I got a small Collision in july and put my car there to fix it in Nov. Waiting was too long but fixing was so quick. Everything is very well done and inside and the body of the car is cleaning up.

The work exceeded my expectations and (once the parts were available) was done quickly. I also liked that I was continually updated as to the progress of the repairs. I will definitely go back.

Meyer's replaced the bumper on my vehicle after it was damaged in a rear end collision. I was very pleased with the service, staff and repair. The staff are very professional and will make sure that repairs are done correctly and that you are satisfied with their work. I found the communication with their office regarding timelines and estimated completion to be prompt and courteous. They also did an excellent job detailing the vehicle so that it was very clean inside and out when returned to me. If you are looking for an auto body shop to make repairs to your vehicle I would highly recommend going to Meyer's.

I brought my car in to get an estimate on a windshield wiper that was not working. The issue ended up being something that could be easily resolved, and they fixed it on the spot and did so free-of-charge. I am very appreciative of this and overall, was happy with their customer service.

I previously went to Meyers for my own car and was very pleased with the service. I recommended to my dad and we took his vehicle in to be repaired. Meyers kept us in the loop on how the repairs were going and what stage it was at. The added touch of customer service is having the vehicle cleaned inside and out. I would recommend using them for your auto body repairs.

Great Costumer Service. Very accommodating to my requested start of the repairs as I wanted my car over the summer. Fantastic body work to my Nissan Kicks. After it was done it looked like factory new. Updates on a regular basis kept my informed and stress free. Thank you.

Writing on behalf of my Gf, her same review is showing and people have to know about this place. I could not recommend this shop less and would give 0 stars if I could - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I chose Meyers because they were the only place not booked up months out, and now I see why. This is a long review but I encourage you to read it so you know what you could be signing up for if you bring your vehicle here.

They had my car as part of an MPI claim for the ENTIRE summer of 2022 - a result of constantly-moving deadlines and multiple instances of "we think it will be done next week".

Communication from the shop was non-existent. Each time I called to ask (because of course I had to call, they did not reach out at all) the timeline had shifted again. Things can be out of a shop's hands because of supply chain issues or whatever, but communication with the customer is literally the bare minimum. Also, they contract work out to other shops - this may be standard in the industry but hearing that my car was getting work done at a shop that I didn't know about or authorize was a major shock.

I started having issues with the car a week after I got it back - I got pushed between MPI and Meyers for months until a third-party assessment (that I had to pay for out of pocket) determined that a replaced part had failed and that they had not replaced the "new" tire I paid betterment on. They put on an old, used tire from 2011 and still charged me betterment. This is incredibly deceptive and dishonest.

The new bumper started chipping within months of getting the car back and they ruined a door tab on the interior of the vehicle (I'm guessing they used a tool to pry the part off). They also charged me betterment on a non-wearable part.

After months of stomping my feet through MPI, Meyers reached out to me to "make it right". When I arrived to drop my car off, the courtesy rental was not at Meyers but at the car wash up the street. Fine - I'll use my own gas and time to go pick up the rental. I get to the car wash and the rental is visibly dirty and smells like someone has smoked inside of it. Incredibly disappointing.

I second the other commenter who said "they seem to be unable to resolve things when they are at fault, they don't seem to own their mistakes, and they want the customers to pay for it. " I've wasted a tremendous amount of time and energy dealing with Meyers and MPI. Please, please, please save yourself a lot of headache, heartache and stress and DO NOT come here, pick literally anywhere else.
