MediCare Clinic maples

We’ve had a number of issues lately and haven’t been able to get into our regular doc. Pink eye, ear infections, strep.
Receptionist has been very friendly, and doc was quick and effective. Pharmacy has been great too

Went at 0845H to wait for the walk in to open. When the receptionist came in, she told me that there is no Doctor coming in today. I just think its stupid to open the walk in clinic with no doctors. No wonder people coming in to the emergency department with non emergent cases.

Went in for back pain as a walk in patient with no appointment, there was a 10 minute wait, if that. Once I was called to a room the Dr got right to business (I wish I could remember his name) he figured out what the issue was quickly and prescribed what was needed. The in house pharmacy was very fast. Non of that "come back at 4" nonsense. If theyvwere looking for patients, I would get a dr there.

I have been seeing Dr. Balhaj for almost 4years, he is very compassionate and always takes time to listen to my concerns. He is also very good at working with patients and tweaking the medication if it isn’t working for them. The front office staff at medicare is also very professional and friendly.
