Ordered on Uber eats, fries weren’t fresh at all, my coffee was cold and my “double hamburger” came with only 1 patty and was mashed together without any care at all. Worst McDonald’s in the city by far

Not everything was issued from the order. The machines did not have all the drinks and sauces. How can there be a McDonald's without a cola?

Honestly the worst McDonald’s around the area. The rudest staff and they always get the orders wrong. They also ask for the mobile app number code but never puts it in the system which the customers wouldn’t even know. I’ve experienced it multiple times here and would rather make a mobile order so I can earn them. If you tell them on the speaker, make sure to double check when paying! It would be more worth driving down the street to either the Inskter one or the Main St one.

Slow AF even with a full staff, crowded, missed items from my orders (didn't want to correct these issues because I'm aboriginal and didn't want any more judgmental eyes on me)

Not only they always give us a wrong order or not giving us a complete order. They’re always something missing and now there’s a hair on my quarter pounder sandwich. That’s really disgusting! Wear a hair net people.

Bad manager - 7: 30PM, May 25,2023.
My mcflurry cup was only two thirds filled. I kindly asked for it to be filled to the normal amount, and the boy servicing us took the cup to fill it, but the manager stepped in the way and took it away from him, saying they won't put more it in.
I later asked for napkins and the manager took some out of someone's order and gave me a bad look.

The restaurant was very dirty and the staff were very unorganized standing around looking confused.
Need better team lead to get them on track.

Handi door for wheelchair accessibility does not work. The entrance is very narrow. Not a good place for people on wheelchair. Plus service is very poor. Washroom is very smelly. I will rate less than one star if possible
