Make sure you go in and see whatever you're bidding on in person.

They claim that they list all the info that they can by looking at it, but that is simply untrue. Some details are purposely left out that aren't visible in pictures and they could have put in the description but they don't. Lots of the stuff up for auction looks like it was pulled out of the dump. If you are going to bid definitely go look in person because simple damages that could easily be listed are not.

Helpful, friendly staff took the time to show me all the items that I was interested in. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone wanting to have an auction.

Terrible customer service from the corporate manager Tamara. Very rude on the phone and not willing to help out their clients. I will stay away from buying anything from McDougall in the future.

We purchased a fairly new Peterbilt. It was as described, the site was user friendly and everyone was helpful even after they had our money. Great experience, thank you!

Paperwork had to be redone before I could license the trailer but other than that everything was great.

The payment is easy and fast.
The pickup is fast, curious, and very friendly.

Photo changed from when it was listed to when they sent the invoice. Ended in a confrontation with my wife preparing to record the interaction. They attempted to remove the item after they loaded me. They admitted to making a mistake and wanted me to pay for it. Horrible people no decency. I'm just thankful I left before I called the police and being held up for hours.
