DO NOT TRUST ANY 5 STAR REVIEWS! I was given a card with a QR code that sent me to this review page. I was told if I gave 5 stars I would get a gift card. Pretty sure that's illegal, but if not, wholly unethical.

Excellent service! Best services given by Sumesh, Chris and Messiah. Thank you all for the BEST customer service experience. I highly recommend McPhillips Toyota dealership to anyone who is shopping for a vehicle.

Another disappointed service experience at Mcphillips Toyota. Had an oil change done this morning that was scheduled at 7: 30 am, it took an hour for it to be completed even with me telling the service advisor not to wash the car to save time.

It says on the invoice that along with the oil change, the washer fluid is to be topped up, belts checked, wipers, and tire airpressure is checked. I know for a fact that my tire pressure was not checked because my sensor light came on last night, and the pressure was down more than 10lbs on my front passanger tire. I checked the pressure after the oil change, and it was still down, just over 10lbs, no change. Obviously, this wasn't checked. I'm skeptical if the other items detailed on the invoice were checked. Disappointing to say the least.

I also don't understand why it takes an hour or more for a basic oil change with an appointment time being made, especially when other things aren't being looked at like they should be such as tire pressure checks. I also always opt out of the car wash because that just adds time to the service, and the vehicle is never dried.

We accepted the offer to renew our lease as we saw it as an opportunity to get the new hybrid Rav4 mainly to save on gas cost. So far, our new ride has lived up to expectations and more. Plus, we are satisfied with the after-sales service we are getting from Mcphillips Toyota

Just got our 2023 Rav4 hybrid 2 days ago. Sales staff v professional, both Brandon & Ed. Vehicle pick up is relatively fast. Ed is v good in explaining the main features of the vehicles. Immediate follow up on the purchase is good too. I have dealt with this dealership for many yrs esp the service department. V helpful & courteous service staff they have there.
Above review was done 6 months ago. We just received our second rav4 hybrid few days ago. Delivery process is even more efficient because they added a delivery specialist position, Jordan Kyle, is v courteous, professional & easy to understand. Sales manager, Inder & financial officer, Lizette, are both v helpful & patient during past few months while we are waiting for the vehicle.
Overall, v happy with our purchase experience & services in the past few yrs.

I give full 5 review to this. Dealings, customer service, knowledge, inventory.all re best here. Thnks garima, Jordan and my financial advisor.

This advisor that was helping me did nothing but disrepect me. I had told him what another place offered me he goes and grabs my car fax when i told him they had already shown it to me. He said i should prove thats what was offered (practically saying that im lying to him) so i proceeded to tell him ill call them no issues so he can hear what they offered and he declined.i just wanted a trade in for the 2018 tundra i asked for rust protection and running boards he said he wont deal with that i go strictly to finance. If you go here dont deal with this advisor. I doubt ill ever come back here and ill tell everyone i know not to aswell.

The staff are all very knowledgeable and accommodating. They don’t hesitate to answer any questions, big or small, and are very friendly and engaging. They made sure I knew and understood everything I needed to know.

Having dealt with McPhillips Toyota for over 20 years, the service and sales departments are friendly, courteous and professional. Used their tire storage service. Not thr cheapest place that I found but service is great and next spring it will be a one stop shop to get them to change over my tires instead of me having to take them to another garage. (click like if this review was helpful)

Recently purchased a new 2021 Corolla LE with Upgrade package through Ed & Kelly (financing). The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy. Ed showed us all our options & helped get us in to a brand new car with extras we didn’t think it would be possible for our budget. Kelly helped secure financing for us & was extremely thorough and easy to deal with. We were able to drive away in our car same day! The whole process was painless & we are truly satisfied new Toyota customers.

My wife and I Renewed our lease and got a 2021 Corolla and Carter helped us out. He was able to keep out payments exactly the same and was able to jump into a brand new car. Win, Win!

McPhillips Toyota is honestly the best dealership in town! I'm a first time-buyer and I got such a great deal. Loving my new Corolla Hatchback. Although, it took awhile to be delivered to the dealership, it was definitely worth the wait! Thanks to Jendrik, Messiah, and Brandon who provided excellent customer service. Edit for 2021 - After our lease was up, we were shocked how this dealership tried to devalue our vehicle. It happened to have manual transmission and they claimed it would be hard to sell. A manual Corolla Hatchback in Winnipeg? Hard to sell? BS.

So we walked as they wouldn't give us the numbers we wanted for a newer Corolla Hatch.

Ended up at McPhillips Nissan who not gave us the numbers we wanted but practically begged us to hand the Corolla lease over to them.

1. Used vehicles were a hot market.

2. The Nissan dealership knew people were seeking out manuals still in this city.

Toyota was great for purchasing. Ed the salesguy was/is great.

But years later is was as if they turned their backs on us. They even gave Nissan a hassle to get lease paperwork over to them.

Disappointed.

Soon as we walked in the door we knew this was a great dealership based on how busy it was inside and how many sold vehicles were lined up outside. It was our first time buying a brand new vehicle from this dealership. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. There was a woman constantly washing floors and disinfecting everything during the whole time we were inside. Everyone was wearing masks and socially distanced. We traded in our car and felt the trade in value was fair. Maureen our sales person was very informative and knowledgeable in showing us the many neat features our vehicle has to offer. She answered all our questions and was very patient with us. We had an issue with the undercoat but it was resolved. I really appreciated how a few days later we were contacted by Maureen to see how everything was going with our new vehicle and if we had any questions or concerns. So far we are very pleased with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle:)

We bought anew RAV4 one week ago. We are very pleased with the purchase. We like the smoothness and the comfort of the ride. Every person we dealt with at McPhillip’s Toyota was very courteous and friendly. We especially want to mention Brandon, Paul and Kelly for their professionalism. This is our second RAV4. Our first one served us well for almost 400,000km and we are looking forward to the next 15 years of reliable ride.
