Without a doubt, THE BEST car buying experience I have had. From the moment you walk into the dealership, the combination of professionalism and client service is top notch. Pranay (Sales) and Chris (Financial Services) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They welcome and thoroughly answer any questions and allow the client to take their time in assessing competitive alternatives. The value proposition of the vehicles is thoroughly explained, never disparaging the competition. It was an amazing buying experience, Thank you!

From my first call to the dealership, to scheduling my first visit, and then through the purchase and delivery process the team was exceptional! They took the time to ensure all my questions were answered, ensured I had all the information I needed, and truly provided that "white glove" treatment I had always heard about. My sales person was Parnay for the second time and I would totally recommend him 100% for anyone searching for their perfect Mercedes.
He is very knowledgeable and friendly and goes that extra mile to ensure you are happy with your purchase. He always makes himself available to you after your purchase for any questions or concerns.
Parnay makes it enjoyable and does not pressure anyone into a purchase.

I went into the dealership and was looking around the cars in the showroom and was met by Jordan Lee, the General Sales Manager, and Pranay Kamboj. I advised them I was interested in a Mercedes s450 they had listed for sale.
Pranay and I made our way downstairs to their heated showroom and viewed the vehicle.
Pranay was very knowledgeable and pointed out all its features and answered all my questions. When I called and left him a message he returned it immediately. When I emailed him he also responded immediately.
After viewing the car, we went for a test drive together after which he said he would await my call if I was interested. Rather than doing a follow up call, he allowed me to go at my own pace and call him when I was ready.
After thinking about it, I called and asked for a further test drive. No problem, I was told.
We discussed the trade in value of my car and a possible purchase by me.
I called Pranay a couple of days later asking if I could view the car again. I noticed some imperfections and scratches on the outside and Pranay asked one of the detailers, Daniel Zaporozan, to come look at the car to see what could be done to clean the car up to be pristine.
Both Pranay and Daniel spent almost an hour with me as we discussed what could be done. Daniel, who is very knowledgeable didn’t over sell what he thought he could do to make the car look Pristine. It is clear he is very passionate about what he does and is proud of his work, like an artist.
Pranay and Daniel offered to detail the car to let me see it at its best, with no commitment by me to purchase the car.
I went yesterday to see the car after it was detailed and it was pristine. I was sold!
Pranay and Daniel were very good, and very patient.
I decided to buy the car and picked it up today. Daniel came to see me while I was waiting to take it to make sure I was satisfied. I was.
Pranay assisted me through the completion of the sale (Thank you Pranay!) and introduced me to Andrew Tiopo, a Financial Services Manager who guided me through the final documentation and sale. He was very helpful too. Chris Dare the other Financial Services Manager at the dealership also pitched in to assist.
Mars Lin, the Delivery Coordinator, introduced me to all the car has to offer and taught me how the different options worked. He also helped set up my Mercedes Me App on my phone so I can remotely start my car and to take advantage of other things offered with App.
To top it off, I have a standing appointment each week to have my car washed by the dealership, for free, a great perk offered by the dealership.
All in all I was treated ROYALLY from start to finish by Pranay and the team at Mercedes Winnipeg.
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle through Mercedes Winnipeg and I would not hesitate to do so again or to suggest to friends and family that they buy from Mercedes Winnipeg. You should go with The Best or Nothing! I went with the best!

Amazing experience! I was driving from Toronto to BC and, 700 km from Winnipeg, the check engine light came on. I was slowly losing engine power and was completely stressed as I arrived in Winnipeg, 30 minutes before the MB Winnipeg service dept.was closing, on a Friday night!
Svc advisor Reynaldo said a prep and system scan would take more than 2 hours, but he consulted the service techs to determine if a quick scan could be done to determine the seriousness of the engine fault.
They quickly found the issue to be a loose turbo pipe, which was robbing the engine of power. The technicians reconnected the pipe and performed a road check.
My experience speaks volumes about the integrity of this dealership. They were professional, responsive, focused, and understanding of the pressure I was under as a traveler over 2k KM from home. They were busy finishing up maintenance on cars for the day, but found time (I did not have to wait more than 30 minutes) to look at my issue and address it immediately.
The jewel in the crown of service was that I was not charged for this repair. A huge thanks to the staff and management of MB Winnipeg for 1st class service all around!

