Since the increase of the mcdouble to over $3 and since ive learned about mcd's ties to 1sreal i refuse to eat at this "establishment". The only reason i go to McDonald's now is to use the toilet. At least I can cost them something.

They said it was because their system is updating, so I can’t sit and enjoy the food I just paid for in this supposed “24 hour” restaurant? I will never go here ever again. Disrespectful incompetent staff.

Ordered a special meal for toy， when I opened the meal box， I found the toy box is obviously opened before. The red Mac seal paper and the toy box paper is cracked. Anyway，food is good. Manager should keep an eye on your employees.

Food was all the leftovers from the lunch rush. Cold, wilted fries, cold burgers, not good. Staff were polite and friendly, but I didn't have time to wait to reorder.

The staff here unfortunately where never taught basic manors: please, thank you. I thought smiles were free at McDonald's? The staff look annoyed. I miss the good old Ronald McDonald's days. Someone needs to step up and make McDonald's great again!

Listen, I used to be a shift manager at McDonald's so I know how it can be overwhelming at times, but not every time and especially when there is only one car in the drive-thru. Terrible service, waited 5 minutes for someone to answer at the order screen, waited to pay with nobody in the drive-thru and then waited 10 minutes for 2 McDoubles and a Junior Chicken? They were old as well, not fresh. This happens quite often at this location and I'd refer people to go to the one on Pembina and Grant instead.

McDonalds is always a safe bet in that the offering is a reliable bet—you know what you're getting. Sometimes I need to remind staff to stir the McFlurr y so the Oreo cookie bits go all the way to the bottom. But they're always good.

90% of the time they get my order wrong. When someone orders a burger and says no cheese, they mean do not put cheese on the burger.

Unfortunately this mcdonalds has gone downhill in terms of atmosphere and cleanliness. I feel that this is due to the large amount of high school students that visit from across the street. The bathrooms stay locked and they are absolutely disgusting. The hand dryers are either turned off or do not work. The tables are usually not wiped and finding a quiet spot to sit is nearly impossible. I genuinely feel bad for the staff here who have to deal with this. I think that the high schools administration should be notified of the students behavior at this mcdonalds. I will avoid coming here from now on.

One of the slowest and most dysfunctional McDonald’s I’ve been to in Winnipeg, especially at night, when it seems to be staffed entirely by teenagers.

Instead of 2 orange juices, we received apple juices! Why put an option when you are the one who will decide for the customer? We ordered 2 happy meals and chose books instead of toys, but why give 2 identical books? Not a tiny thought put in it while packing? This is not a satisfactory customer service at all: (

I have had multiple experiences at this location. Either it is we can't take your order right now our system is down - countless times. Forgot me in the parking area they send you to wait for food. Their ordering equipment is atrocious.their staff make you repeat your orders multiple times and they still get it wrong. Don't get me started on the APP.lol. With todays prices we are forced to go to places like this for treats for our family and they take advantage of this

The main thing I faced here is conveinence. And I want to add that whenever I order anything from here whether meal or anything else they never put ketchup along the meal. Even on the skip no special instructions where a person can mention about this. French fries without ketchup is horrible for me. So please can you just add some packs of ketchup with burgers and meals.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the city, sucks its the only one near my commute to work. 90% chance that something will be wrong with your order. Save yourself the trouble and find a different mcD's elsewhere

Nailed it with my custom vegetarian McMuffin order. Plus the private family bathroom was clean and luxurious. Going to make this my regular McDs!

I was on Grant Ave across from Grant Park High school. I arrived at 11: 45 am, just ahead of the High school lunch time. Halfway through my lunch, the place filled up with students. Stay away from this location during lunch time because you'll never get served.

For some reason every time I go to this location they are 'resetting their systems' it became a running joke between me and my friends and kept being consistently a thing until it lost its humor. Every time we pulled up it was 'I bet they are resetting their systems' Have had to travel too often to the location on Pembina instead.now I dont even try the Nathaniel location. Even though its so much closer to my house. Pembina is always available for your McDonald's needs

Sadly the cheese curds from the poutine are not the same anymore. Hope they change it back again! Otherwise I'll be looking somewhere else for poutine

Got wrong order & was already on the highway before it was discovered. Therefore could not return to the location. I'll never trust this location again especially when I was the only customer inside the store. Total waste of time & money.

