McGregor Walk-In Connected Care Clinic

Wow went their as a walk in and they try to book me and child in for appointment at 12 today i was like is their any doctors here and yet the sign says 9am - 7pm im not going to wait 2 hrs to be seen so me and my child so we went somewhere else i would not recommend going back to this place

My experience is always great but certain receptionionist always rude or seems like she having a bad day

If I could write a review without a star I would.this clinic is the worst I found out I was pregnant and went here for medical care was told I'd have to wait 2 weeks to be seen by a doctor and gynecologist and for an ultrasound I was 18 weeks along just the beginning.so I waited and waited told not to phone around and to just wait. So I did that.never got a phone call until I phoned the clinic and asked why I haven't been seen.im now 38 weeks and im now only gonna be seen at the clinic that was referred and that doctor that got the referral can't see me has no room for me they didnt even get any documents from that clinicon mountain about me but they sure gave me there number saying they did.do not go to this clinic for any medical care it's the worst this doctor didn't send a referral out for me. I had to do it myself.awful and to top it off I'm high risk thank you mountain and mcgregor clinic.you're so incompetent.

Horrible experience, my partner had a foot accident, it lasted 2 days and they did not attend to him, even knowing that the insurance would cover everything. Not recommend

The nurse practitioner I saw was very friendly and thorough! The whole place was clean and professional. Definitely recommend calling ahead to ensure getting a spot.

I had a very good experience at this location. Bonn, the male Nurse Practitioner really helped me out.he was very professional and you can see that he cares a lot about his patient.

Do not waste your time here you are better off at any other clinic in the city.you will just be told to come back if it gets worse or nurses will just think you are a user when you clearly told them you are not a user. Very unprofessional.

These people won't answer the phone 1/2 hour after they are open.
Useless service.should lose finding for lack luster ability to run this service.

WENT HERE FOR A CHEST INFECTION.the doctor said i was fine.she didn;t even take my temp.i am a nurse so i know her assessment was meager to say the least.went to the hospital and was found to have an infection.reading the reviews, usually when reviews are this polarized there is an issue of prejudice with the provider.

First time there for mu wile and I and we were very pleased with everyone there. Very friendly and polite.
Would recommend anytime!

Friendly people to talk to they get the job done safely as well especially for someone that hates needles

I liked the nurses, but the desk lady was very rude saying my private information out loud whitch osis an invasion of my privacy. Makes me not wanna go back, but i do just cauae the nurses are very good nonjudiciamental and make me feel very comfortable i just hope they get a different desk lady or she should learn our patient privacy law and more training

Health links directed me specifically to this location. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist asked me about my symptoms (which I don't even think is allowed) and said they couldn't help me. I need to go to urgent care. I talked to a registered nurse on health links in a LOT of detail about my symptoms and trust that she knows more about what kind of care I need than some receptionist.

This place used to be great to come to. Idk what happened
The front staff is sooo rude, they never answer the phone and they do u get the rude lady who is very short with you and gives u attitude if u ask to many questions. Weird how u can walk in there with no one waiting and they say they are booked and the waiting room is empty. Also if they are booked they will not.let you book for the next day and u have to call in but they don't bloody answer the phone. Whoever runs this sh! T show of a clinic can u please make some serious changes.

I live in Montreal but often come to Winnipeg to visit family. This clinic was recommended to me when I was in town and had to see a doctor, also a couple other times for my son. Each visit has been a wonderful experience: the place is clean, the staff are friendly, there is hardly any wait, and the doctors listen attentively and are helpful. This is probably by far the best walk-in clinic I have been to in Canada. I definitely recommend!

Staff were friendly.nurse I I saw was thorough with me.gave me proper time and attention. I had good results from her diagnosis and prescription.waited about 45 min to get in.would recommend.
