Excellent purchase of a vehicle, had a glitch but brought it back to show Joe de Silva (the best guy I have the pleasure of meeting) he took care of all of my issues, absolutely recommend looking at this site and dealing with Joe for sales! He organized all service work needed (not much to be fair) and was well taken care of by Ron in service. Would recommend this place to my friends and the outstanding service provided!

Poor customer service, lack of professionalism and bad management. Unfortunate to have people with lack of knowledge working for the huge company. I dealt with two individuals at the SERVICE department which was worst to deal with at GMC both individuals were ignorant and unfriendly, did not accept there was a mistake made which caused misunderstanding and complications for no reason.

I fixed my car at the body shop, when I picked it up, I noticed that my windshield was cracked because of dropping off a heavy tool on it, I can tell the difference from stone one. I phoned 4 times and every time they promise to call and never happened till now. I'll never go back not because they damaged my windshield but because ignoring my phone calls and poor customer service.

Don’t waste your time!
Had an appointment set up to test drive a truck and they sold it from under me without even telling me, I drove an hour all the way there to the salesman who wouldn’t even say his name or anything, walked in there all just sitting back on their phones! Will never deal with this place

5 weeks ago my wife and I purchased a 2015 truck. It needed some repairs to it but that was okay and the repairs were part of the purchase price. Unbeknownst to them there were more issues that they were not aware of when they took this truck on trade. The service department had a handful trying to source out the parts, shipping delays, code issues and a number of other items that popped up. None the less they got it done, and still honored the original price even though the repairs resulted in a large sum. I was impressed by the professionalism, authenticity and integrity that this dealership demonstrated. I would like to say thank you to Mike Zaslawsky our sales rep who did a great job trying to keep us informed (great guy to deal with), to Brent Zarney for demonstrating that keeping customers happy and informed matters, Janie Fisher in Finance for doing a great job handling the paperwork, and the master unknown tech who deserves probably a raise or two for handling the ins and outs completing the technical work. We are very happy with our purchase and fully recommend this group of people to help you source out your next vehicle. Well done!

Poor customer service. Originally I was looking to trade in 2 vehicles.they ended up selling the vehicle I was interested in and only called to tell me about it when I was on my way to the dealership. Decided I wanted to sell one of the vehicles instead and they ghosted me.tried to reach out again and have gotten no response.

I just had my first oil change on my new 2023 truck and it was a great experience with the ream at McNaught there were no problems or issues and I was out of there in under one hour. Frank and staff there are always around to help you with any questions or concerns or issues with the vehicle I will give them all 5 stars for the work they all do.

I just purchased a new car today from McNaught on Waverly and I cannot express the level of customer service this dealership offers. I have never experienced such a smooth and seemless transaction. From the moment we walked in the door until we drove away we were treated like VIP and made to feel completely welcome. Justin our salesman was extremely accommodating and very genuine. We did not feel an ounce of high pressure sales. Serijey helped us with financing and was knowledgeable and incredibly understanding of our feelings and needs. Even the sales manager Joe was amazing and even offered us a beautiful gift basket as it was our anniversary. I have to say I am literally blown away at the thoughtfulness that went into handling this purchase. Thank you all for everything. You have gained a customer for life!

Took my car for MPI claim and when I take it back, parts were missing and touch screen wasnot working. They said they are not responsible for anything. It's so shameful for a huge company playing with customers car. Before you deal with dealership read the reviews or think twice. They just reply to your concern and nothing will happen after that. If it was good customer service all negative comments would be deleted after replying from owner.

Absolutely disgusting after sales service. They treat you as a king before the deal. Promised me a couple of things to get installed in the car, but I still couldn't get it even after 6 months of a hefty sale.

The sales associate Michel is so unprofessional and so unresponsive to my calls now. No one has ever reached out to me on his own in the first place on this issue. They promised me to get the Remote Start installed on their own, to which they are giving an excuse back to back for 6 months. Secondly, they promised me to get the rust coating, a premium phone holder, to fix a pre-existing break in the hood taping, and a long list of fake lucrative offers. None of it has been completed until the day. Whattt a professional dealership! Never recommend them.