I changed from BMW to Mercedes because I was frustrated at the lack of personal attention in the service department. They are both great car makers but after you leave the lot you are now in the hands of service! This dealership is flat out amazing. You talk to people not answering machines. The service representative assigned to your visit keeps you updated almost in real time and the attention to detail is first class. At my last visit my 8 year old Mercedes was found to need a few thousand dollars of work in large part due to wear and tear. They didn’t hit me with just a flat here it is and pay. Not this place; the advisor on his own itemized, prioritized and mapped out the fastest and most cost effective approach and patiently answered my questions and supplied a detailed explanation on all expected and unexpected issues. WOW! Service not profit motivated. A pleasant change from past experiences and the reason why I can’t see changing from Mercedes Winnipeg!

Worst Service and public relationship at this dealership.it took them more then 40 days to start the repair on the vehicle and after paying them 4Gs.car broke down middle of the road. I called them every day and she was very rude Lady. I was told assistant manager will call you, not even she bothered to call back.its been almost 2 weeks and i am leaving messages every second day. God knows what's going to happen

Dirk Southern and his team are amazing. I traded in my vehicle and took delivery of a GLE yesterday. The process was smooth and enjoyable throughout. Dirk was prompt with updates and made sure I was never left "guessing". He's a straight shooter and ensures you're looked after.

Andrew was organized and made the transaction very simple.

Hussein's service team provided me with the confidence that I'll be in great hands moving forward.

The service provided at this Mercedes dealership is definitely not living up to the great cars they're selling. I can see that it can be difficult to make payments on a 30 million dollar building, but squeezing out your clients of every cent is not the right way. You guys should also hire more licensed techs before I have to make a complaint to Mercedes Canada for being below the minimum number of licensed technicians. You're charging your customers over 100$ an hour in work while the apprentice technicans make 15$ an hour, that's another way to cheat the system.

We've been looking to purchase a vehicle that will replace our 21 year old Honda CRV. We've been looking around dealerships and the last that we visit is the Mercedes Benz of Winnipeg, James Penhallurick welcome me and my wife with the best experience in picking the best vehicle suited for us. He is very professional and easy to deal with without the hassle and pressure in buying a vehicle and throw in my request of the all weather matting both front/rear and cargo. Then Andrew Tiopo, who gracefully look for the best rate for our payment and discuss all the benefits of our purchase. Shared his experience in owning the same brand and suggested the best warranty to purchase without the pressure. Mars for walking us through the vehicle before we drive it home and Euther for cleaning the car and make sure it is sparkling before we take it. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz Winnipeg.

This is the worst place to service a car. I took my car in for an oil change and filter replacement, it was changed with the knowledge that there is a lick. They gave me the car with oil licking. I spent $1700+, You told me you could not find me in your system. I am bringing the car in tomorrow. GLA 250 2016

My husband & I have been looking for a few months at several different dealerships for a new SUV & are SO glad that we stopped in at Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg.

He worked with us on what we were exactly looking for with No pressure (which turns you off when Sales start to annoy you). From the moment Neil greeted us, you knew he was knowledgeable, professional, took his time answering all questions, which is extremely important when you are purchasing a high-end SUV. Drew Dinoffer and the Mercedes service team have a big heat. Here is our story:
After travelling 1500 km from Alberta the alternator of our 2013 - 2500 sprinter camper failed. We were stuck yet only a fraction of our drive across the country was completed. This was our family vacation and we were stuck. I believe Drew did all he could to squeeze us in among important regular customers. I am guessing he went beyond the call of duty in finding a way, perhaps even if that meant speaking to existing clients coming - to help get us back on the road after just the second business day. I believe he listened and I think that’s important in any business that wants to serve well. On top of that, is Tech team (Connor) and people like Jordan and Garett also help complete our work that needed to get done. Getting us back and on the road so we could salvage our vacation. Just four days later we are now sitting in Bromont Quebec with family. Clearly, the van repairs did not fail as well.
Thank you so much Drew, Conner, Jordan and Garett. These are the types of service levels that clients can appreciate, especially clients that are in a tough situation like ourselves. Even if you’re not our home garage, we felt like we had a first class service. Kudos to you all!

Everytime I go to this dealership I am treated so well! My sales person Neil Santos always comes and chats with me and Chris Dare is always attentive and Mars Lin is so polite and patient with me - this is my 2nd visit to just go through my car - never makes me feel uncomfortable and offers his help anytime. These 3 people know what service is all about. Congrats to Mercedes for having these employees
