McDonald's

Honestly. Everyone likes McDonald's. Having said that, I was disappointed with my experience at this location. There were so many flies inside. I was kinda concerned because I lost count. Also, I don't understand why the person at the till taking my order was allowed to answer their cell phone, ask me to wait a moment then spoke a different language. I had to wait almost 5 minutes until he was ready to complete my order. There wasn't a manager on-site as I asked for one. My question is, why wasn't their a manager or supervisor there this morning. It was busy. The food was okay but not the way I remembered it. It seemed like it was all cooked in the microwave. I wouldn't recommend eating here. You'll be disappointed and let down.

Never got a correct order in the last 6 months and got double charged for orders that I paid for and never got. Would rate 0 stars if I could

I'm sad to see the service at this place has gone down so much. I waited behind two young ladies inside the store. After 3 or 4 minutes they walked out because not one person came to acknowledge them nor ask them what they wanted. I stood there for another 5 minutes while staff wandered to and fro but no one ever looked at me or came to the registers to take my order. I finally flagged down a young man with no name tag and asked him when I was getting service. He said he was busy. I asked to see the manager and he said the manager is on a break. I asked where the manager was, and was told he was sitting behind me talking to another man. I went to talk to the manager and he seemed upset that I was interrupting his visit with his friend. He started talking another language which I didn't understand. When I told him I waited so long for service, he yelled "Jordan! " very loudly into the restaurant. At that point, my desire for a simple ice cream cone and coffee went out the window and I left. The service has definitely gone downhill in the last while.

Half the stuff is missing, always have to go in because of that, can’t even make a triple triple properly

Always dirty behind the counter. Half the cook staff not wearing proper hairnets. Manager berating staff in front of customers.

If I could give a zero I would worst McDonald's in a 300 mile radius needs to just be shut down know one knows how to take an order and when they do its wrong so sad

Apparently the people working the speakers are deaf. Missed half of our order then tried to make us pay for it after we already payed for it. I would rate the service 0 stars if I could.

This "restaurant" should be shut down. Food is horrible and people who work there even worse.

I work at mcdonalds and the owner never yelled at anyone. The owner is always nice and fun to be around with. Likes to joke at work and we all have a fun time together.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo and got this mess. And didn't get the drink. WORST SERVICE.

Almost every visit through the dive through results in a wait for our order. Doesn't matter what time of day. Parking stalls are too small for full size vehicles and can be awkward to get in and out of, as well as dangerous with the amount of traffic crossing the parking lot.

Considering its harvest festival weekend, counting 9 staff on shift. Anticipating it to be a busy weekend, having additional staff scheduled could have easily prevented the quality of service many are experiencing.watching orders deleted off screen and forgotten to meet their order times.
Place is packed of people waiting, averaging 20 minute wait times.
Tables are unsanitary, counters are a mess.
Please improve

I mostly have great experience here. The manager Avi bought me for updating to 5 stars with a free big mac but he really does put effort in to make McDonald's a better place. Keep up the effort!

It is sad to see people try and defame an establishment

I have 2 family members that work here and am a regular patron.

They tell me the new ownership and management has been nothing but great to them and made wonderful changes.

The drive thru has gotten alot faster and the service is great.

Defaming people for no reason on social media is easy without knowing the facts.

According, to the staff the new owner spends countless hours helping them and even greets customers in the drive thru on Fridays.

I am giving a glowing review to this location

Food was hot and very good.i had a small chat with the owner and he was very nice.employees were all friendly as well.

Just had dinner here. They were extremely busy but delivered great food and service. Every time I am here I see the owner and his staff always working hard and trying to give everyone a great experience. Thanks for making this a great evening for me and my friends

The cashier was friendly and helpful but there was a lot of staff complaining about working there. Manager seemed rude
