I bought a 2024 Altima and man what a nice car. They didn’t take all the stickers off till the second try. I had issues with the back seat buzzer beeping when someone buckled in and I proved it to a nissan tech but did not act up the second time so i hope the issue is solved. The sales and service are nice people and no issues dealing with them although communication was an obstacle for them. Keep in mind the bank of Canada boost interest rates on foreign cars including nissan so a good bank rate is 8% with awesome credit, do the math it’s a lot lol

Finance Guy Navjot Bains never gets your approval even you have good credit and high income. Worst experience ever.

World worst dealership i had visted, so the sales lady EVELYN LUCAS was so rude to us dont know how to deal with their customer RACIST said your people just waste our time she was not willing to help us DONT GO THERE.

Was told that the SUV I wanted was too expensive for me. The fact that they were over priced by 8000 was the reason why I didn't want to buy and tried to negotiate on price.
Used (2019 infiniti qx60) vehicle in the showroom that was dirty with overspray on the door handles and windows.
I was dealing with salesman because it was my purchase. He kept communicating with my husband and bypassing me. I asked for the carfax report while we were inside and my husband was outside looking at the vehicle. When the salesman returned with the carfax he walked right past me and went outside and gave it to my husband.
Was also told that it was normal for a pathfinder to have a quieter interior than an infiniti?
Oh they also added a fee for administrative and paperwork fees. Who still does that? It was like $700
Ended up buying what I wanted for the price I wanted privately.

The service department is the worst place. After I bought a car it start having a problem with in two weeks then when I called them to discuss about the problem the one and only thing they are talking about is money and money plus zero customer service. Very frustrating!
