My favourite salon in the city by a landslide. Great atmosphere with a lot of talented people, this is my go to place for all of my beauty and spa services.

Paid luxury prices for a not so luxury treatment by Krystal specifically. She was unable to effectively communicate to book my 4 week appointment on top of forgetting who I was, which was taken as disrespectful. This lack of effective communication meant I couldn’t explain to her that I thought my hair was too dark or that I asked for accent highlights by my face and she gave me invisible babylights that I never asked for on top of making it too dark when it was supposed to be chocolate brown. She was unwilling to listen to me. Absolutely ruined my virgin hair. I was even willing to look past my rushed appointment and no scalp massage but I didn’t leave feeling pampered like I expect to when I go to a salon. While I was offered a credit I refuse to go back to a place where my money doesn’t buy me respect.
My overall excellent treatment at another salon to fix what I had done here highlighted my bad experience here as a valid complaint. There is no resolution and I will not be deleting this comment. Just a little warning to any other moms or women looking to feel pampered, choose a different stylist at Meraki other than Krystal.

No brainer 5 stars. Environment, staff and experience is always excellent. I get facials done by Dafina and she knows her stuff! I don’t trust many people with my skin but I go into our appointment with ease of mind that I will be in great hands! I will continue to go here, support, and recommend to friends and family.

Highly recommend facials with Dafina! The entire experience was very relaxing and my skin was left smooth and glowing! I enjoyed learning about each product that was used and how it worked for my skin. Dafina is a very friendly and kind person, I’ll definitely be back for another facial with her!

Meraki has been my go to spa since day one. Filomena, the lovely owner, and her spa family welcome all clients with a warm smile, and provide excellent customer service (they have so many to choose from!). It is a guarantee to leave feeling pampered and relaxed.

If you prefer staying in the comfort of home, no problem! Fil shares her knowledge of skin care to help clients develop and/or maintain healthy skin via online tutorials with product recommendations (yes, she sells products too!) and direct messaging.

I love this spa. I willingly drive across the city to come to this spa for services. Filamena and all the Meraki girls are wonderful, friendly and helpful. It's such a welcoming environment a place you can relax and be pampered.

Got my first facial here from Nav a couple of weeks ago and it was amazing! She is so great, kind, professional and knowledgeable when helping me pick out some skin care products at the end. Everyone there is just so friendly and welcoming! This will be my regular spot for everything facials and nails! Highly recommend this spa for all of your beauty needs.

I decided today was the day I was going to adult. I booked my very first sugaring experience, I decided on a Brazilian. I was extremely nervous, and almost backed out. I was very self conscious, but Laura was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She even had me laughing during the process and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Meraki beauty, they're building is clean and I felt safe with thier covid protocol.

Went to get a massage from Gurpreet Sidhu. Best Massage Therapist, loved the after effects body feels so loose and relaxed. Cant wait for another one.

Staff gave me a hard time scheduling my appointment to have my nails done. The white girl working didnt seem very intelligent and didnt understand the small talk i was making. Ended up getting an infection

Recently started to see Laura for sugaring and I will never let anyone else sugar me now! She is super professional, makes the experience almost painless and didn't leave any stragglers behind like I've noticed with other places. 10/10 would recommend!

Quality staff! Love my nails everytime. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The owner is 1 in a million. It starts at the top as they say, so when you can trust the owner, you can trust the rest. Best sugarist = Laura! I've had several different girls for the tons of other services they offer, all fantastic.

During the lockdown, getting nails done was obviously impossible. Fil put together home pedi packages and a friend of mine posted her’s on IG.it was cute and simple so I messaged Meraki about getting one myself.she was out of product but went above and beyond to accommodate me and my large order.within a week she had it all ready to go for me and my friends have been over the moon with the products!

Friendly service, quick, and beautiful job. I went for a manicure on my lunch hour and was in and out in 45 minutes.

Great manicure given and very friendly manicurist. Laura is very willing to try different designs for her clients and makes great suggestions. Always look forward to my next visits.
