I ordered through drive through and I asked for extra habanero sauce and hash brown instead of beef on my burger and she gave me on side without habanero sauce and when I went back with my order that they made it wrong then she asked me to get my burger back to check first instead of saying sorry and I was totally ok with giving burger back but she said let me check but there was no sorry in total experience and she had an attitude like she doesn’t even care about customer. So rude behaviour from whole night staff around midnight.
Spend $12 on burger and staff doesn’t understand that I asked for substitute hash brown instead of meat patty and no apologies in whole experience and I don’t need any compensation or free stuff but what kind of service you guys offering to your customers

Terrible customer service ever they never said hello to customers and staff over this location is so rude its not only us who are complaining everyone around this area has faced this service.please teach your staff how to smile and deal customers respectfully and professionally. Thanks

Great McDonald's! A few years ago this was one of the worst in the city (had a terrible poutine a couple years back) but something's changed for the better!

A few weeks ago I was working in the area and needed lunch. Dreadfully I stopped her and got a McDouble. It was hot and juicy, and just a little greasy. It was perfect! The lady at the counter even told me to have a great day and enjoy my food even though she was hustling and the place was busy.

Been two more times in the last month because the crew is positive and the food is the hottest McD's in the city. Even heated up some fries in the microwave that were a few hours old and they heated up well; you can tell they're on top of changing out their oil on time.

Just came through the drive through for an iced coffee and all the staff was smiling and working hard! Stopping by just to be around some positive people (and to get a caffeine fix).

Used to always go to the Narin one when I was in the area, and that one is fine still, but this location has really impressed lately.

Some McDonald's are good. Some are not. Our food was brought out and left at an empty table on the other side of the room. Not sure what that was about. Ketchup dispenser completely empty. Floor was filthy. Definitely prefer other locations over this one.

I don’t even want to give one star. We waited in drive thru for 10-15 minutes as i was craving for McFlurry very badly. Nobody even responded to wait that they will take the order. We stayed in front of order screen for 5 minutes and they went to pay counter and nobody was there. Very bad service, dont want to serve the customers.

9: 30 at night and the drive thru hasn't served a single person. 10 cars all were asked to wait in the parking and going about 15 minutes. They seem completely clueless as to what is happening.

Clean, fast and friendly. No complaints
We also really only come for the coffee and their cold drinks.the red raspberry slushy is my go-to this summer

They are too fast to push you thru the drive thru then they say to pull around and park then wait to find out you have someone else's order so they look at you like ur crazy and ask for the receipt then the Manger asks if you have been helped so I give them a 2 star for rushing.

I've went to this McDonald's most of my life and I can't recall having a great experience. First off, there was a time it took them three tries to give us a sausage Mcmuffin with no egg. There are also a lot of creeps that go there and aren't dealt with, like catcallers. My experience there has never been good and I would not recommend

Terrible service. The order was for takeout. They gave one package, the order was for 4 people with drinks. With a dissatisfied face, she gave the second package. Plus, they didn’t put sauces for the nuggets, and the most annoying thing was that there wasn’t one McChicken sandwich. The kitchen was very noisy, because of this, we did not carefully collect the order. The order was for 70 dollars!

Flies EVERYWHERE! Annoying music. And, because we have to deal with others that spoil it for others, there is no more drink station. Place is very small, like an express. Very slow service, and I didn't get somethings right too.too much yelling in the kitchen part.fooling around. I don't think I will return to this location!

Actually I wanna give 0 star but there is no option but to honest 0 star for customer service as well as to food and worst staff Even though staff who is working there having zero sense to talk to customer. I have to wait for my order for approximately half an hour for curb-side and there is no option for curb side pickup. Moreover, one of their employee see us the person ignored us. Than we complained about that and there is camera to see the people standing outside but they just ignored us. Learn to respect to customer

Fastest McDonald's I've been to. Great service. Just one negative thing- self service machines were out of paper

Very nice place. One of my favourites. Food is always very fresh and on Staurday their evening manager was very polite and nice

Well, I don’t wanna give any star to this McDonald’s but there no option for 0 star but to be honest zero star to customer service as well as to staff. I hope someone take action and give them some tips to improve

I ordered and paid for my food. Upon pulling up to pickup window they wanted me to park in front. I declined. Then the manager comes out and starts ARGUING with me to park in the front. I declined again and she would not stop telling me to move, calling me inconsiderate upon other things, even raising her voice until I rolled up my window. Never in my life have I had a manager argue with me at a fast food restaurant to park when I already stated I would wait at the window. Worst service I've ever had and will not be going back to that location. I'm still fuming over the experience I just had.

The resturant feels like you are eating in a box and the food is cold 9 out of 10 timesthere is no point going through the drive through because you have to go in to get it remade anyways

I guess this must be the new trend, no customer service and poorly designed restaurant that forces people to use automated ways to order.it takes forever to place an order and forever to receive your food.not very impressed with upgrades.time to start looking for new place to grad a quick breakfast

I ordered two big Macs 20 pack of chicken nuggets but they gave me one big Mac and spicy chicken Nuggies

When you have two order lanes can we please make one a mobile order only lane?
I'm getting tired of using the mobile order. Just to be stuck behind someone who needs to discuss the entire menu before ordering.

So i went to this mcdonalds today they have really good service and they serve us hot fresh fries. Also i was having issue with my rewards the manager working in closing help me out and i earn rewards i think her name is Navdeep she was such a nice lady …. Thank you for making my visit great over there
