UPDATE: The Men's clinic staff call us today to tell us Dr. Patel will be closing my husband file after a year of going there and waiting for surgery. He is to find another Urologist. This is unbelievable very unprofessional. So sad My husband George has been with Dr. Patel for a year now. We seen him in April or May 2023 and at that time Dr. Patel said to us he would have the green light surgery at HSC in 2 months or 3 months at that visit with Dr. Patel. My husband did all the pre surgery stuff ekg, X-rays, bloodwork etc. Now my husband is getting the run around each time we call the clinic they are saying there is nothing booked etc.asked today for Dr. Patel to call they said phone appointments are 2 to 3 months for Dr. Patel to call my husband. My husband is existing and not living a normal life like everyone else. I would never recommend this clinic to any man you care and love dearly. As my husband is depressed and still existilng with Over Active Bladder conditions that are only getting worse. My husband needs to get another Urologist as this Doctor and staff don't care. We are 2 hours away from the clinic too. Not impressed with Dr. Patel and the staff there and his staff at HSC.

The Men’s Health Clinic is a breath of fresh air in Winnipeg. Having been a patient of the excellent Dr. Premal Patel for some years I appreciate the new location very much. I have seen Dr Patel at HSC and the difference in the new location is night and day. Very modern, high end facility.

This is not just a doctors clinic, it is a full operating facility with recovery room and dedicated staff.

The professionalism is outstanding, Dr Patel is relaxed and treats you with respect and takes his time to answer any questions and always with a smile. Everyone from the front desk, nurses, physicians assistant and anesthetist treat you with a smile and you can tell they love the amazing work they do.

I have also seen Dr, Warraich at this clinic and he too has been excellent.

100% recommend this clinic for all urology needs.

The service I received was amazing. Staff were polite, professional, and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. The location is super convenient and the environment is very welcoming.

Called me just after my 2 hour phone appointment window. Talked to a primary care doctor instead of a urologist. He became irritated, rude and condescending when I asked about specific labs that should be part of my care with ongoing trt. I mentioned Facebook where there are support groups for people looking for answers when their doctors, uneducated in trt, have done them more harm than good. He cut me off when mentioning Facebook, not letting me explain the information or where it's from. Those groups are posting their labs from Endocrinologists and Urologists that have educated themselves in trt. Definitely would not recommend based on initial experience with them, but hope others will have a better experience.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, they made me feel comfortable and well taken care of right off the hop. Will definitely be using this as my regular clinic!

I was very scared to go for my procedure but the staff was so amazing.

I went in almost in tears due to my anxiety but the nurse, Gail (Gale) was so reassuring and helped me relax. Then the Dr came in and saw I was shaking and talked with me for a while to help calm me down.

They were super fun to joke with and made it easy to relax. I highly recommend to anyone.