The drive thru lane was quick. I got what I ordered. Unfortunately I was a few kilometers away when I realized they did not give me a straw for my milkshake. You should receive what you need to consume the food when you order it. The inconvenience caused by this lack of attention to detail is why this is a 1 star review.

Sometimes the cashier person is busy multi tasking takeing orders from drive through and inside at the same time.

Consistently the worst McDonald's I've been to in the city. Every adult employed there is miserable, every teenager needs to work on their listening skills.

Today was especially brutal. I asked for a XL Orange Pekoe with nothing in it and a fruit and fiber muffin, pulled up the window and was asked to pay for a XL coffee with 2 cream. Re-iterated my order to the girl at the window 3x, paid, pulled up to the next window and grabbed my order and got to work with my XL coffee with 2 cream and 3 (!) Orange Pekoe tea bags in it? !? ! And a fruit and fiber muffin that looks like tried to make a snowball out of it, just a smashed up ball. Never going back to this location again.

Fatty Girl on drive thru at night is so rude. She don’t have manners to how to deal with customers and give quality of customer service.

Manager lied to me after I watched my food go out the drive thru window by accident. There was 3 other complaints while I waited in the lobby line for my food. Stay away ftkm this location.

Ordered hot chocolate no three muffins at the drive through. Hot chocolate was like water and the muffins were so stale they were rock hard and crumbly. They went in the garbage.

Mobile app said closed. Went in to order at counter, was not served after waiting almost 5 minutes.

I had the chicken nuggets. Very disappointed. Bring back the original nuggets. I'm not sure what happened but the original nuggets were big. The ones I had were flat like poker chips!

The coffee here has never disappointed me! The Cheeseburgers and Fries are always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and helpful too. My preferred McDonald's by far.

Don't really care for McDonald's anymore have had too many bad experiences especially with the quality of the food

Order curbside came without hash browns. Had to go to drive thru to complete it

Previous curbside included a different muffin than what was ordered

On the plus side the sausage and egg McMuffin was fresh hot and delicious

Says open 24 hours, at 6 am on Sunday the guy freaked out at me says they're closed and if I want to order go walk through drive thru

Guys Please please don’t visit this mcd during night. They won’t take any order and complaining about their system. They have very good slow team and make you guys wait for long time. Better choose other place.

Terrible staff. Very rushy, not friendly and rude. Then on top of that got my order incorrect, after repeating it back to me correctly. Called back to say an item was missing and even on the phone the lady was rushy. Most of the food was hot, went back for the item missing and it was warm not fresh but had enough of the staff. It's not often I eat out while I've been pregnant and an experience like this which was preventable makes me want to limit it even more.

I just ordered and usually is all good but today you forgot to put my sour sauce with my nuggets!

Super rude staff working the lunch rush. Ordered a large iced tea. Was given a medium. Said oh! Sorry! Ordered a large. Staff yelled is this good enough for you? And shoved a large in my face. Got my friends order wrong. Didn’t say sorry. Was super rude. Do better!

Bunch of liars.

I called ahead to ask if they had Pokémon cards in their happy meals, they told me they did. Less than 2 hours later, I arrive at the store and at the counter, ask them again if they still have them, and I am told yes. I order and upon receiving it, I wanted to triple check and I asked if they put the Pokémon cards in the meal instead of the SpongeBob ones that were on display. They then proceeded to tell me they didn't have Pokémon cards. I told them that I had been told less than 5 minutes ago that they did, and they asked the manager, who said they didn't have any. I was only given an apology after catching them in their lie. They knew they didn't have any and yet tried to pass off the happy meals with books and hoped I didn't notice. They were only sorry that they got caught, not that they ran out. I would have understood if they had run out and let me know, or even if they had made a mistake and then owned up to me and apologized before I caught them, but they didn't. No excuses for some of the worst customer service ever.

P. S. The lady who answered the phone immediately hung up on me after quickly answering my initial question, didn't even bother to see if I had anything else to ask. It's clear that more than a few employees simply do not care.

