Friendly and efficient staff, there was only a 5 minute wait when I came in for a walk-in. Definitely my first choice of clinic from now on.

Efficient staff in reception and pharmacy, short waiting hours, doctor is detailed and approachable.

My doctor works out of this clinic. She's wonderful and really cares. The receptionist is super friendly and I've never had a bad experience.

Been waiting a month and a half for a prescription refill for mental health meds. Absolutely unacceptable to treat patients like this. What is going on!?

Unlikely you'll get any serious help. If you're looking for help with mental health stuff, start looking for a new doctor.

Dr. Crook is great, he takes the time, askes questions and is very through.was referred to a cardiologist. Dr.crook is very helpful and very knowledgeable with no prejudice and or assumptions. Just a great doctor whom I'd highly recommend him to anyone. Never had to wait long to see him, prompt and on time with appointments as well as seeing walk in's (how I 1st.got to see him) Was having an episode or prolonged Tachycardia, did ECH ASAP in office and tried vagal maneuvers to slow HR. Was referred to cardiologist that day.he definitely cares about his patient's and has since been treating me. Friendly and very observative. Pretty much everything you want in a Great doctor!

I want to say I love it here, however I don’t. The only reason my husband and I keep going here is because Dr. Apoeso is a fantastic doctor. Unfortunately, the one receptionist is a piece of work. She is so rude and makes you feel completely stupid! I can't believe she is still there after all these years.

Dr Apoeso is one of the few doctors I have had in my life that has not been dismissive with me. She has been patient, thorough, gone above and beyond and even of she does not see all of the health concerns that come up for me, she is still more than willing to look further or give me a referral.

Apoeso is a really good Dr, been going there for a few years now and she's consistently fixed me up.

Found this place through family doctor finder. Dr. Crook is amazing listened to my concerns and educated on my conditions without feeling like I was judged. Been there twice and haven’t waited long for my appointment. It’s clean and safe atmosphere.

Dr Apoeso has been a good family dr for us. She’s thorough and the office staff have been helpful too.

Went there today to see a doctor for an appointment at 11.10 am, I reached there 10 minutes late and they told me that I won't be able to see the doc because I was too late! That's preposterous! How many times we go there and wait for like 20 minutes before we can see Dr. Apoeso! I will book another appointment and will see if they kept me waiting I will literally submit a complain against her

Been to this clinic 4-5 times, Dr Apoeso has proven to be very helpful, I find her thorough, she takes time to answer all my questions, she is very easy to talk to and I usually leave feeling like I have been listened to and helped. The only down side is that Receptionist isn't really friendly

Recently has the displeasure of meeting Dr. Apoeso, well a friend of mine was seeing her and I was waiting with her. The professionalism of this woman is kind of a comedy. She screams for her receptionist from her back office while her receptionist is busy with patients or in the phone. I watched this poor receptionist have to interrupt conversations with patients in person and on the phone to accommodate this doctor, it’s so unprofessional and just bad to watch, my friend and I will not be visiting again. But I’d like to acknowledge the receptionist for dealing with this with professionalism and respect, when she shouldn’t have to do that.

Initially got a bad impression when I entered this clinic; the receptionist wasn’t the typical happy n smiling receptionist …when I got in with Dr Apoesoo I immediately felt relaxed; she spoke to me like a friend would ; she asked if I was comfortable with the treatment plan. I felt very involved in my own care. She would apologize even if she was only 5min late this is unlike other doctors that feel entitled to be late.i have referred my coworkers to her and they all feel she is warm and very approachable

I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Osei-Bonsu on a number of occasions, and find her a delightful person and very good and caring doctor. She is always thoughtful and listens to my concerns, and we discuss what strategy we should use to help improve my health not just for now but in the future. Thank you Dr.for all of your advice and wonderful input for improving my health.

The wait was good, only about 35 minutes, but when I got in to see Dr. Apoeso (first time) she told me that I had 15 minutes (again, not so bad) but then when recommending a medication, she told me "I don't have time to go over the side effects with you", I then felt she dismissed my concerns about side effects I knew about, outright refused to prescribe a medication I'm already on because it can be addictive - without asking or knowing about my history (she walked it back a bit saying she would prescribe less than I'm currently getting - without explanation), refused to visit alternatives to drug options for headaches - then claimed she wasn't refusing when I called her on it, and finally used a degrading tone when she said "And who was it that told you Chiropractic work can help headaches" as if the thought was preposterous. When I said that my previous doctor did, she said "oh ok" in a tone that told me it is ok then. I felt degraded by this women, rushed, and dismissed. Mostly it was her argumentative tone (and the fact that she kept interrupting me within the first 4 minutes of my appointment as if my thoughts were not important) that put me off and the dismissal of potentially serious side effects. I would not recommend this Doctor. My experience left me feeling upset and not helped in any way.

I had recently written a positive review but I am now taking it back.
I have been phoning consistently for an appointment over the last week and no one is answering my call. The answering machine service specifically states to not leave a message as they are not returned.
I figured I'd walk in after the holidays first thing they open to get seen. Online hours say they open at 8: 00 am. Dirty lie, building was dark and no cars were parked outside.
Good luck obtaining and keeping clients when you make it impossible to get seen.

I had suspicions about Dr. Apoeso (I'll get to that), so I requested access to my file as I am legally allowed to do. Tabby, the receptionist, lied by telling me I was legally required to type out my request. I called the College of Surgeons and Physicians, and they said otherwise. Tabby then accepted my handwritten request. I asked for a timeline, and Tabby said it could take up to 90 days. Legally, they are required to provide within 30 days. I asked Tabby if there would be fees, but she said no. When she called to let me know the file was ready, she did not mention fees. When I went to pick up the file, she said there was a $20 fee, and further, she claims that she told me about the fees right from the start - WHAT A LIAR. Now Dr. Apoeso. I was suspicious because of her complete lack of compassion for the pain I was experiencing. In her notes, she claimed that there were no symptoms. Despite recording an absence of symptoms, she still ordered a blood test to find the source of the symptoms she claimed did not exist. She also wrote that I was upset because she wouldn't give me a note to get off from work. FALSE. I was upset because she compared my very real pain to the nature process of getting sleepy. My pain was nothing like getting sleepy. Finally, I had another issue come up a few days before the appointment. My foot was in intense pain. She refused any treatment other than advice to wear inserts when I exercise. That pain was very intense for 3 month until I went to another doctor who prescribed anti-inflammatory medication, and showed me specific exercises to help manage the pain. That doctor was great, but I had to suffer 3 months of intense pain because Dr. Apoeso refused to acknowledge the problem. I don't what the hell her problem is. Dr. Apoeso is dangerous for making false notes about her patients' real problems. The Doctor and her receptionist are both Trumpian liars, and neither have any business working in the health field.

When I first started coming to this clinic everything was fine; however now when I try to call in I have to sit through multiple automated messages and menus that are difficult to navigate, I usually end up having to phone multiple times because you aren’t able to go back if you push a wrong number. I just tried phoning while the clinic was open and I was sent straight to voicemail (twice) without even being given the option to speak with a staff member about making an appointment, then the voicemail says “don’t leave a message. ” How am I supposed to see my doctor? On top of that I am always waiting even when I have an appointment and I have been told to come in during walk in hours to see MY doctor even though I am a patient at this clinic. I have always found the staff to be friendly but I will be looking for a new doctor just to avoid the all of the inconvenience. Maybe somewhere where I can speak to a person and not an automated voice message.
