Food was what you expect from McDonald's but the restaurant was not clean and the service was bad. We chose to eat in the car instead of dining in.

By far the worst McDonald's ever, I had to leave after repeating my order 4 dam times & they still couldn't get it right.never again!

We stopped going to this location for years when passing through for poor quality food and inaccurate food. We stopped today trying to make time travelling through.

3 different meal orders. All incorrect when we recieved. Ordered Hamburger Happy Meal, got chicken nuggets. Ordered Quarter Pounder no cheese, got cheese (and cheese was health concern) and ordered Bacon and Crispy Onions Quarter pounder, got BLT quarter pounder swimming in sauce (more sauce than meat).

Our experience with going back in to have order corrected in the past would have indicated, would have been 20 minutes and staff telling us it's what we ordered.

On top of that, one of us has been sick to stomach since.

We won't make that mistake again. Please, don't make the same mistake. Other better options nearby even if it takes a few more minutes.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

If I could give zero stars I would.

We first asked for Frappuccino’s and were told it was a limited time offer. We then proceeded to order ice cream and were told they were not serving anything frozen in a rude tone.

We were too scared to ask for French fries in fear that those too would be a “limited time offer”, so we drive away.

I have never been treated with so much disrespect and will not be returning to this McDonald’s until they hire some staff who actually treats me like a human being with an appetite.

50% of the time my order is incorrect and I’m almost always shuffled to one of the waiting stalls for up to ten minutes.

On our way to Russell for our Uncle's medal presentation ceremony from the French government. Stop for coffee.

I had to go back in because they didn't get my order right. Got to the truck and they forgot the ham for my egg McDuffie. Worst Mc Donald's ever.

I used to like going to McDonald's but I have to say that the Neepawa location has become just terrible. Every time, not even kidding, Every time we go through the drive thru they forget something from our order. Often we just don't even bother calling them to complain since it happens so often. Today enough was enough. My son ordered two 20 packs of nuggets amongst other things and proceeded to drive the 20 minutes out of Neepawa home. Surprise surprise he received NO NUGGETS at all in his order. So I call and complain, they tell me to come back, my husband leaves to drive back to town and when he gets there they HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED COOKING THEM! I am just so done with the ridiculous service.

I have stopped at this location a number of the times always expecting maybe the service has improved. This location has to have the slowest turn around time on thier food. Unfortunately if you are looking for fast food, this McDonald's is not going to meet your expectations.

Sorry after how the manager Theresa Therein was acting towards me when I was slowly waiting for my food she was very rude towards me. So you know what MacDonald's until Theresa Therein decides to leave or is fired I'm not going to pick up my meals from there anymore. Just so you know you guys have lost a customer, GOOD BYE!

If you are stopping with a camper there is only two spots if people park carefully. You and your camper will not make it thru the drive thru. Service today was incredibly slow, waited 20+minutes. Would have left but they already had my money.

We ordered at 11am 2 egg mcmuffins and it took almost 20 minutes plus the egg on one wasn't cooked well, and the mcmuffins were hard/dry. Our fries were not fresh or hot, overall not worth the stop to this location. Very disappointed.

*UPDATE: * Well McDonald's you've done it again. Went here to get ice cream since every other place was closed in town. Asked them if they had a certain item & they said, yes they did. So we ordered it. Got to the window to get our stuff & it was definitely not what we ordered, so I explained what I wanted & was told that they didn't sell that there & never had. So needless to say, I was bothered after being told that this certain item was available. When I explained what I wanted, I was met by a blank look & told that they didn't know what I was getting at. I got my items & went inside to fix the problem. Long story short, I got the same item, just slightly different. I just took & walked out disgusted with the whole scenario. I think from now on, we'll just stick with good old DAIRY QUEEN ICE CREAM

Haven't eaten at McDonald's for many years. Got some McDonald's coupons in the mail, so decided to use them for a change instead of throwing them out. Wasn't disappointed. Food was very good and the service was great! Would go here again if I had to.

Here I am writing my experience from drive thru. It woulda been nice to have a fork with my poutine and also a straw with my drink. I guess there musta been a shortage.

Ordered 20 chicken nuggets meal only got 15 and had to wait for 10n minutes for it I know it's only 5 nuggets missing but it sucks when you drive half way across town and realize it after

It's a slightly below average Macdonald's. If you're ordering for a family or anything more than a combo to go, you will have to pull up and wait, and then go back to get the missed items. Don't forget to check your bag before you leave. They are pretty slow no matter what you order unless it's coffee. They aren't as slow as the DQ next door tho. So there's that.

No milkshakes at noon on a weekday? The lady had the audacity to suggest an iced coffee instead. In what world is an iced coffee a substitute for a milkshake? 1 star

There was quite the line for the bathroom. Likely from the breakfast burritos. Poor staff, or whoever has to clean

Ordered 2 mc doubles a junior chicken and large fry and didn't get my large fry after waiting for 5 minutes. Got 3 mcdoubles and a junior chicken instead?

If you don't know there sign language it's hard to order food. Girl taking order hardly knew any english.

Staffs are very cautious about Covid.a staff will greet you on the door entrance and will guide you where to stand in line and always make sure the people inside maintain their distances.

Honestly, this place is one of the worst run Mcdonalds I've ever seen. As a regular customer, I have seen it go increasingly downhill in the last 5 years. It's at the point now where most of the employees are obviously not trained properly/fully, and the employees customer service values are clearly non-existent. Im not even going to get into the lack of diversity at this workplace, I really don't want to get into that.

Food was hot fresh and fast.
Issue was no ketchup packs or ketchup inside restaurant.
Strange for McDonald's not to have any ketchup.

Pretty good location. I've been there more times than I can remember. Qaulity and speed are normally good. Great job parking cars and store is clean. I'd say the biggest improvement would be to remember straws. I've had a good amount of times where this was forgotten, or the dipping sauce for my meal. Other than that, it's a good place to get a meal fairly quick at a low price. I keep coming back. The morning staff are exceptionally quick and near perfect.

Got charged for 2 meals when we only asked for wraps. Got no ketcup for the kids meals even tho we were specifically told it was in the bag. We asked for 8 salsa and got 2.

Small town McDonald's restaurants always make their burgers with care. I love getting a product that actually looks like it's picture. Keep up the good work.

Not impressed. Did not get what I ordered and we went over it several times. Staff was not friendly or helpful. They didnt even ask if we wanted ketchup. Bot going here ever again

Placed order on kiosk for a mcflurry and ice cream and after waiting close to ten minutes for it was told there was no ice cream to make either.

Could be better as staff in these small town McDonald's do NOT have properly trained staff as they enter WRONG ITEMS OR PRICING ON MEALS! IT IS VERY SAD TO HAVE MANY ISSUES WHEN ORDERING!

Place was dirty and garbage overflowing in the restaurant. Tables were not wiped clean and dead flies on them. Place looks like it needs a good cleaning and in need of repairs We had to go up to the counter 3 times because our order was wrong or things missing.

The amount of times my order has been incorrect are too many to count. The outside garbages are always overflowing and the service is less than smiley.

Burgers were excellent! Ordered table service but that apparently wasn't something they wanted to do!

Fast friendly service. Food tastes as you expect. Truck parking available on west side of building, which exits out onto Hwy 5 or vice versa.

Staff was very friendly. Food was prompt. Staff made us feel very welcome and went the extra mile with my kids.

It was good service, manager did promptly go clean the washroom after being informed. The food was very nice.

The new fish and chips was awful. Dry and it didn't taste like fish at all. Two pieces of fish, separately, was $6.98!
