McDonald's

No matter how small your order is if you go drive-thru you will be parked, even if you’re the only person there. Worst McDonald’s in the city, atrocious wait times and order accuracy.

Personally I don't think it is much of a bad or good place. The food is usually good, (occasionally it's bad though) the place is dirty, employees take forever to make the food sometimes (I once spent 20 minutes waiting for large fries)
But I still go here a ton

Not busy at all waiting over 10 minutes for a cheese burger shake an 6 nuggets. Very disappointed served my order off before it was completed just to have "low" times. Super sad service can do mu just better for flipping burgers.

This McDonald’s is very hit or miss. I’ve had really good food and service and I’ve also gotten some of the worst. The common denominator for good service is their general manager being there. If he’s there it’s a great experience, if he’s not it’s not guaranteed to be great.

Worst service. Bought a poutine few minutes ago. At least you can cover the cheese with gravy. Serving the food without knowing the standard how to serve it. Guy’s please redo your training you really need it.

They charged me for meal. I didn't say meal.employees should confirm orders with customers!

Worst service ever. Never recommend this place. This happened 3 time with me. Every-time they just forget something in my order. I mean seriously guy’s if you don’t know how to handle drive thru then please close your drive thru.

Manager “Steve” needs to improve his game. Counter customers were forgotten about so I spoke up when he came around and the very rude, flamboyant young gentleman at the counter said he’ll be with me (this was after I waited nearly 5 minutes with him fumbling with the till, not greeting me or explaining he’s busy). Manager Steve walked away! (What? !) I explained to the flamboyant teller with a high-vis vest it would be nice to know he’s busy. I only wanted a coffee. After taking my order, he asked for anything else. I said “Yeah, how about some customer service”. He told me “It’s fine”, as in not pay for my brew (to shut me up), which was alright with me, but then proceeded to shove the receipt at me and barked orders to this sweet younger Middle Eastern girl. She was very prompt and polite towards me. I suggest the rest of the staff (AND MANAGEMENT), follow suit. Poor representation of McDonald’s as a whole.

Never once have they gotten my order wrong. That on its own is a 5 star review, much better then sage creek McDonald’s.

Service 2 stars because they got the food out soon after order was placed but! They gave the wrong order and extremely undercooked and overly salty fries was not pleasant
