I decided to eat inside and after a few minutes of choosing a table I noticed that all tables and chairs were oily and dirty. Just to show you I wiped table with napkin and it was oily. Food was awful. Lemonade tasted like mold and like it was rotten. Worker didn't give me napkins and straw so I had to do it by myself. Also workers looked very unhappy and slow, clearly not wanting to comnunucate with guests.

Super disappointed in the service I got today. First the girl looked MISERABLE. (What ever everyone has thee days) And then proceeded to take 3 or 4 orders after mine which I get, that’s how that works. But then it took just over 10 mins to get an iced coffee, small apple juice, a muffin and an egg sandwich. (My 1 year old is getting pretty fussy at this point very clearly hungry) while waiting the women getting orders ready (the same girl who took the orders) decided to get ALL the order ready at the same time called up the person who ordered AFTER me and then I realized that my order number wasn’t even up on the screen. So I asked about it and my order was indeed ready right there. So for some reason did not get us our order when it was ready, even though my child is fussing, not their problem but she then held it back to serve the person who ordered AFTER me…. Is this your customer service standards?

Went there with my family and the assistant manager was very careless when it came to taking orders, she even rolled her eyes when we asked for extra napkins and I have TWO kids so of course they’re gonna make a mess. Very long wait times and no consideration on behalf of the customer, our burgers looked like the meat was not fresh maybe a few hours in the warming trays. Unprofessional and most of all RUDE. Don’t go there and expect a pleasant experience.

I didn't appreciate having to stand there while waiting for my food, listening to the manager verbally abuse his staff. He kept calling them embarrassing and repeating really awful things. The atmosphere was so tense and uncomfortable. I felt bad for being there. The staff all looked like they wanted to cry or punch him. So uncomfortable.

Had a great experience at this store. Manger (Amrinder) was very kind and professional. Food was on time.

This location is alright food is served up quickly, friendly staff is polite.