Gets tge order wrong everytime. Don't drive away without checking. Better yet go somewhere else.

Very friendly staff! Made the order right, and didn't charge me for my coffee, that the other Mc D's.did.

Gave cold stale fries. Tried calling location multiple times. Was not busy when I left (5 minutes ago) and no one is answering.

Unclean. Disorganised. Not-accessible!

Exterior accessibility buttons do not work. Accessible bathrooms with door assists buttons were locked and the supposed accessible bathroom which was unlocked was difficult to even open the door. Toilet seat was covered in urine.

McDonald's restaurants are always fast and efficient. Food is served hot and is always yummy.if you're like for that quick meal on the go.

I tell people u drive past 10 Tim Horton diners to get to 1 rotten Ronnie's to get the coffee but the food n there staff suck the BIG porty!

I can get past you not listening to me at the order com. I can get past you getting my order wrong. I can even handle you being rude to me when I bring it up. Did not go in. Parked in their lot to hook up to WiFi. Other days I order a coffee and a muffin for breakfast. Staff are pleasent and I enjoy my visits

Decent McDonalds location. Can be busy at times, which leads to the tables not being cleaned promptly.

Clear covid measures in place. Inconvenient to go to the employee to get a key for the bathroom but appreciate the efforts to keep patrons safe.

Terrible experience! Everytime we go to thie location they park us and we wait for at least 15 mins. They say they are waiting for fries and when we get it the fries are cold! As someone that has worked in fast food for years I dont understand why this is a repeateded occurrence. Not impressed.

How hard is it to put the dipping sauce you asked your customer's preference for in the bag? Why ask if you don't even include it with your 10 piece? Are you taking a survey? Starting an IG or. Facebook poll? Just kind of curious as to what the people want? Thanks for the dry a$$ nugs.

Wow, the staff are very friendly and upbeat! Its very nice when you can hear their enthusiasm. No complaints there.

Only issue I had was the order was very wrong. The spicy habanero chicken sandwhich was not the spicy version and the quarter pounder without cheese they literally only put the patty and buns. No pickles or onions or condimants. Quite disappointed in the accuracy of order. Unfortunately there was no receipt given so I can't communicate this comment through there.

The overnight shift is absolutely the best, the night manager during the week is running the place perfect, coffee always hot, service is faster than other locations, very well organized miss the covid closure of inside

Too bad service with mobile orders! They didn’t noticed my orders on their system at least 2 times.
The manager kept saying that I didn’t complete the order although I showed the notice on my phone! The manager didn’t even though look at this and was so rude to shout at me driving to the curbside without any explanation!

I went in today after school to buy food for myself and got yelled at by one of the managers when I was helping my friend with something and so I couldn’t get the food when they called my number so the manager assumed that I didn’t but it for myself and told me to never come back

Makes the best iced coffee but a lot of the times I have to wait 10 minutes for it which is unacceptable

Garbage cans were all full or over flowing, there was garbage all over the floor under most of the tables.

Wish I could order through there app and pick up, rn all you can do is set up the order then place it once you get there. So you end up basically waiting the same length of time.

Fast breakfast on our way out of town. Food was good as expected for a McDonald's, and clean building.

I find the fries at this Don's to be quite consistently crispy and salty. Tho I do find the night staff always in a grumpy mood.

Tried the Habanero Chicken. Not spicy compared to Wendy's Spicy Chicken. Fries were warm not fresh out of the fryer. Still a nice lunch. May try this site again.

After taking my order.waited 10 minutes.only to be served warm fries & the big mac box covered in grease.went to get my drink only to find it out of syrup. Advised employee waited another 5 minutes only to be told they had run out but I could have a different drink.asked for my money and left. No customer service at all.

Employees don't have manners to talk to customers and they are so rude.specially Harpreet kaur who work late night shift. Very worst customer service.no one should go there.

On December 07/2019 I went through the drive through to order a drink. I ask the lady on the other end of the microphone the price. And her comment was if your not order food to leave we are not serving you.

Every time I come to this location I never get the right order it’s been too many times that I give them another chance just to have them screw up my order both in store and in the drive thru
