for a fast food chain that actually cares about its customers, you're better off going somewhere else.

Next time I’ll be sure to drive the extra 10 minutes and go to another location or go to wendys

Stopped in to get a strawberry smoothie and got ripped off they wouldn't fill my cup up instead the worker said u c where this line is? There's more than an inch from the top and the cup is small as it is. Won't be returning to this location

Nobody in this place has any idea what's going on. Drive an extra 10 minutes to the next mc Donald's.

Came into Mc Donalds, and great service, and friendly staff. The meal looked like the picture of the Big Mac

I ordered French vanilla and it tasted 90% diff from… I don’t want to mention the other competitor tho but I wasn’t impressed from my first time order

I ordered my 20 nuggets and was asked to pull around. I waited and was handed a bag at which time to drove away. When I got home I realized this was not my order and called the store. The manager and staff immediately blamed me and hung up on me. I called back and they hung up on me again when all I wanted was it sorted. I returned to the store to get my proper order and was met with great hostility. Then when I asked for the manager's name they refused. I was handed the wrong order and drove back to get my correct order but I was made to feel like I was the one at fault. I was met with confrontation, hung up on and spoken too in a very condescending manner. This happened Feb 11 at about 12: 20 midnight. There needs to be some soft skills /customer service training.

This mcdonalds is notorious for their inability to service customers appropriately. Either the service is garbage, the food is incorrect or its old and cold.

There is a McDonald's down portage near moray that is far superior in literally every sense of the word.

Slow service at this location, you always have to wait for your food around the side, even for simple things like hotcakes. Don't order large fries, they consistently half fill the box, ripping you off. None of the staff is ever friendly and I don't think they know how to smile. You get to the pay window and every, single, time.you're waiting for staff to come to the till. It's ridiculous. I'm done going to this McDonald's. The one at Mount Royal/Portage is far superior with pleasant employees and don't rip you off.

I haven't eaten at McDonald's in years. However, their coffee is really good and the price makes it even better.