My husband and I tried to buy a vehicle through McNaught and from start to finish communication was terrible. My husband left a review as well and the dealership commented to reach out to Claude which he did and got no response. That goes to show you how they communicate.

If you’re looking for a dealer that listens and is responsive look elsewhere. Had the opportunity to put a deposit on a truck here. Had multiple different stories on why this used truck was returned, was sent an inspection report that they weren’t sure was old or new, had finance call for credit check and told him I did not want to consider secured loan options. Didn’t hear back for a few days until we reached out again. Was told people were on days off. Finance came back with only secured loan options and it wasn’t until I said no thanks did they say oh there is an unsecured option they may be able to get. Which was a lower rate then the secured rate which seemed backwards. At this point we had a sour taste about the deal and pulled out of any further dealings with this dealership. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience

UPDATE: I’ve emailed McNaught as per the dealer comment and so far it’s almost been a week without a reply.

In winter, I need a car for work. For some reason, I didn't end up buying the car. I rented a car here, and it helped me solve the problem of short-term car use. McNaught Collision is the car dealership I am most satisfied with because they will consider issues from the perspective of customers. Thank you, Frank and Casey.

I am totally frustrating to deal with this dealer. I put my Honda Crv in March 2022, over a year to get fix. I understand that I have to wait for the parts they ordered. After a few months waiting, they said there is no airbag censor to put in my car to pass the inspection of MPI, then they ordered. I was waiting for almost a year to get their call that the censor arrived in the end of February 2023 and I can get my car back in next couple weeks. After waiting 5 weeks without hearing anything from them, I decided to ask when I can get my car back because I know from a person who is working there that they lost the parts that ordered before. They promised that they will call me to get my car back in the end of Apil. I didn’t hear anything so I called them on May 2 and the manager said the car would be ready on Friday (today). I was waiting for a phone call from them a whole morning but nothing happened. I called the manager, the dealer principal but nobody answered. I got terribly upset now.

Update: none of the phone call from this dealership until today May 10. What kind of the business like this? Tried to reach them many many times. Horrible customer service.

Absolutely poor service talking to a sales rep inquiring for availability of inventory. He was very short with me, unwelcoming, didn't listen to what I was actually asking for, condescending, and unprofessional. Not impressed with the disrespect, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Made appt for my dodge truck that I bought from McNaught. Arrived at dealership and I was told they cannot help me, they don’t have the instrument to read the code on my truck. Go across to Waverly Dodge, they accept your warranty you purchased from us, is what McNaught told me. I called Waverly Dodge, service said no we do not honour the warranty. What a waste of my day. Lesson learned. Was hoping for customer service at McNaught, where I bought my used truck instead I had to call Waverly Dodge again that afternoon and booked an appt. Might have to pay for it but I need my vehicle!

I recently had a mechanical problem with my Escalade resulting in my antifreeze leaking and my truck overheating. Made it home and called dealership and they supplied me with Roadside Assistance. Left voice message for my service guy Joey to advise of my issue. Got the truck towed to dealership and Joey returned my call. Got my truck repaired with no cost to me, and they even washed my truck. Joey has always been professional and I can always rely on him to get my truck repaired. Many thanks to Joey and a great dealership that he is employed with.

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Sales and finance people were incompetent, no communication, lied to about what was actually available, had to keep asking to have a deposit returned, the brand new 2023 XTS fan buttons aren’t working properly and no one will address it

Took my 2022 Buick Envision to get my chip for the heated/vented seat installed. I have always had a great experience with McNaught from the time we bought it from Ken Bekele to dealing with Ron, the Service Consultant I have normally dealt with. Today, I had the privilege to be welcomed by Jordan Stern. The friendly service from him let me feel assured that, no matter who I deal with at McNaught, I’m going to get that professional, friendly service I every time. Thanks Jordan and Ron.
